Arrived at 740 AM to get my tires rotated. Had to find the associate, to ask who did I need to speak with to get the ball rolling. He said to wait because he was there alone. Waited about 15 minutes for another man to arrive. There was one car in front on mine.Walked around the store for about an hour and purchased some items then came back to my car just sitting there and no one working on it.The person who was supposed to be working the front desk didnt seem to arrive until about 9. This place is poorly run .

I wish I could give a zero but its not available. Im still here and have been waiting for almost 2 hours for them to replace my battery when no one was in front if me. They are very slow and unprofessional. I just replaced my battery not even a good 2 years ago, the battery is under warranty but becuz it isnt the exact brand battery, I have to purchase a brand new battery.

Mechanic came to me telling me he couldnt repair my tire that I have road hazard warranty on due to tread on the tire. The tire had just been fixed at a different walmart 3 days prior. The guy wanted me to buy a new tire and told me that the price couldnt be prorated. After a 2 minute Google search I found the road hazard warranty document that states unless the tread is less than 2/32 then it can be prorated or fixed. After I show him this, he disappeared and my car was fixed 20 minutes later. I felt like they were just trying to get money out of me at this point. Dont recommend going to this Walmart auto center.

These cats were so fast, they finished and didnt even tell me. I was in and out in under 30 minutes so they were probably dont in 15-20 minutes. IDK, but Im happy it didnt take hours!

Horrible Service! They let me wait 50 minutes and kicked me back because they closed.

Came in and gave up my keys at 11:21AM on 10-16-19. Waited over an hour and a half to get two tires changed....that was it. I had the tires already and simply needed them to be changed out. Sat in the waiting room and watched them work on multiple other cars, including two that came in over 20 minutes after me, before my car was done. This is terrible customer service and should be considered unacceptable. I asked what was going on and was told that they were working on it...that is it...while I sit and watched them work on other cars that came in after me. Incredibly frustrating!did not get the keys back until 12:55PM.

Wal-Mart is a very good store. Everything you need, you can get from there. I love Wal-Mart

So I purchased the warranty with my new tires a few months ago...$10 per tire is a good deal. Showed up today because I have a nail in my tire causing a slow leak.Wait time.. 3 HOURS.These guys spend more time talking thi dak let than working. Total disinterest in customers time

-5stars I will say... One time I went there about 4:30pm while doing shopping on a Sunday. I didnt know they close at 6pm. So when I was done with my shopping came by around 6:20pm and automotive depart. was closed and the manager will not give me the key to my car. She said I will have to come back the next day to pay..Today I went there again, and they screwed up everything!...I am not please with their service at all...

I picked up a car that would no longer turn on. They stated that the battery was most likely bad. My bettery was only 1 yr old an was having no issues prior to dropping it off. All of a sudden my battery is bad? Yeah checked my paperwork from when I previously purchased my battery a year before an the battery in my car was different from the one I purchased. When confronted about the situation they said they could review the cameras but denied touching my battery. The manager stated you could only see the car being pulled in the bay and out on camera but never showed us the footage. Instead of attempting to rectify the situation we were sent away with a car that would only turn on if you jumped it. Someone working there is dishonest and instead of weeding out the issue they defended theirselves even though I had paperwork to show proof it was a different battery. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Basic car needs such as oil change and tires are fulfilled while you take care of your shopping needs. I’ve bought tires here and was able to have them serviced at any other Walmart auto care center.

Got here, no other customers. They said it would take 45 minutes to rotate my tires. Its been an hour and a half and they still arent done. They dont bother to communicate either, if you want to know what is going on you have to investigate yourself. Your time is not at all important here.

I took my car to get an oil change and was told there would be a 45 minute wait, not a problem. I return around that time and was still waiting on my car for about an hour, at one point I was just waiting for someone to speak with about the wait time and when I finally did get to speak with someone I was told they couldnt do it because of the drain plug. I understand not being able to do it but Im very annoying that no one notified me as soon as they found out instead of having me sit there for 2 hours wasting time.

VERY BAD SERVICE, THEY TOLD ME AROUND 30 TO 45 MINUTES, AND THEY TOOK 2 HOURS . WHILE IM WATCHING THEM WALKING AROUND THE SHOP.I GUESS THE ONLY ONE THAT WAS WORKING WAS THE ONE UNDERNEATH DRAINING THE OIL . ALSO THEY CHARGED ME FOR 7 QUARTS OF OIL AND MY DIP STICK SAYS DIFFERENTLY.ALSO SOMEONE OPENED MY BACK DOOR AND LEFT IT AJAR.I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS WALMART AUTO CENTER. THIS IS JUST WRONG, TAKING ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS.

I went in to get my battery replaced. They put my battery in backwards blowing out all of my fusses. This cause me to be stuck there from 11:00am-2:00pm. I advise everyone to look for an alternative place to bring your car. They do not have enough training, if they cant simply replace a battery properly.

I wasn’t pleased with coming to this location I waited for 15 minutes before an employee even came out to acknowledge the customers waiting. We weren’t greeted no how can I help you ? or anything. The other employees just stared at us the whole time we waited. When I was finally asked if I needed help he told me it would take 2 1/2 before they could see if my tire could be patched, I had other places to be and wasted so much time already I asked if the could just put air in my tires. I knew it was the back tire on the drivers side because my Onstar app. A heavy set guy comes out and says it’s the front tire 🙄 I Tried explaining him to him that it was the back tire and he cut me off, then said he would look at both. After he “filled “the tire with air for two seconds he walked away. I told him the light on my dash didn’t disappear and he said it would when I started driving🤦🏽‍♀️ I knew this was false clearly no one cares there. So I took my business to DISCOUNT TIRE the real MVP Wal-Mart employees are JUST RUDE!

What a waste of time! Worst service center ever. I came in for 4 tires, they told me it was going to be 2 hours. 4 hours later, they haven’t even touched the car. Lots of customers upset and complaining for the waiting time. The employees as well as David, the “Manager” are clueless and rude. I’ll take my business somewhere else. What a waste of time!!!

Not bad for an older walmart with customers with major fupas

I bought two tires three months ago,after waiting over an hour,I got my receipt and they didnt put the tires on I wanted that was on sale plus they didnt put one the tires on rear,which they were on same side one front and one rear on passenger.I noticed when I got gas monday the front tire was low I went up street to QT to get air and it was all way flat.we put spare on and aired up tire,it didnt hold the air so had take back to get it patched.I made mistake of not getting the extra warranty but even though I was within the 90 day warranty I couldnt get it replaced.

Slow, slow,slow- so far waiting for 1hour, the car in front of me in line is sitting in the same place:(Ok, total service- oil change- took 1 1/2 hours! I had a high beam burned out, they checked off that it actually works. Looks like one employee doing oil changes today, same one mounting tires

Brought my volvo to get it serviced, i was told they dont service volvos, all i wanted was an oil change, oh well.

Bought a tire at 9pm at this walmart location. They were closed at the tire department so i paid at the christmas shopping area. I was told its returnable there. Unfortunately i Got the wrong one and decided to go the autozone where someone will assist me, thinking i will be able to return the walmart battery. But now its a different story and the bottom line is i cant return it. Now am stuck with a new battery in my garage. Anyone wants to buy? Thanks walmart

Was there to get a new battery to replace the one I had. The employee Walmart head in the battery Department was clueless about batteries. Ended up getting battery at AutoZone

The tire pressure light went off on my car. They checked the pressure on all 4 tires, aired up the low one, and didnt charge me. Took 5 minutes and I was on my way.
