I would like to let the owners of this company know that I would have love to do business with a locally own shop!!! But your employee Linda was not help at all getting me a quote for a hat order of 50 hats. I send a email with my logo and 2 hat design I wanted made. I had to call your store a week later to ask if I was going to get a solid price quote. Linda had me on the phone for over 20mins telling every reason she couldnt give me a ballpark price. No offer to work up a price quote. No offer to have someone call me back them could help me. Just buy a single hat and if you like it they will make me more. What kinda of business sell a product that they can not tell you the ballpark price!!

Went in for a custom embroidery for a Christmas gift. Ended up leaving with free merchandise. Requested to have the shirt embroidered by Christmas knowing it may be a tough deadline other shops in the area were opposed. Was nervous all the way until Christmas Eve. Sure enough they came through complete with the fantastic custom gift. Ill be back🏆

The gals downtown were very helpful and made me some epic custom decals for my bike helmet. They even helped me put them on. Great quality work and great customer service!

I love what they do! Fun products and great service. The store was not open when I went there. It was 10:41 AM on a Wednesday and the store was still closed, while the sign says M-F 10 to Quota. Apparently there was a sign on the door that I missed.

Needed two custom printed mugs in time for Christmas. They had them ready the NEXT DAY! There was a small error so they remade them that SAME DAY! Cant ask for better service!

Been using for lots of stuff. Finally came to an end when was told to leave work to come pick up order and it wasn’t ready. Had to wait an hour for them to be ready. Finished product was smeared ink and ruined product. They would not refund for poor workmanship or make situation right. Do not do business with people who don’t care about their job. This store doesn’t.

Apparently, Colorado Graphx likes to trash its downtown neighbors with 1-star reviews after Colorado Graphx EARNS a legitimate 1-star review for very poor customer service. Perhaps Miss Lanie Lee would like to reconsider her recent decision to give a neighboring real estate agency a 1-star review. Its an unethical thing to do, considering that this agency has never done business with Lanie Lee. It will be interesting to see THIS review turn into a 5-Star review once Miss Lees review does the same. Or, I suppose both reviews could just disappear. Ball is in your court, Colorado Graphx...

I wanted a hat that no one else had. I went to Colorado Graphx and Jaron did a great job em-bordering the sprocket and Colorado logo on my hat. Thanks guys great job......

Bought an elk sticker there and put it on my yeti cooler months ago. One of my favorite stickers and it’s still looks brand new

Went in to get two stickers made. Employees made it seem like they would get done promptly. I had to go around the corner to go eat some food and I paid over the phone and right after I paid they said they would be done in a week and a half, instead of the shorter frame the employee implie. .I guess I was just upset because I wasnt told all the information about the product before being charged. Also after I was refunded my money the receipt said I had been charged for five stickers instead of two. Just wasnt a very good experience but in the past they had made other stickers for me in less that twenty minutes so I dont know what the issue was

Made order for 25 t shirts black and white payd for when i made order 250 dollars and was charged an extra 54 dollars when i picked up because they said they added more ccs of ink but graphix color came out very poor and grey instead of white . took way longer then the wait time i was givin i would not recommend doing business with colorado graphix

They were not able to do the project I was wanting because their tools were not small enough. It isnt anyones fault, but I can not determine their handymanship. The employees are nice though.
