JUSTIN IS THE MAN. Lots of places ask you to leave a review for them. This is not one of those times. I even called to speak to his supervisor to specifically let him know how good Justin is. This mans customer service is on level 100. If you have any problems at all, reach out to him. I promise he will get it set straight in a timely manner with a professional and courteous attitude. And this is all coming from a restaurant store manager. I applaud great service when I see it. Hey corporate, give this man a raise, a promotion, something. Anything. Hes long overdue!

I went in at 5:55pm due to my car I bought Monday not holding a charge. Justin went out of his way to help me and make sure my battery was replaced right away, AFTER being closed. I am overall extremely happy he was there! Upon first arrival I was told I couldn’t be helped and after waiting for Justin my car was fixed in 10 minutes!! Will definitely be seeing Justin from here on out!! He was so sweet, extremely helpful and super attentive! Thank you Justin for your help!

Mr. Darius Brown is one of the best service advisers the Grand Prairie location ! He is always patient and understanding when it comes to dealing with his customers. You can fix my car properly, but based on previous reviews, I already know that’s not going to happen 🤷🏽‍♂️. I’m gonna get my car back just for the check engine light to come back on within a day. And then I’ll take it to a 3rd party mechanic just to find out that you didn’t really do anything to fix it and have just been wasting my time. Stuck in a $22,000 contract on a used car that you refuse to fix properly just you can get more money out of me. At this point I want lawyers involved and want to do a voluntary repossession.Don’t bother to hit me with one of your copy and pasted responses that show how little you care about what you put people through and the financial struggles you bring upon us.

When it comes to customer service Justin is the guy. He calls back when he says he will. He advocated for me when I was at a loss. Justin has gone above and beyond to make things right!!! His knowledge of vehicles is supreme.. Adonis in a whole has been very accommodating with issues that have come up.

The Dallas location sold me a lemon. Car engine blew? They were giving me the hardest time until I wrote a review then everyone became concerned. After giving what seemed to be like friendly customer service and giving me what I needed. It was all so I can take down the review. I knew it was weird that Justin at the repair center and Justin at the Dallas center repeatedly asked for the post to be taken down. I took it down and now nothing again.

Update: May 2021DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!There is no reason why my time should be wasted when I have an appointment scheduled.People have jobs and responsibilities to tend to!I brought my car into the shop at 0830 this morning because there are parts that were claimed to have been “replaced” from accident that occurred December. However, after inspecting the vehicle myself the parts are the same and were never replaced.When I showed up this morning I was told to wait to determine the estimated wait time. THREE HOURS LATER of waiting, my car is still not done. It is 1213 and I still have not been given an estimated time of when my car will be ready. There is no need to keep people waiting like this, especially if you have an appointment! It is a very unprofessional structure and as soon I am done paying this vehicle I will no longer be conducting business here.Feb 2021: Car was brought into shop from an accident that occurred mid December 2020, was not offered a rental vehicle at all! After making multiple trips to their office, I was never ever able to get a clear answer on the status of my vehicle. Fast forward to February 2021, I was finally offered a rental. However, I am still sitting in a parking lot waiting on my rental vehicle because there is a lack of structure and communication between the staff. Do not waste your time or money here, they will give you the run around.

Only cause you cant put no stars. First off i send my car to get repaired only to pick up with no signal light no daytime running light. Door has a big dent in the side from one of there drives, the rear bumper has a big gash and remind you the car is white so it shows easily oh what else how about the breaks are still grinding and we told them manys times they replaced the brakes and still same problem. The alignment is still off and we told them many times since we first purchased the vehicle. They gave us a jacked up rental to use and it was leaking oil and i had to replacing the oil in it and the car was smoking and had an exhaust problem. But they make sure they take there payments out on time but dont care what type of car they sell you. Lemon

I purchased my vehicle in March of last year and Ive had no issues I love my car..$489 down, was there maybe 4 hoursIn and out with my car...Well yesterday my engine light comes on, I call immediately They answered fast!!! I have been happy with Adonis from day one but these past few days has been amazing. I had went to the Service department because I heard a noise under my car. I was 1 hour late for my appointment but Jessica still made it her business to get my car looked at that day. She came and checked and communicated with me thru the whole process. I didn’t feel like a customer she made me feel like family. After it was done she quoted me a price even though it was steep she found a way to work with me. I had to come back to the next just to find out that Jessica had found a way to knock the price down to more than half of what’s she quoted me. I was sooo happy I stepped out to call my mom and tell her because I was just stressing about how I need to work more hours to make sure I can make the money. It might not seem like much to you but me being a single parent of 3 kids it meant a whole lot to me. Her customer service skills are amazing and she genuinely cares for us and it shows. I recommend Adonis on so many levels from great cars to great customer service. Jessica is dope and she made my vacation so much better ❤️❤️❤️!!!!

If anytime I have a problem, the team at adonis repairs always come through. I always get Jessica when I call in on the phone and she is always very polite and addresses me by name when she answers the phone. Valarie and Vanessa are very nice as well and always greet me with a smile. Ive used Adonis or body repairs to two of my vehicles in the past year. One was a bumper & grill repair to my Ford Fusion...they had it done in a day. Most places would have swapped out the whole bumper, but Adonis figured was able to plastic weld a small crack and then repaint--saving me a bunch of money. I also used them on an insurance claim for my Ford Flex. The whole door was bent backwards with other damage to the side panels. They repair estimate they gave was way lower than I expected...and they had the repair done in a few days.

Had to bring my car in for powerstearing pump replaced and they had my car ready for me and was very professional!! Love Adonis auto! I love Jessica Rodriguez!
