I have been a business owner for 23 years. We first started using them about 4 years ago. Our employees decided they no longer wanted the service and wanted to take care of their own uniforms. We purchased over $2,000 in uniforms from them and then they told us they would not allow us to cancel the contract. (after we had told them what we were doing). Then we were told by the Service Manager in Graham that we had signed a 5 year extension ( 2 years into the original 5 year agreement) !? who even required this of a customer?? AND-- Who makes a customer sign a 5 year extension 2 years into a 5 year agreement. (was signed by an employee not authorized). Not this business owner! If i had a customer dissatisfied I certainly would not hold them to a $35/ month minimum to the end of the contract. I would want the door to be left open for them to come back.I will never do business with them again. I gave them ample opportunity to make this right. They do not care. Its about the immediate $, no long term thinking. im not sure if the owner of that franchise knows or not but as a business owner I would not let a customer go on such bad terms.
