I have a 2017 jeep Cherokee the blower needed to Be replaced for the air conditioner and they put the cheapest blower possible! The A/C wouldn’t even change the speed so now I’m having to go to another mechanic to replace it with the good quality one that will work. Not even the Max A/C would change beings the blower was so cheap! I didn’t want to bring it here being we have a mechanic but beings where I bought my car from, Discovery Auto Group this is the only place they would let me replace it. Now I know why.

I love Polar Bear. This is my second time using them. They never tell you a bunch of things are wrong, just to make money. Theyre busy enough, they dont need extra work. They do what needs to be done, to keep your car roadworthy & they save you money. I would never go on a road trip without them going over my vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was told by brakes plus I needed something replaced. Polar bear auto checked my car out for free and told me no replacement was needed, saved me $700 in unneeded repairs. Very honest, friendly and efficient. I will be returning!

Lipstick on napkins in the car. Gave the wrong diagnosis. Tried to charge 100 dollars more for the same part we found online. 3 separate appointments and didnt fix anything but they made progress on breaking my buttons.

Our Ac compressor blew on the way to vacation and we stopped by to get it fixed to many places and they couldn’t help in the hot weather but we stopped by here and one of the guys came up and helped us right away and took the car in the shop and proffesionally fixed it to working and cold Ac. Stopped here after reading reviews and not disappointed. Coming over the pass from Denver on our way home to Oregon. Trucks air conditioning stopped putting out cold air on 90 degree day. Polar Bear auto worked us in, identified minor problems and fixed them at a very reasonable price. We really appreciated their service. Great down to earth folks.

Fantastic customer service. We were traveling across the country and couldnt have asked for a better experience getting our car fixed in a timely manner. Great attitude and prompt completion. Had us back on the road in 5 hours.

Had some problems with a complicated car. They fixed it up promptly and my car now works great.In the summer I also came here to get an AC conversion. Little did I know the car was already converted so they recharged the AC and sent me on my way, they could have screwed me but they didn’t. To me Polar Bear Auto is trust worthy and does a great job.

They rebuilt our Chevy 2500hd. Great price and I would highly recommend them I couldn’t beat their price anywhere in my town. Also only people that could figure out what was wrong with my vehicle which before we had taken it to multiple chevy mechanics. Found out that the previous owner before had put stop leak in radiator and it destroyed torque converter which destroyed our transmission. So we did a complete rebuild with upgrades and replaced radiator. The price was awesome and we have had absolutely no problems since. I love how they tell you a price they stick to it and the quality of their work was great. Very satisfied!

Called in, was quoted 500$ Went in to have a break line fixed. They told me they were going to replace the entire break line, they didn’t. They patched where it was leaking. Told me I needed new calipers, Wich is strange because I had the break pads replaced within 6 months and it wasn’t a issue then. Then charged me 270$ in labor. Ended up paying 20$ shy of the quoted price for an entire new break line. They ripped me off. I wouldn’t go back to this place and anyone I know will be told to do the same.

James always takes really good care of our 1999 Buick LeSabre. Weve had the air conditioning fixed, the engine replaced and more. Recently, the battery wasnt holding a charge and since we bought it from them last October, they replaced it with no charge and no hassle. We really appreciate their business style.

I took my vehicle in a few weeks ago having issues with my transmission. I had to leave town that weekend and of course, it happened to quit on me RIGHT before the holidays! The service was absolutely amazing! They were fast, friendly and HONEST!!The technician that worked on my vehicle even changed a bulb for me at no cost just because he noticed it was out while they were working on my vehicle. (Its the little things)I had shopped around for pricing after having them diagnose my car and they were almost half the cost of what the dealership quoted me! Not only that, but when I went to pick up my vehicle (the very NEXT DAY) my bill was even less than what they had quoted!My car ran great all the way to East Kansas and hasnt skipped a beat since! I wont be taking my vehicles anywhere else ever again!

> DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. These so called mechanics do not know what they are doing. Had my engine rebuilt here only to have it rebuilt here two more times all within 3 months. Finally ended up taking it to a Ford dealer to have the engine entirely replaced new. They had honed the cylinders out in a oval shape.... Left the old worn out pitted cam and lifters in.... Destroyed my oil pan....Never had the engine hot tanked, Just painted over old grease and dirt....never rebuilt the heads nor had them machined.....Total sham here. Never will I take another vehicle back to this shop. Not even for an oil change. >

My driver window stopped working and was rolled down. The employee working told me that they wouldn’t be able to get the part the same day but they could hold the window in place for the time being. They charged $100 to place a 2x4 in the door panel and screw it in place. They also cut my window regulator cords in the process. Needless to say I was very dissatisfied with their service and the price. That was the most expensive 2x4 I’ve ever bought.
