As a local carpet cleaner I highly recommend Quality carpet for all your flooring needs.

Horrible service. Lied to me. Told me the installer would be at my house today, Dec. 16, 2019, between 8:30 am and 9:00 am, to install carpet, no installer arrived. At a few minutes before 10:00 am, I called and left a message. I waited approximately 10 minutes for a response, I called and was told the carpet had not been picked up and the installer was ill. This person is a liar and did not have the decency or respect to contact me to inform me of the circumstances. I was and still am irate. I do not care why the installer did not come. The fact is I was NOT told the installer would not be here. I went to the office to get a refund and was told the owner would not be in until tomorrow to issue my refund. I was not told what time the owner will be in tomorrow. Will I be contacted with a time to receive my refund? Probably not. I am a senior citizen and I do not appreciate being disrespected.

Excellent local service. Always up front about price and lead times. Really easy to work with.
