Great place to buy furniture! The other place I tried (Rentall) was a nightmare. Definitely would rather give my business to Rent A Center because they treat their customers very well.

Rented a handful of things. Def pay more then what the things are worth but its a good way to acquire things if you dont have alot of to to just go out and buy what you want.

This was the first time I dealt with this company and I am 100% happy with the customer service! I just moved back to north dakota from florida and i needed the bed asap or I was screwed with no bed! I had spoken with jacob two days prior, we talked about what I was looking for and what I was wanting to spend! Jacob went above and beyond to make sure I recieved my bed even after closing hours! He is an amazing manager and the two guys who came to set it up for me was very nice also and went out of their way to help. I highly recommend this company to people especially this location 😊

Since new management took over customer service has suffered.. I had issues with a refrigerator and was told they would come look at it no one bothered to call or come out to check the problem. Staff is no longer friendly once I have my current purchase paid off I will no longer give rent a center my business or refer anyone to that business Tyler knew how to treat his customers and knew them by name and was always willing to help themi have paid off my purchase --manager Jason was helpful in trying to find way to reduce cost but still expensive --i will not return for another purchase as business has left bad taste

It was advertised as a 6 peice bedroom set . I have yet to receive the mirror for the set . Nobody has offered a different set refund no solutions except to demand payments!! The new management is terrible the corporate is terrible 2000 bucks invested on a fake advertisement. This will make it 1 year of bs . I will continue to work against this business till I see the doors close and it will be soon with this manager . If nothing else I will get my day in court. #fedup

We live a hour and a half North. We filled out the application online, staff got back to us saying everything looked great. They said numerous times that they had in-store what we needed. We were so excited, that ended as soon as we went in-store. It was trashed, they had nothing. Then told us our app didnt go threw. Total bs. Tried to get us to purchase things not fit to buy. Needless to say we were very unhappy. Hopefully we can order online and deal with someone above the manager we had. I like the idea but customer service was horrible. We wont be back in store again

Look, I have never had a bad experience like I have with this place, I dont even write reviews. I dont even like to do this because I think its ridiculous and everybody deserves a chance, but this company specifically actually scared me, they told me that they were gonna come to my house, whether I was, there are not and get their stuff, they called me shorty, they called me the b word and, amongst other things try to say I was not trying to work with them. on a payment plan, I was one payment behind, and they called me numerous times a day and threated me.. Not to mention, they lied and tried to say that my girlfriend threatened to cut them. I just think its absolutely ridiculous, and I ask them a numerous times to just give me a break and I will call them when Im ready, its my credit leave me alone and I get paid in 2 weeks..if you would like to be threatened if you miss, one payment, then go with this company, if not, then I would strongly suggest that you dont the conduct of the employees, there is absolutely ridiculous, and they definitely need to be stopped. I have never been treated like that by any business in the whole entire World, including mom and pop businesses that can do that if they want rudest people I have ever encountered.Lets not forget the fact that they completely damaged my dresser and it will be taking up to 6 months to replace, also they damaged my headboard, all while bringing it up to my place, not to mention my furniture was supposed to be delivered about 5PM, he was not here until 10 OClock and the evening mind you, this was the evening before my moms funeral, wow quite a company
