Went in for coolant and windshield wiper blades recently. This store on highways 6 and 50 near Sprouts tends to be clean and in order. They often have what we need

Its a truck stop its Utah and well youre in the cops seem to let me be there while I slept the night anyways like it was cool just dont try to do anything and you dont want to Sunday let alone during any wildfire but the wind will blow and this place will provide all your needs even on Sunday

Very friendly and knowledgeable. They checked out my old battery and found it somewhat deficient and so provided me with a brand new battery as the old one was still under warranty!They definitely will continue to get my business in the future. The store manager even called to check with me and make sure that everything was okay!

Everyone seems to be positive & upbeat in taking care of your needs. Cassandra (Manager) is very knowledgeable & gets the job done with helping you install wipers or just finding the right part the first time. Some of the other places to buy parts aren’t near as knowledgeable so I will always be using the place I can trust to do things right!

Best Customer Service Ive ever had! Special shout out to Trevor who was extremely helpful when telling me what my check engine code meant. He told me the part I would need as well as how easy it was to replace and that I could easily do it myself. He made sure I had all the tools to do it and saved my hundreds of dollars. I cannot thank him enough. I will absolutely be coming back to this AutoZone. Very organized and outstanding service

The software or system that AutoZone uses for transactions is the worst system for any kind of change to your amount due or not wanting to build up store credits and the entire system falls apart resets and the lines quad double in 1/4 oz weed

I had a Mass Air Sensor put in my car by a repair shop in Denver on 7/15. The part was faulty and the check engine light came on in Grand Junction. I called the repair shop in Denver to find where they had purchased the part. They got it at an Auto Zone in Denver. I called Auto Zone on 6 and 50 in Grand Junction and explained my situation to the manager, Cassie. She told me to bring the faulty part to her. I did and she exchanged it and got me running again. I work for a dealership, Ive been in to this store several times. Every time Ive been in Ive been treated poorly. Ive brought in parts and have been told that the part doesnt exist on the vehicle I was working on even though I had the part in my hand. Majority of the staff doesnt know that much, except what they can read on a computer screen. Ive been to other AutoZones and have slightly better experiences than visiting this store.

We were stranded from out of town and called ahead to see if they had a part we needed to fix our truck. The store manager on shift found the part at another store and had it there just about the time we were towed into town. They went above and beyond to help us with what we needed as we fixed the part in the parking lot. We can’t say enough good things about this store!

Great service, two guys were building a display but when they finally noticed me they broke off and helped me out. Had the parts I needed and at a cheaper price than the competitors and they were a setter brand. Also came with a lifetime warranty.

I usually love auto zone compared to the other auto stores and really still do however this one out towards the mall has the worst woman supervisor I have ever experienced or witnessed. Truly a wicked woman (@$!#*) having dealt with her made this experience yucky!

I usaly buy my parts here. My problem was I have there app and went to buy a blinker relay found it on the app for $7.50 with lifetime warranty. When I went to the store they tried to sell me a $16.00 relay with no warranty. I seen the other on the computer and said what about that one. They said they had to order it in.was fine with me but I would have even known if not for the app. But you would also think they would keep the cheaper one with the warranty in Stock. But it is still the cheapest place to get your parts just watch for things like that.

A lot of supplies and helpful staff but sometimes lacks enough staff.
