So we come down over 2 hour drive to come shop in the grand forks well today the store valley dairy 204 locked up 2 cards and they did my mother and uncle so wrong we bought 2 cartons of cigarettes then went over to shop at Sams club the bothcards were locked up for a total of 1350.00 on my moms and my uncle for 8900.00this has happened not once but 2x before this they asked if it was a minnesota ebtcard no they both were registered popular Mastercard debit cards this is unacceptable they both were turned away tonight again in last 2 months period...from the same store both time locked up cards. Driving home 2 hour drive back to the city of residence and no merchandise for them..

Very poor customer service have bee. Verbally assaulted and treated poorly as a customer for no reasons at multiple locations
