Just found out to my cost that these guys broke my locking wheel nut socket during my last tire change and didnt say a word. Got a new flat and spent 6 hours on the side of the road because I couldnt change the weel. Not happy.

They are thiefs! Yesterday my tire went flat, I just asked them to inflate the rim and put a patch on it.They told me that the rim had no solution that I had to buy a new rim to function, to top it off, the rim was not new, it was all for a price above $ 100 dollars later they wanted to keep my old tire, this is where I dont understand if it didnt work anymore, so they wanted my tire, they are shameless looking to take advantage of people who dont have knowledge

This is definitely my spot for quality tires, with gracious customer service & affordable prices. My SUV caught two front flats, so driving it to DT wasnt an option. So, I called up AAA at 7:46a.m. they arrived at 8:09a.m. loaded my truck up then off we went. I arrived to DTs around 8:21a.m. my truck was dropped. Now off to chat with Francisco regarding these new tires. He was AWESOME!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TOP NOTCH🤩 He mentioned the tires I normally buy werent in stock, however they had the next model up. The price he quoted me was reasonable, so I swiped my card for payment. By 9:15a.m. I was on my way without any complaints at all. I absolutely love the way they take care of their customers.

So I just moved here and I misplaced my tire lock....initially went to the Ford dealership and they were no help whatsoever. I came to discount tire and the young gentlemen at the counter was so very helpful and professional he absolutely made my day. These guys are awesomely!! One of the best discount tire location. You can see they work hard to keep the location in checked, in and out within an hour for 4 tires. Do not go to NTB, see these guys for all your tire needs.

Nice guys but unclear instructions after tire check. Discount Tires are always busy but I would have people just assigned to the computers. Too much running around. I always take a second look at the workers busy with the actual work vs those walking around looking .......

I called to inquire about tires for my car & spoke to Andrew (?) hes was very knowledgeable and recommended tires for my car. We set up a time for me to be seen. Upon arrival he quickly took care of everything and made sure I understood everything. I was in and out within an hours time from the time of arrival. They rotated, balanced & mounted my tires as well as fixed one of my tires. I had a very great experience at this location..Everyone was professional & kind.

I always have a pleasant experience at this location. Its not quite as big as some of the other DT locations, but the group of guys that work here are well trained to take care of customers. They are always working with urgency to keep vehicles flowing in and out and back onto the road. I arrived, I received a pleasant greeting from a DT employee and within a few minutes I was at the counter determining what my options were in obtaining a new tire for one that was damaged beyond repair. The tire arrived the next day, they installed it and even returned the spare tire and tools in my car into the proper location in my vehicles compartment. My experience with discount tire was great! Overall excellent customer service.

Discount tire is almost always great in service and customer satisfaction. Because of Covid, they now greet you at your car to discuss your service. They are always respectful and are thorough in their work. The employees care about what they do, they are always in a good mood and really hustle when they work.

I was recommended here by my cousin and met up with Alfonso when I got here. He (and all the other employees, to be honest!) was so helpful and respectful and the whole team definitely took care of me. Will definitely return!

The customer service quality here is awesome. I felt comfortable bringing my truck here and did not get any pressure on buying what I did not want. Plus Will helped me find a good range of tires for my wants and needs, which was longevity of tire as well as traction and the terrain I would be driving. My truck is a pavement queen so I went with all weather and for highway use. As I was there waiting I could see how helpful the guys were on the phone in helping customers and the customers they attended. Its great, the reason I come back to this place is because the attention to detail yet prompt service. I had not even realized I had a nail in my tire but they took care of that and patched it for me. As well as doing the water submersion test. Another thing while I was waiting and all the tires were off my truck I asked if I could go out there and check my brakes. Which they kindly allowed me to. And when I was out there checking i really didnt know where to look but the technician that was there helped me out and showed me how to check and pointed out valid points on when you would need new brakes like squeking or brake pedal all the way down or taking longer to stop. It helped a bunch and my brake pads are still thick. :)

They helped us quickly, the online appointment works great. But they had one guy who came in & out of the waiting area with his nose uncovered.

Wife went to the dealership for minor maintenance on the car and was told there was a nail in the tire and that theyd mark it so wife went to discount tires and told the guy. He said well u need 2 tires and my wife told him we were not ready for that yet to please just fix tire since we originally got them there so the guy came back and said I dont see any mark the dealership made go back and find out which tire has the nail in it and come back. Pretty poor service we wont do business here anymore..

Called and talked with Fransico to gain a price for them to install my tires. I told Fransico that my tires did not come OE on my truck and gave him the size when he asked. I told him they were all terrian tires and I expected a higher price. He gave me a price of 170 for all 4 for the mount and balance. When I got to the store, I told whomever it was that came out that I already had a price and needed to get with Fransico since thats who u talked to. The guy came back and said Fransico didnt know how big my tires were and the new price would be 204. I told him Fransico did know the actual size because I told him. I refused service and went done to a local shop and got them put on for 80 and called corporate who then called the store manager. That guy called me back and told me that his guy, Fransico didnt know the tire size, which was a lie, and thought they were low profile tires... which was another lie. I told him that wasnt the case and it didnt matter.... he, the store manager, didnt care because his guys know tires... basically, this store is trash.... stay away from it. Use a different location if you choose to use this company.

Best experience I have ever had at a tire shop, I brought my flat in last night to have them patch it, and when I came in this morning to have them put it back on it took 5 minutes in and out.

I recently have had two occasions to visit this Discount tire lately. Both times were repairs or replacement of a tire free under the road hazard warranty. The most recent time was not my best day. I was running late to work and had a blow out where I was not able to stop to put on the spare for a few miles. I got the tire changed and got to work. I forgot my wallet and tore my pants that day. When I arrived a Discount Tire I received very fast and friendly service. The tire was replaced for free very quickly. They offered to put the spare back under the car but I took care of that. I am never disappointed with the service at this location. They turned a bad day around. Thank you guys very much and stay safe.

Was driving to work this morning and noticed my tire pressure was very low and turns out I had a screw in my tire. Went to my local discount tire and Jose L. hooked me up with some nice all terrain tires for my Dodge Ram truck! So professional and very quick change. Even gave me some credit on the other tires I had on. I highly recommend this tire shop! Very professional and informative!

Great service, especially their free air service.We always use it before leaving town or when the outdoor temperature drops.They added 8 psi to the Priuss tires, and we got a 10 mpg increase on the trip.

The last two times I have had my tires rotated the so called service technicians twisted off a wheel stud and lug nut causing a major inconvenience and time consuming ordeal.in getting it repaired and travel

This place is great, Arthur answered all my questions from the start. Then the teamwork was terrific, Michael, Thomas and the rest of the team were organized and knowledgeable. Ill definitely go there again and recommend them to everyone.

What a bunch of crooks. Had a nail in a tire. Since someone else had plugged it in the past, from another nail in another place, they would not even look at it. All the wanted to do was sell me a new tire. I will buy 4 new tires from someone else before I ever deal with Discount Tire again.

I have to tell you that Discount Tire store at this location is pretty good compared to other ones that Ive visited in the past. The employees are very friendly and polite. They treated you with respect as soon as they saw you. I want to thank Juan Mendez for doing a great job on my wifes Mercedes SUV. His knowledge is up to date and very easy to talk to. He gets to the point and not playing games with you. He also knows what hes talking about when it comes to tires, brand, and size and also last but not least production date of the tires. That is what I am looking for the production date of the tires. I want tires that were in the production date of no more than 6 months old and he was being able to tell me and find them for me. This place is an excellent tire place to get your tires replaced. I would highly recommended this location. Keep up the excellent work!

I was happy about the service regarding a tire fix. Was five on about 30 minutes (with online appointment).I wasnt to happy about him trying to rush me to put on 2 new rear tires that for over $300.I might have to move to a different location to receive appropriate price

Came here to get my tire checked out due to air leaking out all time. Manager helped choose right tire. Great customer service from the managers. Tire changers however were unprofessional and one of them was rude. Hence, the two stars.

I was waiting in line and the service guy skips me to help two ladies behind me.While I waited for my car to be serviced, I noticed 2 other customers that were serviced before my car, were I was clearly here before them and was handed a receipt before them.Internal operations needs to be reviewed here, people are watching.

Great discount tire. Less busy than many others and large size, so you can get in and out fast. Also, they will put air in your tires (all discount tires do this) for free, and you can stay in your car.

I went to this Discount Tire this past Monday 6/17 and experienced the worst customer service. I went in since I had a nail stuck in my back rear tire. Initially when I went in the store I was told that they could only help me if I had my warranty paperwork because of system issues. Once I pulled out all my paperwork the gentleman said he couldn’t help me anymore and said I needed to come back another day. I ended going to another discount tire off Collins street who had the same system issues but were able to complete the entire transaction manually.

My tire pressure light came on and I went to this location on 7/15/19. They said my tires just needed to be filled up and Id be good to go. When I got back in my car, the light was still on and was told that it should go away in 5-10 mins. The next day the light still havent turned off, so I decided to go to someone else and they found that my tires were not filled like they should have been and one was very low. They filled it up for me and the light was off immediately after and theyre still good now. Maybe the young employee at Discount Tire didnt know what he was doing, maybe they need to retrain, but either way they need to make sure that services are done correctly.

As a female, trust is a huge issue when it comes to dealing with anyone who is going to work on my car. The threading on the valve broke off and I had to tow my car to this place. Now it might be that I had brought my boyfriend along that I didnt get the pressure but the gentleman helping me out did not try to pressure me to buy any tires. Instead he used the educational sales approach. He advised, when you can, you may want to get new tires for your front two. He also showed me on the Life of a Tire chart where my wheels are currently. In addition, he informed me of the free rotation and flat tire services they offer to their customers. Lastly, he offered me an opportunity to look at tire prices and when I had declined, he moved on to the next step.As for the services, I was greeted outside and they took at my tires and situation immediately. Then after directed me inside to complete paper work and he showed me directly on his screen the cost of my new valve. The service only took 30 minutes. The gentleman who fixed the car also informed me that my tire light was still on but to give it fifteen minutes before it shuts off. I appreciated that because if I didnt know my car well, I wouldve panicked and wondered if my tires still had issues. He also asked if I had any questions and if there was anything else he can do for me before I left.Oh and also note, while waiting I observed some of the other employees customer services and the building.The place had clean windows for you to see into the garage area. It also had comfortable seats and a lot of information available about tires. As for the other employees, they greeted customers right away. One gentleman even made sure the customer he was working with knew that he can take his old tire back if hed wanted to. Ive been to places where they dont even offer such information. They just assume you no longer want that stuff back. (Ive had this done with my breaks.)Overall, I hope these guys keep up their excellent quality of work. Having a good experience without feeling cheated, I will most likely go back to buy tires when Im ready.

Free air checks on tires. Knowledgeable staff. Tire are a bit expensive. But if you need an air up and qts free pumps are broken (like they usually are) they will do it for you in a timely manner
