Purchased a lot of paint here over the years, my pa has too, they cant match paint, never been able to paint just a panel, I can order paint by code online and it matches better. I wont be spending any more money with Mike billings at color wheel. Maybe I am just getting back at you, but in the past there was a more respectful approach that was face to face. you played the review game first, never have I ever bought paint from your brother, and I really liked your dad, but you have made think of you in a different light mike, yes it has been some time since I was in your store ordering paint but it never dawned on me to tell people why until the other day. Russell may have damaged your fence 1 time with which you replied oh Ill turn it in to my insurance, if you felt differently about the fence you should have said so, instead go ahead and put a knife in the back of a guy who would have fixed your fence without complaint, who has also bought paint from your store, for nearly every paint job hes done over 15-20 years, many of which did not match but no knife was inserted in these instances nor would you ever Man Up and remix paint for free due to it not matching. I painted 1 vehicle 6 times before you guys could match it, a factory Toyota color. Paid for every dang mix too. Guess that means we already did pay for your gate, Mistakes happen, so many variables in our complex world ba! You had a working relationship that was friendly and personable, I do buy great paint online from TCP Global ;), You should have called Russell and asked him to come fix your fence, and you should realize the risks involved with moving and oversized shed thru a narrow gate, I was there for the first time he moved it and it was a tight squeeze, and there were 3 people spotting the shed the first time. You, your lady companion, and myself. And my time was donated. Nice guy right? There were some variables that simply arent reflected in your flaky review. Case in point. Thanks for your response, lets get it all out there. I know for a fact that when you call him or talk to him, you are on a first name basis, you call him by his name like you know and can respect him enough to Remember his name, but not enough to let him fix a fence. I was respectful to your father and I would hope youd be respectful to mine. Good day Sir!
