Average Joann store. Clean and nice, informed staff. Patterns were restocked nicely. No batiks which was disappointing.

Do not do online pick up orders at this time! They have been double charging people left right and side ways. The customer service representatives also do not respond and have taking all phone lines down. Have loved Joanns in the past but they have really dropped the ball on this one.

Let me first give a shoutout to Judy who works so hard and is so awesome and funny. There was a huge line to get material cut but we had a blast laughing and just enjoying the day. Marie was also a big help so I cant forget her. Since I come from Canada I always stop there to get material thats different from what I have at home and i sure found some amazing prints to make scrubs with. I would recommend going there they have crafts and so much more than material. And they have an ap and I saved 20% on my entire bill which coming from Canada means alot. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Today was the worst experience. I didn’t know the closing time, but I had 5 minutes. If an employer can hire a bully bouncer, they should try to hire a person knowledgeable in the bead department. Needless to say I was bounced out by a bully who didn’t know her ass from a hole in the ground about the jewelry making department. I won’t be back. I’m pissed and I’ll drive out of town before I set foot back in a place who has people who are rude. I understand retail, I worked 13 hrs yesterday and 8 today, I don’t ever foresee myself being as rude as the bully working tonight.Not on any occasion, ever.. especially to a customer.

JoAnnes is famous for its fifty percent off coupons. They clearence sesonal items pennies to the dollar often seventy five percent or more. Yes they have fabric. Beads and a multitude of other things. No miniatures or doll house accessories.
