Chris Steven’s is the manager here. The worst customer service ever. They messed up my order and the guy couldn’t even take accountability for it. Cost me hundreds in rental bills. Went in to pick up my order after they messed up the delivery 4 times. Then they didn’t even have the full order. Asked for a discount for the inconvenience. Chris Steven’s came out front and yelled at me the customer for his incompetence. So not only could they not get my order right. I got yelled at by the manager for their incompetence and they charged me full price. Wow what a business model. God help whoever does business with these clowns.

Seriously these people are just substandard I mean I don’t even know to express how I feel without being explicit I’m just so frustrated with their service I wouldn’t recommend anyone to waste time dealing with them

Pick up and Delivery of used and aftermarket parts. Great deals for the do it yourself mechanic. No need to worry about having to pull your own parts. Great Service . Been shopping with them for several years.

Said my part was going to take a week to get there and I would Receive a call letting me know it’s there (never received one). I called On the 6th day and they said they had the part and I had a day to pick it up. Never got it because I work 9-5 and that’s there hours. Very unprofessional guy on the phone talking to me. Never buying a part from here again. Crooks.

I order parts from here and have always gotten great service “ Melissa” is by far my favorite sells rep! Very knowledgeable in what she does and offers great customer service! Thumbs up for everyone there!!

Called Melissa in Grand Prairie about a part that was $460 and our body shop in Austin called Keystone there for the same part and explained that the other stores around were out of stock and i needed the part and my cost was $170 from Autofit and if they would price compare since they were currently out of stock. The same part shipped from Grand Prairie shipped to Austin would be $200 because the sales person in Austin was willing to work with us on price. My cost from Ford is $500 for a OEM part and not aftermarket. Why would we spend $460 on a aftermarket part ! Be careful and do your homework before you buy from them! Same part and she just wanted the full commission.
