The service staff are pretty helpful, and they have a decent amount of parts in stock. So far I’ve been able to walk out with a radiator, O2 sensor, and air filter on the same day I ordered them; which is pretty great considering they were for a very old car.

They close at 9pm I got there at approximately 8:45. The dark haired fella with longer hair and light beard acted very put out. The lady was very helpful and polite. She assisted me and cashed me out. He just made rude comments. Next time I will travel the 5 extra blocks down North Ave to AutoZone or OReilly auto parts.
When I arrived on a very rainy day needing a battery I received amazing support and customer service from both the cashier Linda and the manager Catelyn. Despite not being able to assist me with replacing my battery i.e taking it out and putting in the new battery due to the fact that there was a fuse box mounted on the battery, Catelyn assessed my battery out in the pouring rain and then used her personal phone to call Wal-Mart auto shop and get them to squeeze me in right at closing time so I could get to work the next day. Both of these ladies were a blessing and gave exceptional customer service. Thank you!
After looking online at the website for a replacement battery for an ATV, I drove to the Advance Auto store near My home. Could have ordered it online, and saved the trip, but believe in supporting local stores. My experience demonstrates why so many consumers have abandoned local shopping. The clerk, who I appeared to be interrupting, asked what I was looking for. I explained I had looked online, and saw they carried a solution for my replacement battery. He slowly walked me to the selection, and then pointed at several batteries. I asked him which one should I purchase? Could he look it up? They looked similar in size. He said no. People bring in the old batteries. If I could see it from the website, couldnt he? I expressed to him, what was the point in shopping locally if that is the answer, versus ordering it and having it at my porch in a few days. He then walked off. No care, or regard. My girlfriend was even surprised. Save Your money, and shop Autozone, Napa, or a business that is interested in Your business.
My husband ordered a part for curb side pickup. They pulled the part and had it waiting for him. He had to take the truck apart and it was the wrong part. He called to see if they would bring him the right part and they refused. When he put the truck back together drove there and they tried to charge him another 30 dollars for the same part for the correct vehicle.

Ended up buying my spark plugs and boots from these guys and they sold me the wrong ones after the employee said he double checked to see what kind of truck I had and what kind of motor was in iti took it to the shop cuz it just wasnt running right. Come to find out they sold me the wrong plugs they were about an inch and a half too short

Really great place; Chris and Ashley are always willing to help and if they dont know something, they simply tell me and find out. They have the best prices in town and sometimes cut you a deal to insure that youre getting the best price! Hands down the only place Id go for parts or anything else to do with my vehicles.
This is a new store with a central location. The employees are professional and happy to help. The parts counter workers know more than other part stores I have been to.This is the only store that I could find a patch kit for my hybrid bike tires, I dont like to replace tubes every time.The prices are right at this location as far as I know. A good place for 2 of fuel line or a top end gasket set for your 5.0.

My battery light was on so they tested it,, it was bad like I expected. They put a new one in for me. They have high quality parts and there staff are real mechanics, I wont go anywhere where else .

After going threw Auto Zone and OReillys and multiple other part stores we could not get the help we needed. Finally Advaned Auto on North Avenue Grand Junction Colorado gave us the help we needed and finally I have the right master cylinder. I appreciate the effort and the man was very nice who called and informed me that my part had arrived also when I came in the store and paid. Excellent customer service at a great price. Ill definetly be using Advanced Auto in the future and recommending to others.

Hands down worst experience with a parts store in my life . Bought a fuel pump from them 2 weeks later the pump burned up, went back to warranty it and they refused to and told me to get out of the store before they called the cops on me. Ive had better service at McDonalds than this place!
Called a few minutes before closing time listed, to ask a simple question and no one would answer the phone. Good way to loose customers, Im so glad I was able to call autozone and get my question answered. Why does a autopart store close at 7pm when all others on town are open much later.

I went to store to get front end parts for my truck, and the guy who was helping was not very knowledgeable about parts, he continued to ask me all sorts of questions like he didnt know what he was doing, got all the ball joints and tie rod ends and come home tear my front end apart and nothing was right. went back to store to return everything to get what i needed, But you didnt have the items in stock. I have been in there quite a few times and there was this one guy who knew his stuff and then some, Im pretty sure his name was Bernie, He would go out of his way to help anybody. But i was told he no longer works there, that is very sad he actually knew what he was doing and what parts he was looking for. There very few people who work there that know what they are doing. You guys were my go to people and especialy when that one guy was there i would always go to him. Now i will be going to another parts store until you guys get your stuff figured out. There are plenty of part stores in this town and you guys need to step up your game or hire people who know what they are doing.I have spent a lot of money there but now it will be spent elsewhere. I even called yesterday and the parts i needed you didnt have, How can you have a thermostat and no gasket for it? I hope you guys can get this figured out or your business will fair miserably.

I wouldnt ever recommend coming to advance their customer service is completely terrible nothing but attitudes and they treat you like youre the dumb one when they have no idea what theyre talking about if I could rate this lower it would be a -5 auto zone was an absolute success only took 10 minutes and they didnt treat us like we were an inconvience . Hope advance auto gets closed down overall they ARE TERRIBLE.
