Broke down in Grand Forks, ND. DPF issues. Service tech Todd Manteufel came out to diagnose the problem . He was very knowledgeable and explained what was happing to engine . Unfortunately he could not fix the issue at the truck stop and had to have truck towed to Fargo . Before he left he got the truck ready for the tow truck to hook up saving additional down time . I was very impressed with the customer service I received . Excellent employee .

I would have given 5 starts but pricing structure of items made me drop it one since I could not really tell what a price was of items on display. Customer service was good. I would come back again when in town and needing truck parts.
