I have purchased carpet from Carpet Galore at least 4 times, probably more. I cant say enough about this place. I love the customer service that I get every time I come in and everyone is so down to earth. Highly recommend this business!!!

They installed the wrong carpet in two kids bedrooms, and refused to admit they were wrong in writing up the order. The owner/ manager was confrontational and argumenative and could care less when a 9 month pregnant mother was sobbing in the store because they messed up and couldnt install new carpet in time for the baby because of their mistake. They also did not install all the rooms the same day, so our clothes and furniture had to be moved twice. Go somewhere else.

Our carpet was ordered and installed in record time. YeLisa was extremely helpful as she coordinated everything from start to finish. The installers were extremely courteous and did a tremendous job in under 30 minutes. I couldnt believe how well it worked out and was happy to know that we could a great local option in the Grafton/Port Washington area.

We were referred to Carpets Galore by a friend when we moved to Milwaukee. My husband and I are not fans of carpeting so we had it all pulled up and replaced with wood, which looks fabulous! Our experience with CG was flawless from choosing the the type of wood and stain that we wanted to the installers who installed it. They were very professional and efficient and did an amazing job! We recommend Carpets Galore and will return there for our future flooring needs!

My dad has used Carpets Galore for decades for flooring in the apartment buildings he manages and personal use. I used them for my first, second, and recent home. They have a fantastic selection of carpets in any price range and they have a lot in the warehouse at the back of the store that you can purchase and get installed quickly (no waiting for the order to come in)! They also have discounted scraps if you only need carpet for a single room. They have samples you can take home to compare colors. The office staff is knowledgeable and the installers are professional and do a great job cleaning up. Ask for Steve hes the best! I have never gone anywhere else for carpet!

So glad I happened to drive past Carpets Galore and stopped in. Larry was our salesman and he was just great, knowledgeable and not pushy. We had laminate flooring installed and everything about the experience was five stars. Scheduling was easy, the flooring is beautiful and the installation crew is the best crew I have ever experienced. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We were very happy with the carpet quality, price, service and installation. We needed a fast turn around as we were hosting a party. They measured our space on a Sunday afternoon to quickly place the order. The carpet arrived on time and we were very pleased with the installation. Will definitely order from them again.

The company failed to order enough product for the job and failed to complete the job on time. They agreed to order more product, but said it would take weeks. I had to assist them to come up with other ideas to resolve their issue. The salesperson and owner are not accountable for their failure. The owner even raised his voice to me, literally yelling at me, as we spoke. Absolutely unprofessional!

Anyone thinking that the Big Box stores are the place to go for carpeting should do themselves a favor and visit Carpets Galore in Grafton. Not only do they have an excellent selection to pick from, their pricing is great and their assistance and installation is exceptional. We were very pleased with the help Steve gave us in selecting our home carpeting, and our total experience at Carpets Galore. Steve also went the extra mile and helped out with a flooring situation at my business location. You often dont find that kind of customer service. A local 5 star company in my experience!

Staff was knowledgeable and worked with us to get the best flooring for our budget. They offered a number of options and provided pros and cons based on our lifestyle and family. Installation was excellent. We plan on returning to CG when we are ready to change our kitchen flooring.
