We were treated badly. The man was very rude. I have never been treated so bad. He needs customer service classes or just not work in customer service cannot believe that this place has someone like this working for there business. If he doesn’t want to work on Saturday or want a job at all then he should leave it to someone else that needs and wants to work in customer service. We left disappointed in this place of business. It’s to bad I even have to give a star. Your business does not deserve one.

They will barely help a new customer but the ones they know just breeze in and out.

Very poor skills and customer service I just drove 35 miles to pick up parts told me they have it in stock and ready for pick up now when I go into the place the gentleman with the biggest attitude in the world tells me he don’t have any vehicles he thought I said a Honda Civic not a Honda fit these people shouldn’t be in business very horrible place horrible people working in the place save your money there is better yards around the area just my opinion take it how y’all want it

They were okay ... Not as helpful as the other Salvage yards. Plus this is a Pick U Parts place.

Friendly staff, free to enter, very reasonably priced, hablan ingles. It’s big enough that there is a lot of selection, but small enough that the guys here can usually tell you if they have a specific car (make, model, year, color, etc.) in the yard. When I need parts in the future, this will be my first stop.
