We went there to buy glue for a project Im on. We were greeted by a very nice employee. Another employee helped us with the the glue I needed. All of the employees we had contact with were all very nice and helpful. The store was very cleaned and organized. It was a great experience!

Michaels has something for every type of craft or scrap booking creation. Its a great place for frames as well, and holiday items at a better price than competitors. Besides, customized decorations always appeal to those types of people who design a personalized living space. Its also fun to browse for new ideas as well as materials.

I really like Michaels for some things. They have great pricing but only with a sale, which happen weekly. This Grafton location has a friendly, hardworking staff.

Was advised you MUST wear a COVID mask while entering the store. Called michaels cooperate and was told that it is advised for customers to wear a mask, but michaels will not force you to wear a mask. Please learn your policy.

Honestly I feel like I can never find what I want here. They do have all the basics, but if you go looking for something specific, you probably wont be able to find it.

This place is all about the coupons. To get the best deals be sure you stay on top of the timing and plan ahead to keep your crafting supplies stocked. Also do the post holiday shopping to pick up on clearance deals.

This is the smallest volume michaels store I have ever been to. The yarn selection is awful. There is a section in the front of most michaels stores where they have bins of small odds and ends and this store is missing that whole section. Im sure other sections of the store are trimmed down from a normal size michaels.

Love everything they have there. Employees are sometimes hard to find but always happy to help when they are around.

They have some nice quality supplies, but buyers should be careful because some items are definitely not of the quality that the price would seem to suggest. Always find a coupon online and pull it up on your phone while checking out because paying full price here is basically getting robbed.

This place is wonderful! They have all their scrapbooking items in the front of the store and thats exactly where I went. Half off paper! Lovely sales. This place is a little bit of craft heaven. My husband even visited with me and was so excited about all the options and even other crafts he wanted to explore. The customer service even close to closing time was superb. Thank you for this great experience.

Great experience with the custom frame section. I have completed two custom frames at this location. Both times, the staff made me feel as if I was the only person there. They took their time and answered all my questions. They always seemed eager to show me various layouts on their computer to ensure I knew all the possibilities. If your needing something special framed, this is the place to go. Thank you and the frames are awesome.

All Michaels stores a little weird. The smell far too strong of cinnamon and your grandmas house. But its still the best place to find most arts and craft supplies. Im sorry if your kid has to make a solar system the day before its due but you can probably find all the stuff here.

Love Michaels craft store. I dont have one near me, do anytime Im in the area, its a must stop for me. I never knew you could buy decorative corks by themselves until I visited Michaels and found a box of 32. Great deals also. I signed up for their loyalty program which is quite simply and am getting emails and texts almost daily with One Day Only Sales. So it keeps me up to date. Would recommend it to all you crafters out there.

They definitely have all of the supplies I need for my projects. And at reasonable prices. Some stuff is a little more expensive, but worth it, as waiting for it to arrive from Amazon isnt guaranteed. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Lots of great stuff here and wonderful customer service! They always offer coupons when I dont have any, and the atmosphere is fun-seems like most of the employees really enjoy working there. They offer different classes for those of us who arent as crafty as wed like to be :) I always find something to inspire me to try a new project! Fun stuff for the kiddos here too!

Pretty low staffed most of the time I would say. You will typically have to wait in line in this store because they hardly ever have more than 2 cash registers open at a time (in fact I have never seen 3 or more in my life).There is typically an employee walking around this small store so if you are looking for something you can get help.Typical Michaels though. It is super expensive but does have some quality craft supplies.If i am looking for general craft supplies like embroidery floss or card stock i would head to target up the road for better prices but if you are looking for something very specific that a general store would not carry, go to micheals but be sure to bring a coupon!!

This store is smaller than the majority causing the range of products to not be the same as regular sized stores. If going to this store for an item you saw at a different store I recommend calling the store first to verify they stock that item. Other than the limited stock, the store is very clean, stocked well and the staff is always friendly.

Asked checkout girl how much the floral hanging baskets were since its impossible to see the price. She said off hand she didnt know. I stated well I guess I cant buy some then. (I wanted to buy 4). She didnt care if she made a sale or not. Very poor customer service.

A good place to find a wide variety of craft items, picture framing (custom), scrapbooking and card making supplies. They have jewelry making supplies, painting and drawing supplies. Seasonal decorations are available as well. Give them a visit.

Denise and Maggie in the framing department are amazing. Maggie helped with a frame for a poster from IKEA. I can’t thank her enough. My son wanted this for Christmas. He is very happy.

Nice selection of items. However we were confused that all the glues were not in the same place. I was most taken back when my aunt asked the cashier what tome they closed and ahe said she didnt know. This actually became a discussion between us and another customer. We couldnt understand why she wouldnt offer to find out if she didnt know. Poor customer service. Training definitely needed.
