In June, we were in the area for a National competition with 4-H - all the way from NC! We had a broken wheel bearing and Miller’s was excellent! They have the best customer service and truly want to give their customers the best service. They took me back to the motel and picked me up when the truck was ready. They stayed until after 8:00 to get it fixed. I cannot say enough about the excellent service we received! Thank you again so much for getting us back on the road! I would give them 10 ⭐️

I went in to get tires installed. We had talked and scheduled the appointment before hand. They had an issue with communication upfront and the correct tires were not on hand in the quantity necessary. I wasnt sure what we were gonna do because I was being picky when I picked the tire. Adam took care of everything from start to finish. He substituted another set. Very smooth and pleasant experience. Will always get tires from here moving forward.

Guys were great at getting my bobcat tires mounted up quickly.

Had appointment to have car looked at and they lost my reservation and so my car didnt get looked at until the next day, and they kept calling my father, which Im not even sure why his number is under my car and then I called millers to tell them that my number was what they should call. They still wouldnt call me. And my car was repaired on Friday, I (my dad, who I told them not to call) but they didnt call until that Monday. Ive used them in the past and it was good service but not this time around, Im very hesitant to use them again if need be. The car service was good but the customer service not so much.

Had great experience! My truck was in and out in one afternoon. Price was reasonable for the work preformed on the staff was knowledgeable and courteous. Free shuttle to and from the shop was a plus! I would recommend this place to friends and family.

I had a lift installed on my Jeep Wrangler JK, these guys were very helpful with choosing & ordering parts. Scheduling the install was easy and everything went smooth. They even offer transport while your vehicle is in the shop. The reception guys and service techs with Miller Tire do quality work and have a no BS attitude and treat you with respect. I seriously recommend taking your vehicle(s) to Miller Tire for service if you want it done right and timely.

Drove 400+ miles from Colorado to purchase a Chevy Suburban from a local dealership.Left with the vehicle Sunday morning, 3 miles down the road, NO OIL PRESSURE!!Adam, Ryan and John from Millers completely took care of me and got me on the road safely. Setting the standard for outstanding customer service!While traveling from Nebraska to Colorado on a time crunch my check engine light started flashing. I pulled over and found the only service station around me that was open after 1 on a Saturday, Miller Tires & Service. I called and they said they’d be waiting for me. They were very kind and courteous on the phone. When I arrived they knew exactly who I was and had a technician waiting to look at my car. They quickly diagnosed the problem. They were however ready to close, and would not be able to complete the work until tomorrow, I explained my situation and the manager talked with his technician who agreed to stay after hours to get me safely back on the road. I wanted to give the tech a tip for staying after hours, they would not accept it...it’s simply what they do here. It is rare to find a business that is not only honest and affordable, but one that continues to go the extra mile and provide outstanding customer service. Experienced car issues on the interstate as I was passing by. I called several places that couldnt fit me in their schedule on short notice. I came across Miller Tire & Service who was very busy and still made time to repair my car so I could get back on the road. They even stayed open after hours to finish the job! The wait was extremely accommodating with popcorn and coffee as well. Very grateful for your service! 10/10 experience

I had my 09 BMW 335I sitting broke down for over a year, I finally was able to get it fixed and it desperately needed tires. You can imagine how excited I was to get out and drive my car around and I did not want to wait another day to get tires put on. I called Miller tire at 2:00 PM and asked about getting all 4 tires replaced and they said yes we can do it, come on in I pulled up about 3:20 and they changed my tires, informed me about tire pressure sensor issues when they were doing the job, I gave the ok wo replace them and I was out the door with a 3 year warranty on my tires. Very satisfied with the service. I didnt catch the name of the guy that helped me but I think he was probably the manager? They could not have a nicer more professional guy running the place. A+++++

There is still wonderful customer service out there and you can find it at Miller Tire. I had a tires that had seen their last miles. Ryan helped me get the best tires for my driving needs that also fit my budget. He even made sure I got back to work on time. They have our family for all future services. Had a set of tires picked out two months ago, went in this week,those tires were no longer in inventory. Adam sold me a bigger, better brand for 80 dollars less than the set I had chosen! He also installed them in 1/2 an hour without using the lift! I would also like to say that the owner still busts tires alongside his employees, and I also like to see the same faces when I go into a place of business . We had our check engine light come on unexpectedly while passing Grand Island, and the staff at Miller were able to get us in for repairs without an appointment on a Saturday. Nice waiting area with a tv. The staff even offered to drive us to a local bar while they worked on our car for a couple hours so we could get some food and watch the football game. The employee that dropped us off even paid for each of us to have a beer. So thankful we came across them!

This is where you want to take your car/truck/suv!!! We took our car here just before we moved for tires on our van and had a great experience! That was back when they had first opened. Things have changed so much as we see their business has expanded over the years. One thing that hasnt changed is their outstanding customer service. The owner must have a knack for picking the right people for his business because we have never been treated better by any other company then the men and women who work here!! Always greeted right as you walk in the door, employees are friendly, respectful, informative and there to seriously help you in the best way they can! We called just one day before we were coming to town to get 3 new tires put on our van. Jon ordered them and got us in right away when we got into town. He made sure to keep me informed as to how long it would take as I had my 4 children with me and been on the road for 2 hours. They have a very nice, clean comfortable shuttle service, Doug was so polite and drove perfectly! They took us to our hotel and offered to pick us up when our car was done. There was a hiccup with the ordering of our tires being that they were the wrong size. Again this where these guys & gals shine!! The mistake they owned was their fault and gave us top of the line tires which we told them we couldnt afford for the same price as the tires we bought orginally!!! They knew i had my kids with me and we needed to be places!! Jon even stayed until 830 while i figured out rides for my kids to make it to their events and waited for me to get there to pick up my van! Who does that???? Miller tires does!!!! He didnt complain, he apologized and was nothing but amazing at helping us!!! We live 2 hours away and we will continue to bring our cars here because they are just amazing good people that genuinely want to help you and make sure your safe on the car you have. Lastly but certainly not least, Jon walked me through eveeything they did, before they did it, after they did it and the billing. I dont know a thing about cars, but he really took the time to explain things to me and make sure I knew what was going on. It is so hard to find good people these days that just want to help you, but thats exactly what these guys and gals are. Good people with good intentions and we will always continue to make the 2hr drive here for that reason. Thanks so much Miller Tires your awesome!!!

Guys were super friendly, had a stuck bolt on a caliper I couldnt get loose while trying to do my own brakes, brought in my parts and they replaced my brakes and rotor with self acquired parts. For $30 it was totally worth the wait. The area seems semi shady but dont let that fool you, these guys are friendly and care about your vehicle, they definitely show that through their services.Thanks Miller Tire Pros!

Sitting here in their shop right now. My car broke down on the way to back home to Colorado and these guys were the only ones who helped. I can’t remember the last time I had this good of service. They checked on my car to see what was going on and they were accommodating as I sat and waited for a family member (who drove from Colorado) to come pick me up. These guys really cared about the work they did and their customers. I’m hoping to never be in this situation again, and I am not sure I will be back just because I usually only drive through the area. This is my first visit to this tire shop. I had a slow leak in my rear tire and wanted to make an appointment. I stopped in late on a Friday afternoon and even though they looked pretty busy they said they could fix it right now and save me a trip back. I have big low profile tires on a sports car and was a little concerned, they said we do these all the time. The leak was hard to find, but they did find it. I went to go pay, they said no charge but gave them $20 anyway. I did not buy my tires there, but I will be back when I need replacements. Thanks!

I left a nice long bad review on Yelp. You guys are crooks. Liars. Wont do the right thing when you screw up and stand by your work, which was too tight lug nuts. New tires (expensive), and lied about making sure the brake pads were checked FIRST, changed if needed. Long story short, a month later I need all new rotors and brake pads AND it was dangerous for my family!I will use word of mouth and social media to get the word out what crooked Jerks Miller Tires is.
