I am visitingW Farris Auto Salvage for the 1st time yesterday and I was given wrong side window. I RETURNED AND WAS HERE W 1 OTHER WAITING AND HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR ALMOST 1 HOUR AND A HALF. NO ONE HAS COMMUNICATED OR REASSURED ME THAT I AM NOT FORGOTTEN ABOUT AND ALL THESE PEOPLE THAT CAME IN BEHIND ME ARE ALL GETTING THERE PARTS AND LEAVING. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN AS THEY ARE CLEARLY NOT REPRESENTING THE COMPANY IN REGARDS TO LITTLE WAITING TINE TIME AND ALSO TO GETTING THE CORRECT PART WOW SMH

Ordered a door off there eBay account. They told me over the phone they was going to build a frame with pallet to protect it. I received bailing wired to a pallet in 2 spots, loose as a goose with no protection. Completely covered in dents, scratches and scuffs. They did not respond when I sent them pictures of the damage. 5 minutes, 5 dollars and some bubble wrap would of helped guys!

Excellent service and cheaper prices than 90% of places I looked at. They made what I thought would be kind of a drag possibly pulling my own parts into a very quick and painless experience, instead I went out with a part puller and got to select the part I wanted. Probably the best Salvage experience I have had! Private or as a business! Guys at the shop are easy to understand, very helpful and go above and beyond by offering FREE delivery! I cant believe how fast the parts showed up and the quality of the parts were better than other places I have used. Lastly, the prices are exactly where a salvage yard should be for a company that offers delivery! I will only use this yard from now on if they have the parts I need!

I called for a part. They said they had it. I verified. They confirmed. I drove an hour. Waited 20 minutes. They didn’t have it. Waste of gas and time. Ordered it offline and got it the next day. Good luck.

I only use this place if nobody else has the part because they have no restroom, guys never have the tools needed, and it’s a big yard with no cars only small dollys I was helping the mechanic bring back the parts it was like three trips from front to back of the yard ankle deep in mud and it’s a regular dolly so we had to balance these things and get greasy and they don’t have hand soap so I drove back home getting my steering wheel dirty

After calling multiple auto part stores with sub par service, I finally had the good fortune to call Anthony at Farris Auto Salvage. He took the time to tell me where I could actually find the part. This customer service is what will keep me calling Farris- first time -every time I need a part.

I drove 2 and a half hours for a tailgate. I asked if they would hold it for me and they did. Very nice people. I will definitely be buying here again.

Great customer service and welcoming staff. My husband got help pulling out a windshield by Chico. They were close to closing, but they didnt rush us.

The guy who answered took the details down and said that they would even come to pick it up. He just needed to call someone to see what they would give me for it and he would call right back. Very nice and helpful. Called back in less that 10 minutes

This place is slow because nobody has any tools like nobody! The yard is big and they don’t have any golf cars or anything. I like going out with my parts puller to help them and inspect the parts but not when I come here it’s always a headache with parts pullers not having any tools and only one forklift driver who is pulling parts at the same time. Shake my head

The suspension parts are no good I sent my new worker errand boy to pick up a few pieces and all of the bushings and joints are bad so I go myself to see why they gave my worker bad parts and the salesman was like “oh I didn’t know” he tells me there are 4 more cars to choose from and all of them were no good this place will sell you a bad part in a heartbeat just because the part is their doesn’t mean it’s good They would not give me my money back either oh well they need it more than I do I guess anyway I went to another salvage yard down the street and they had a whole pallet of parts for me to choose from already cleaned and painted

Called to check for a motor, put on hold n when he came back he said he didn’t have it and hung up on me.

I was driving and texting hit a curb and bent my rim. Some peope told me get it hammered back and some people pay 50 andit still leaks air. I went up there ask for a pt cruiser rim. Keep in mind my tire was through as well lol. So I was hoping for a tire to go with already. He told me the rim will be $30...not bad and the tire with it will be an additional $20. I was joking around with them to lower the price and next thing I know my total price was $37.98 for a used rim and an almost new tire. I got more than what I needed!!! A great laugh with all the workers new rim new tire and a new go to place. Oh yeah and the price rhey quoted over the phone was the same as in person.

I was getting a quote for my salvage car and spoke to 2 locations before calling this location. Comparing their customer service ober the phone, I have to mention that this was the worse. 😔

Three parts pullers and not a single 1/2 drive ratchet or 18 mm socket management needs to check toolbags prior to hiring employees

I bought them an engine and it went bad, they measured that they gave me another engine and they gave me a different one after 21 days of call after call another 20 days passed before they gave me another engine I never thought that dealing with people like these made you feel humiliated and even racists are
