Awesome truck stop!! Fuel was cheap after fleet discount. They have large bathrooms, plenty of food, and lots of things to browse.

Tried to get fuel. Little gal at cash register doesnt know how to work register to approve cards. Then we need to do this and change that for her to sell us fuel. Been fueling there 25 yrs. Never had a problem. Guess Ill fuel my trucks elsewhere

This truck stop is really big first time here clean restroom and lots of food choices. Big parking lot.

Had to stay in our RV back of shop for 3 days for a tire repair. Clint was awesome and so was the rest of the shop personnel. When we were finally able to get the tires for the front we only waited a few hours to get us all fixed up and going. So grateful to them.

Great atmosphere, change of pace from the norm when it comes to truck stops, had half rack ribs for dinner not bad, but for $18.75 youd expect fall off the bone as mentioned on menu, not the case here. What would Gordon Ramsey say? Bet it would include a few four letter words! Overall service was good, again cool place to stop at, with the exception of the over cooked ribs no complaints I will stop here again if in the area.

My favorite place to park when Im in Grand Island! Oh yeah... I was initially looking for a Pilot so I could use my Pilot fleet card! Dont be alarmed that you dont see any representation of Pilot... the gas pumps do take the Fleet card, Rewards card, and you can use your Pilot showers in the app.

I really like this truck stop, large parking lot, clean toilets. Big, comfortable and clean showers.

Stopped for gas however finding more gas stations that force you to go inside for recipes.

Second time stopping on my way through, thought the first time was just a fluke. Second trip the same, long line, slow service, 5:00pm subway closed, little Caesar nothing available, chicken place had food but the gentleman behind the counter had dirty hands and clothes so for the kids a couple Cinnabon and headed to York for food and gas. Will definitely plan to be able to bypass this stop in the future.

I love the remodeling it is nice.I was blessed to meet Miss Kelly.This awesome lady is to be recommended for manage training because she has what it takes to lead by example and it reflects on the faces of her customers as they leave her register with a smile on their face.

Now minus 5 stars if possible. I USED to love stopping here always a parking spot and my favorite biscuits and gravey were great. Not so much now. They have decided to not open until 8am. There excuse short handed. Well let me tell you something. If you PAYED A DECENT WAGE. $2.50 an hr is not decent. No wonder people choose to stay on unemployment. They can make a decent living wage doing so. You might have employees if you payed a DECENT wage. But I WILL NOT BE BACK until you have your self together and remember you are a truck stop. Drivers can and will make or break you.

This is by far the the best truck stop Ive ever been in all the u.s. it has everything. It has parking diesel fuel gas I dont believe I have seen a better truck stop. This place has everything clothes accessories things for your truck for your car for repairs think about something and youre going to get to here salt now I do suggest that if you want to eat you have to come in early because all the restaurants are closed after 9 so if youre coming I need to do a truck stop this is the one to come in

The people are very nice the food is great and really cool things to see and a historic piece of metal from 911 signed by veterans I would definitely recommend you to come here and there is a lot of parking spots for semis I love it here

Thunder road grill is our fave! We stop every time we come through Nebraska, best chicken wings and pizza ever. Also a pretty good place to sit down and have a beer after a long day.

Showers were 👍🏻.Security follows you around the store which is kinda comical because he acts like he is trying to pay you no interest but this is negated by the simple fact that he FOLLOWS YOU AROUND THE STORE!Anyways, the mens bathroom was terrible. Toilet paper laying everywhere, toilets left unflushed, urine on the floor of the stalls. Management definitely needs to tighten the reigns in this area.Other than that, it was a good stay and decent truck stop to spend the night at.

NEED TO PUT UP SIGNS INDICATING THE PARKING BY THE FUEL ISLAND IS BOBTAIL ONLY.I got woken up by an employee& told to move even tho there’s no signage there. How tf is anyone supposed to know when the spots are big enough for a tractor& trlr??

The food was terrible and expensive! We had the pork fritter and it was disgusting. My baked potato was cold. The cost was nearly $60 and it is NOT worth it! Don’t eat at this establishment.

Good place have lots in the store, a vape shop, restaurants a drivers lounge and an on site masseuse. I like stopping here.

This is one of the nicest truck stops that Ive ever been to. They have several restaurants, clean bathrooms, an arcade, casino, and even a small movie theater. All of the employees were helpful.

Everytime Im here theres a long line with one cashier working. Youd think business intelligence would be able to tell someone in charge when the busy times are to not let it get so congested. As you can also see no mask policy or social distancing here.Update: Came here 2 weeks later, still more the same, except this time the (I really want to be nasty & put a wonderfully explicit word here to describe this female but I dont want to be permanently banned... yes she was that horrible) behind the counter was really crabby. So I lowered from 2 stars to a 1 star. Everything except this storefront is great (restaurants, parking, pumps) but the up front face of the retail store is awful every single time.

Great truck stop. Lots of food options from fast food to full sit down restaurant and truck stop snack bar. Arcade inside along with vape shop, tattoo parlour, chapel, movie theatre, chiropractor and massage, as well as hair salon for men. Great spot with lots of options for truckers, lots of parking and even a motel 6 next door.

Showers no hot water.Not waiting in line to have sandwich made with only one person working. Made a Dr. Pepper fountain drink.Tasteddrink as I was driving away. No flavor. All wst r r.

Not stopping here for lunch agian use to be one of my favorite truck stops but the food court dosent know of their opened or closed its 11am and lights are on food is out but after standing there for some time a worker finnaly came out and told me their not open yet really its almost noon and if ur not opened put up a closed sing! Open 24 hours great food and am able to call in orders ahead so your food is ready when you get there.

Was there around midnite and there were 14 ppl in line waiting and no exaggeration we stood there 27 min in line and when i asked if he was the only cashier the security Christina told me if i didnt like it i could leave. When asked who the manager was she said i dont need to worry about it. She works for Allied security.

Place is a little outdated. Showers were not good, need better shower heads. If you like to feel like you getting hosed down with a fire hose, then these showers would be perfect

I used to look forward to stopping here. Not anymore. They wont honor the pilot rewards. The restrooms are always nasty the fuel pumps havent been cleaned in a very long time and the staff is increasingly rude and inattentive. If this aint my fuel stop then Ill keep driving. Not going to patronize a business that puts in so little effort.

Bosselman truck stop is a great place to stop shopping food showers clean good people willing to help. BUT the parking lot needs sealed black top holes filled in yellow markings to get more trucks a place to park parking for bobtails ten wheel campers.

Clean, Huge, facility. Barbershop, Clinic, Tattoo Parlor, Little Ceasars, Subway, Thunder Road Bar & Grill, Cinnabon... whats not to like? Boss Shop in the back. Vape shop near the Professional Driver entrance. Slot machines decorate the center of the truck stop, and the bathrooms have race cars hanging from the ceiling. Very interesting place. My favorite decoration is the M48 Patton Medium-Class Tank sitting out on their front lawn!

We really like this place. The showers are so nice. They are upstairs away from the general population. There are several services for drivers. We got Krispy Krunchy chicken, yum! It was fresh. It’s a great place to stop and relax.

No honor here. While charging I saw this sign (see photos) offering Tesla drivers a free appetizer when they show a Tesla key. I went in. While I ordered lunch I showed the waitress my M-3 Tesla key. Her boss refused to honor it when I asked for a free appetizer with my meal.

They serve the best steaks in Nebraska.

A great stop for gas with a family. Its like a mini mini mall you can buy clothes play in the arcade eat at diner ThunderRoad or even get a tatoo upstairs at I-80 tatoos. This is probably As Good As It Gets in the middle of nowhere

I would absolutely love to give this place 5 stars due to the many amenities available to us truckers. However I cant do so based on 1 simple basic thing, the showers. They are lacking 3 key features and would be very easy to fix. 1 they do not offer anything to stand on that is none slip, no towel or mat. Feels like trying to ice skate and very unsafe. 2 is the shower heads of death, the shower heads they have could only be described as the love child of a sand blaster and a pressure washer! I had that stream run across my little guess head and lemme tell ya, that wasnt pleasant in the least so Id feel comfortable saying it could probably take your eye out. Plus who wants to shower with 1 hand covering your junk! Pretty unsafe. 3rd one and the most petty as its more on the convenience side of it but still unsafe having to bend down in a shower repeatedly because there is no shelves to put anything on, such as your own soaps, conditioner, razor, etc. If those 3 things were addressed this would be an easy 5 and a guaranteed stop every time.

This has got to be the worst Subway I have ever been to. As a former subway manager, this employee girl would be fired. She acted like it was an inconvenience for her to make my sandwich, super rude, she put rotted tomatoes on it and the herb & cheese had no cheese. Also she had very little stuff prepped, this I understand because she was by herself. And while talking with the previous cust, she had no mask on.In a truck stop that big, trying to run a Subway & little caesars an employee should not have to do all the work that needs to alone.

When I drove trucks for CR England this was one of my favorite stops.So much to do there combined with a nice relaxing environment for truckers.

This place has a little bit of everything you want including things you dont want!I immediately vacated the shower before I could unpack my bag. There was a bed bug as big as a smart car. Thats all it takes for me I will not be back just fuel and thats it.

This truck stop is always a GO To place for me. The staff is also friendly and the food is awesome. As a female OTR driver I am appreciate all the amenities they have to offer.

Facilities are good but customer service from the girl at Subway who made me wait 10 minutes cause she ran out of bread and made such a horrible and empty sub and when told about it she just shrugged her shoulders, rolled her eyes and offered if I wanted to pay for extra meat and when told that she had such horrible people skills she just rolled her eyes again, and the one at Little Cesars provided her service with such a horrible attitude that even when I asked her for her boss she told me he wasnt there, and when asked for the office phone number she tld me to go to the fuel desk and get it from there, all this happened on Sunday, June18th in the afternoon at around 1700 hrs, I attached a pic of the sub she made an honestly judge if thats the kind of presentation Subway wants for their product!

Basically a mini Iowa 80. Lots of parking, nice clean, maintained smooth lot. I didn’t visit the restrooms but the showers were clean with lots of hot water. Decent selection of truck stuff and prepackaged food and knickknacks. Has multiple restaurant choices too. Tattoo shop, chiropractor (recommend visiting) and massage parlor upstairs.

Shower heads have water pressure of a fire hydrant. It’s nearly impossible to take a shower. It almost cuts your skin, shower #2 and #3

Clean place and bathrooms, more than 10 parking spaces for trucks, with picnic tables, overall it is a really nice rest area.

Im not sure why you would use the prison system as a model for setting up the showers. A molded in tray to set stuff on isnt to much to ask for and why they were taken out with remodel is odd.

Review for showers. Not sure how it’s acceptable to stop providing a smaller towel for the floor. Standing on sandals is quite inconvenient. Also, I’ve never seen a worse shower head. There are way better shower heads on the market that provide water savings. Needle jet streams are not fun, nor comfortable. I’d go to the trailer washout if I wanted a power wash. Last, no little shelf for anything you want to bring into shower. Just set your soap and shampoo on the floor. Just shows where the mindset of management/owners is and how they care for drivers.

Parking for trucks, but dont expect food. 7:45 pm, and the travel center kitchen is closed. does anyone care about truck drivers anymore? theres more to a 10 hour break than just sleep. I stop here 4 or 5 times a week, and they never have hot food for drivers.

Purchased some antenna mounts for my Freightliner, got to the truck and discovered they were the wrong mounts. Went back in to return them in about 15 minutes. Since they only had 1 available I bought a few other things instead. I used my debit card which is the same as cash everywhere, except here. They apparently needed to put it back on my card? I had to manually enter my card number on the pin pad and then give the cashier my 3 digit security code.. She explained this was the only way to do an exchange. She also told me that it would be up to 3 days before I’d see my $90.00 The purchase was from Bosselman travel center, the refund was from Pilot?? This whole transaction was just weird.

They have Very clean showers and everything in this travel center is really Beautiful, I recommend to visit this location, Thank you for all the great services

All employees are really nice, and helpful. They keep the place extremely clean, from the restrooms to the showers. Even the coolers are extremely clean. In the area, you really need to stop by, will not be disappointed.

One of the biggest truck stops I ever been to. Bek facility, you can find pretty much anything you want, great massage salon, very recommend 1 hour session, you won’t regret!

This establishment is well kept. Clean environment, but staff needs to go back to the black board(drawing board) to learn customer service. They dont look at you and see a person, they see dollar bills. Its a shame where you just feel comfortable. They have a restaurant inside, its called something grill. I ordered steak and eggs, read what Im saying- steak and eggs. Well, the steak had more fat then actual meat and the eggs, a total different story. The eggs were a childs portion buried under the steak. When you order food from menu- your supposed to be WOWED from the your order. Well, this meal was a total disappointment and the total price on meal- over $30! I thought for a quick moment, I was gonna do what Redd Fox was known for- grab your heart saying- here comes the big one! All in all, place is nice- but entire staff needs to work on customer service. All they see is walking dollar bills and not people. This place needs a staff where customer is first and not money. Majority of travel centers are same- they see money and not people!!

My husband and I used the shower here. No water pressure, no bath/shower mat, (could sue your butts if someone was to slip and fall and get hurt)!! Nebraska is my home and I am a little ashamed at the way people hype this place up. Been here several times. With Covid-19 going on, one would think the place would be a little cleaner! I have been here for almost 2 hrs and not one person has been around to sanitize! Its pathetic!! Out of all the Truck Centers we have been to, this one is the worst.

Not a very customer friendly store, Food closes at 8pm, Subway doesn’t open until 10am, long waits in line to cash out, no one working the Cinnabon counter, you have to wait until they’re done cashing out the line then they’ll help you... and the squeegee for the diesel lanes are awful, can’t even clean a window with them. I’ll just bypass this place.

If youre an RVer just looking for cheap gas, skip this gimmicky joint. Even the cheapest 87 octane with 10% corn liquor was $1.95 when other stations in the area where priced at $1.79. Yes, they are a Pilot/Flying J station but even with your Good Sam nickel discount, youre still paying $.10/gal more than everywhere else in the area. I guess they think customers are supposed to pay for their corny remodel. Ive made my first and last stops there.

Plenty of parking and plenty of food. Overall pretty good. BUT, they advertise LUXURIOUS and with ALL the amenities but don’t have free OR pay for WIFI. This day and age I find it odd a truck stop would not think WIFI is a bare bones essential.

Worked for the company for 5 years I know Charlie always expects great customer service with that said I am highly discouraged with the food court today waited at subway for 20 minutes for food others busy a girl walks out of the back sees me there and just walks to the back had enough called corporate the food court needs better customer service

I like this truck stop it has a lot to offer. Problem is they bang on your shower door about every 5 minutes, even if there are 10 showers available. No need for that, once is ok, but not 5 times.

Still one of the best stops on I-80, good food, good vape supplies, friendly staff clean showers. Couldnt recommend it more. 😁

I had a problem. They went out of their way to help me. I am really grateful for that. Their truck stop is the best in the Pilot system, and one of the best in the whole country. Lots of parking. Lots of everything.

I purchased a bag of sunflower seeds here last night and then realized the next morning that I had purchased a wrong flavor. I went back in, with receipt, to exchange the bag for the flavor that I wanted. Instead, I was told that they do not take back returns on food. FOOD?!?! Really? It was unopened, I had the receipt, food was not on the list of non-returnables at the register (or consumables, as the employee quoted as saying), and I wanted to exchange it...not return it for money back. Hell, grocery stores take food back, or exchange. I dont get it.I have come here for many years and didnt have problems until this happened, along with an attitude. No skills to deal with people. There is a TA just down the interstate that I may take my business.If you want to be treated fairly and as a person, you may want to go somewhere else. Its a shame how this transpired.

Great place to stop. Food is great, the place is amazing, lots of parking, amenities are fantastic, nice and clean.The Staff are friendly, fun and helpful.I recommend stopping here for any reason. A break, shift reset, cycle reset, or to just check it out. It was a welcome change from some places.Thanks folks, great job. Keep it up, it was a pleasure visiting.

Ive been on a journey exploring the U.S. Im from Michigan. Ive stopped at many truck plazas to take a shower and rest. Ive even been to Iowa 80, the worlds biggest truck stop. But this place has been the absolute best hands down!!! The showers are huge and so clean that when entering is a welcoming fresh scent that I know was sprayed after entering. The staff was top notch. I wish I had not ate before here and tried their restaurant. The best travel center!!!

Your cute display of anti Trump stuff on the counter right next to the register shows me the values your establishment holds. So I will not be back. Ill buy my fuel where their values more align with mine or at the very least they dont shove theirs in my face.
