Leaving a review 10/29/21 while still in parking lot. Spoke with guy for 2 days sent vin and pictures over. Ok he gave me a price i show up and he doesnt remember me, if the window crack in the middle of repair he says their not responsible. And im in a 18 wheeler 2022 freightliner told him all this, now im here and a 2022 windshield doesnt exist in the system and he not comfortable doing job. (Foreigners)

This place is amazing. I see a lot of good reviews and went there but they messed my door lock while fixing my window. Next day when I went to re fix it, they were prioritizing the new customer making me wait for like 5 hours. First they didnt do it properly and second they made me wait for real long. I am completely dissatisfied with the service.

These guys came out on a Sunday and repaired my glass. The were very professional. They didn’t have the right color in stock so they installed clear and came back a week later and changed it out. Just having the clear installed gave me such a peace of mind.

I lost a piece of rubber gasket off my windshield while driving down the freeway and stopped there to see about repairing it. The guy told me that it was just a cosmetic piece and that it was not going to leak and that there was still another gasket underneath it. What?

These guys came out same day, were super nice and professional. They were the only ones in DFW with the glass for our car in stock and their price was the best out of all the estimates I got. They just earned a new loyal customer.

If I could give the staff at AAA All American Auto Glass in Grand Prairie more than 5 stars I would!!! I had a rock hit the left side windshield on my 2021 Camry I called every glass shop they told me that my windshield needs to be ordered because it was coming from the dealership I wasn’t getting anywhere with other glass companies I called AAA All American Auto Glass they got me straight in fixed my windshield and calibrated the sensors I am definitely coming back!!! Great job gentleman!!!

I recently had a windshield replaced on my car by All Auto Glass at my residence & I watched the technician install it while inside. Everything looked smooth until I noticed that when he was removing my old windshield, the tool that he had used to remove the adhesive from the old windshield had blasted through and slammed into a molding piece the cowl area. He then reinstalled the new unit, and as he was reinstalling the molding around the windshield, I noticed him put on the same adhesive to keep the molding on.After the install, I immediately noticed a deep humming coming from my a/c unit or vent just below the area that had been slammed into with the removal tool. In addition, I was driving on the freeway when the molding on the front driver’s side ripped off, and I immediately had to pull over. After taping it back on temporarily, I began investigating what the cause was. I immediately noticed that all of the retainer clips on my car were broken, which is why they put adhesive on, to keep in place. Clearly that didnt work, and the adhesive was put on my car was very difficult to remove, as it should be (the same adhesive to keep my windshield intact) and also prevented me from being able to properly reinstall the retainer clip & molding. I contacted them immediately, and the manager Richard said to come down to the shop so they could take a look at it and fix it.I drove all the way down to Grand Prairie (over an hour drive) where their shop is located to show them the damage. After being inspected by four employees, including the owner, they told me that none of this was their fault. I asked few questions, all with unexpected responses, such as So should I have just assumed that I would automatically have to purchase new retainer clips because you would break the existing ones?, Yes was his replay; as well as So youre suggesting this is all a coincidence, that the noise from my a/c was not created by you?, again the response was Yes. Unbelievable. They said as a courtesy they would replace the retainer clips, but not the molding, at that I would have to drive all the way back down there for them to install, after they had received them. After collecting a gas reimbursement from the owner, I was on my way. I exchanged several texts with them shortly after regarding how discontent I was about the lack of professionalism and resolution, with replies that made no sense and in broken English that made it difficult to understand. I also never heard back from them about receiving the replacement retainer clips.Im making the point to write this review very carefully as a duty to any of their future customers. While their prices may be slightly cheaper that the competitors, you will pay much more in the end after cleaning up what they damaged. No accountability, no respect, and very unprofessional. PLEASE be aware.

I had to replace the driver’s side window due to a break in. I called for a quote, which I was given promptly, and it was less than half of other quotes I received. I was told to come in anytime and it would take 1-1.5 hours to replace. They followed up with a text message with directions to their location and confirmation of the price. When I arrived (on a Saturday around noon) I was greeted professionally, my car was attended to promptly, and the replacement completed in less than an hour. Excellent service in the entire transaction. Highly recommend.

Had a break-in happen at a restaurant on a Sunday afternoon. Called and they were open, had the glass, and got me in and out quickly. Derrick was courteous and professional. So much better than I could have ever imagined.

The worse experience in my life. They messed the orders no one would come to the table. When first seated we waited thirty minutes just to order drinks. Were called there manager she just made excuses . Ill never go back till this place

Their prices were very very reasonable and their professional courtesy was the best. I actually own a business myself so I appreciate quality and professionalism. If you ever have to use this company I would recommend having Steven Zuel do your window replacement. Not only was he very good but he also explained to me in depth not only the warranty but what he did with replacing my glass.

Wow, called yesterday and got quote $200 lower to replace my windshield than the popular, big company. Drove there on Saturday. Went right in and glass replaced in about an hour. Little bit of a crazy environment with all the people around but great value, great service. Definitely a very busy place for good reason.

Outstanding experience, Sam was great to work and communicate with. Originally scheduled a mobile service, Sam called me back to inform me the mobile technician was out they day but if I wanted to bring my car to their shop hed give me a discount for the inconvenience. Great service! They are super fast and accurate. I had three different payments and they let me pay half on my cards, and than I paid the rest in cash. They are basically the cheapest window repair in the city. They cleaned the glass out. I am not sure if they accept Apple Pay. I will find out and update my post. Initially, I was going to go to another glass repair shop, but they wasn’t answering they phone. So, I called All American and they matched the price of the other business. Also, I was told it would take about 90 minutes.l to complete. Once I made it there I was told they will be done in an hour. They were finished in about 60 minutes. Lifetime guarantee!!! Now this is what I call outstanding service. Not only did you guys destroy Safelites prices by a huge margin, you arrived at my wifes workplace within the promised time, and had her windshield completely replaced within 30 minutes of being there. All stickers were exactly where they were before, and she was very happy with everything, which made me very happy. You will be who I call after the next hailstorm destroys another windshield. SAM HAD GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE SKILLS. MY RENTAL BACK WINDOW GOT BUSTED OUT PLUS ANOTHER CAR OF MINES NOT TO MENTION 12 OTHER CARS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND SAM MADE THE PROCESS OF FIXING MY WINDOW SO EASY AND STRESS FREE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND THEIR PRICES WERE VERY REASONABLE COMPARED TO OTHERS. I DONT KNOW THE NAME OF THE MAN THAT INSTALLED THE WINDOW BUT HE DID A EXCELLENT JOB.

I was very worried about getting my windshield replaced because I have several sensors ( smart city break system, lane assistance, blind spot monitor, and rain), but Richard was SUPER helpful. Got me in the next day for half the price of SafeLite and my car came out good as new. My sensors are all working perfectly. Amazing prices, phenomenal customer service, and high quality work.

Stay away from this place they did a poor job installing my windshield .where the windshield supposed to seal they put the yellow tape when I took the yellow tape off after 7 days all the sealing came off and the guy says I have a lifetime warranty I went there then he said all you got to come during the weekdays to get lifetime warranty I dont have no technicians stay away from this place I should file a complaint with Better Business Bureau

So far, so good. They had the BEST price compared to like 10 other shops in the area. Got a passenger window & back glass replacement on 05 Chevy Silverado. They were very night & courteous. I dealt with Richard primarily. When I pulled up I was clearly upset from personal stuff I’m dealing with and he was so nice. He offered me a seat and some water and handled everything quickly.
