Great I had check engine light on so I thought it was so tiny I could hardly read it of course. A very nice young gentleman came out to check it for me of course it was where I had touched the cruise control button this morning on the way to work. Crazy me he was so understanding. So glad nothing was wrong. Crazy 🤪old woman 👵is what I told him. He said nope you are ok and not the first one. So thankful for the help.

I always simply go here to get products for auto detailing. They have an excellent selection of Meguiars products. Yet they have everything you need when it comes to basically maintain your vehicle. Oil, oil filters, transmission fluid, windshield wipers. Basically what you need to maintain your vehicle without taking it to a shop. Theyll help assist you with certain things as well.

Went to get new wipers.. they no longer have the books or touch pads to know which models futv your car. The guy behind the counter was not quick to help me and gave me two sizes that fit my car. Left and right but issue is different brands had different sizes for my car. So just knowing length is not enough info. You need to scan a qr code to pull up web site.

All of that stuff and they still didnt have what I needed for a modern car

Today while stopping by the Graham NC location I have received extraordinary service from staff member, Shannon. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with my needs. I made 3 trips there today because Shannon had made my day providing me with his expertise and knowledge of exactly what I needed. I had never met nor seen this man before today, but because of him, I will make this store my Advance Parts store FOREVER and will definitely tell others. I left there today, all 3 times, very satisfied and grateful that he was the one assisting me. We need more people like him. Truly a Godsend. Never really any help. People could care less if you are getting what you need. I order online and pick it up most of the time, yet still they rarely have the stuff pulled. You better know what you need or at least know more than the employee helping you or your screwed.

Worst service ever. Will never go back. Treated me like I was stupid & answered everything with I think so but Im not sure. As a female I would appreciate some help & courtesy but felt like I knew more than he did. Pushed me right to the three other parts store within 2 blocks & I was treated wonderfully.

This was without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had. I went in to purchase windshield wipers. The parts person asked me the make model and year of my car. Total came to 57.63 for windshields wipers. The guy went out to install them totally did not know what he was doing and after 15 minutes decided he had pulled the wrong wipers. Went back inside supposedly to get the right ones and the passengers side hung over the windshield at least an inch and a half. I went inside to get someone to help him and the manager asked me if I was sure of the year if my car stating that they do not make mistakes and that I must have forgotten the year of my car. I then demanded a refund. I went up the street to ORiellys and got the windshield wipers for 16.00 and when I mentioned the trouble the manager of ORiellys asked if I had been to Autozone.Just so you know I threw my rewards card in the trash and WILL NEVER ENTER AN AUTO ZONE AGAIN. Customer service should be 1st and foremost whether you are a man OR a woman and if I could give this store a -19 rating, it would be a kindness.

Just went in this store 9 min ago would not help with a trailer light bulb and was informed by Manager he is closing in 3 min.. Will not be back . I called the store and whom ever said they close at 9:00 . Another customer was in there and would not be helped.. Manager said he was closing approximately 30 min before sign said..
