I found this 2016 BMW R1200 GSA on the Cycle Trader app. I began asking Greg questions via email, phone and text. He promptly answered all my questions, was upfront and honest about the bike. I feel like he went out of his way to work with me. It was a little unnerving buying a motorcycle without having laid eyes on it in person, but Greg worked with me and sent pictures without hesitation. He helped me get all the documents and info I needed prior to leaving Texas to go get the bike. I bought a one way plane ticket and never looked back. Greg even came to the airport to pick me up! Hows that for customer service!? I was shocked at how fast and easy the process was once I got there. They washed the bike the morning I got there while I finished my paperwork, which took less than 10 minutes. We went over the bike together, again answering all my questions. I honestly could not recommend them highly enough!

Bill was superb to work with in my recent purchase of a KTM 450 XC-F. His knowledge of the product line was a pleasant and welcome surprise in this day and age. One of the better Harley dealers I have visited from a retail selection-standpoint. I did not experience their service department but the retail staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. After determining they could not help us with the visor my wife wanted for her helmet they did not hesitate to refer me to another competitor in town that might help. That type of honest help is awesome in my book, and I will be back the next time I’m in town.This location features the nifty bonus of sharing the building with a BMW/KTM dealership which further expands your options for gear and machines. Tons of cool stuff to look at and buy.

The Best KTM dealership!These guys are the best. I live seven hours away, but will consider this dealership my local KTM shop. I got a fair price on my trade and a fair price on my purchase. I have been disappointed with all the KTM dealerships in my area, as it felt like going to a used car dealership, with haggling and the hidden markups-financing-trade-payment shell game. Not at Grand Junction KTM. I was able to make a deal over the phone with Bill Scheskie in less than 15 minutes and once at the dealership I had a new KTM 300 XC TPI loaded up within 20 minutes. No BS, no back and forth, just a straight forward deal and some great small talk about bikes. Bill answered all my questions and gave me some good advice on KTM maintenance as well. Thanks to sales manager Cliff Allen for all his help and giving my son and autographed business card. With two boys that outgrow bikes, this will be my go to dealership when its time to shop. Great parts department with lots of stock on hand. Did I mention I drove through two snowstorms, but it was worth it.

I was happily on a wait list for well over a year looking for several preferred bikes. Used was preferable, but a 2020 would have been fine. It had to be an all black bagger, 103+ motor, newer model, Road King/Street Glide type...Eventually, Scott called and said he had the perfect bike in for me. Bikes sell fast, I live an hour away, my faith was tested. I dropped everything and ran down as soon as possible. Once Scott lead me to the bike, I was in. Sold. Not a single hesitation. The bike was absolutely perfect and exactly what I was expecting! Brought in a tire for my road king to be changed. I was pleasantly surprised that their tires where very inexpensive. They got it changed super quick and really cheap.

We brought my husbands bike in for the 1000 mile check up. Sabrina explained everything that would be done and how long it would take. If we had questions they were answered. Very amazing service!! Great people make great organizations that is Grand Junction HD / BMW.Last June I was 42 miles west of Grand Junction when I had a driveshaft failure on my BMW K1600, a google search identified GJ HD/BMW as the closest shop for repair. it was around 0630 when I called and left a message for the service department stating my problem and would have the bike there as soon as I could arrange transport.Well getting the bike there was a frustrating ordeal but got there around 1300.It was only a few minutes before John Barker came out introduced himself as the service advisor and took a look to confirm the driveshaft failure. John advised me did not have a replacement driveshaft in his parts department but had located one in California that he could have overnighted. John Madel from the parts department immediately got the order in. all this within 30 min after my arrival.the driveshaft did arrive the next day . Travis Webb Is the master BMW tech there installed the driveshaft did a test drive and without any issues.I received a call from John around 1200 stating my bike was ready.When I arrived the the bike was being washed.WOW A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM.Did I mention the GM

Possibly the worse service department I have ever tried to get ahold of. Tried calling 4 different times and left 2 messages over the last 2 weeks for a rear tire and fork seals for my BMW. Unfortunately there isnt many options to go anywhere else in this town. So they can get away with it. Have had other bad experiences over the last 8 years of dealing with them.Update.Once they got ahold of me, they got my bike in on the next available service, could not finish for the day, so they kept my bike over night, and finished the work the next day. As well as delivered my bike to Parachute (50 miles west) and covered repairs under warranty. Along with a free delivery.

Ed is always courteous and friendly, He never tries to sell you anything you dont need. Very ProfessionalBike was brought in on a Wednesday two days early due to weather, for a Friday scheduled appointment.Service called on Thursday, to explain the issue on the bike. Had to order parts. Bike was do the following Thursday. Impressed by the service and fast turnaround. Rocky Mountain Harley in Denver supposedly fixed the issue and within 1 month issue reoccured. GJ Harley actually fixed the issue to my complete satisfaction!! .

Prices werent bad for Harley the staff was friendly and very helpful! Lived that they let you demo windshields to decide better!!!

13 Pre-Owned Road Glide Purchase 4 star rating is not a dis, I was just raised in an era where we understood that perfect was not an option achievable to humans or human enterprises. 4/5 is as good as that measuring system gets in my world. Had my heart set on a different bike, but it went away before I decided that I actually wanted it, so keep that in mind if youre fence-sitting, put down something hard to keep it, or it may disappear! However, Scott and Eric came up with a similar option at a very similar price point and mileage, after test-riding several options, I picked the Road Glide and am not disappointed with it, so thank-you Scott, thank-you Eric, and a very big thanks to the rest of the crew at GJHD for the unexpected, but quite entertaining poker run through the various departments upon the completion of my purchase. I am sorry that I do not remember all of your names, but I am old and befuddled most of the time. I do, however, appreciate all of your efforts whenever I come in with a task at hand, particularly Parts, who seem to receive the bulk of my business, and the Apparel Gals, who are all lovely and always greet me with an honest smile and hello as I pass by on my way to Parts. It does my heart good, being a man of a certain age, to be greeted in such a fashion, by a friendly and attractive young woman, let alone two or three! Anyway, thanks-again, all of you. First time I actually can give Harley a thumbs up in 18 yrs. Eric in Parts and Bob I service Were top notch. Ive been riding 35 yrs, Stopped dealing with Harley a long time ago since they became a T-shirt shop. All the staff here were great, I blew a tire in Utah got towed in late. Bob made sure he took care of me first AM and got me back cross country as quick as could be expected. Eric in Parts was great to BS with while I waited.Felt like a Shop should. I even bought a t-shirt. (for my wife)

A bit disappointed to be honest. they do have a good selection of machines and accessories etc. I went in to look at the royal enfield bikes they carry now. I walked In and round the whole shop and was completely ignored by every employee in the building. Not even glanced at.Having worked at dealerships in 4 different states (including grand junction harley-davidson in the late 90s) I find that completely unacceptable. I will take my time and money to denver if I need to. Id recommend everyone else shop other locations as well until they change their ways.

Great place to buy a bike. No BS just straight talk. Cliff made the process simple and hassle free. Also went through the bike with me including suspension setup. He’s also very serious when explaining the front brake for example, Colby Higgins was the person who I spoke with on the phone to sign up and register also a good experience. Ladies shopping day! We were trying to buy handle bars for my gfs husband, for Christmas, epic fail bc we had no idea what we were up against. Eric asked us a series of great questions that brought to light that we were in fact clueless! We really did not know what we were trying to buy. So many options for his bike. Eric suggested a gift card after we peppered him with nonsensical stuff. What a patient man. He also looked online & in catalogs for a seat that Im dying to get for my bike. Your store has them on certain bikes, but, no such seat is currently available Additionally, I bought (Eric ordered) some touch up paint for my bike. Essentially, we tied him up for quite a while.
