My parents pickup truck broke down and when we asked around for quotes for installing a used transmission we were getting quotes that were more than what the truck was worth (94 Ford Ranger). Went to Roberts to get my brakes checked prior to a road trip. Ian did a great job, explained everything, was prompt, and communicative. Pricing was very fair. I will go here again for brake service.

I wont be taking my vehicles anywhere else other than Roberts! Youre not going to find a more honest and all around genuine person in this business than Ian. After not being able to hit our target price due to parts costs, he waived his markup price and gave it to me at the price he paid in order to keep the target price as close as possible, and even came in on Saturday when he is closed to finish the work on my jeep. He was able to show me my old parts and explain what he had done to fix the problem and what was causing it. Great person, great work. 10/10 for sure!

We brought my daughters car here because she lost part of her muffler and her car was so loud it would literally rattle the pictures on the walls when she would pull in the driveway. He looked at it around noon and quoted the work for around $100 and said hed try and get to it that day. Well he called me around 5 that same day and said we could come pick it up and just pay in the morning. He only charged us $40 and let me tell ya we couldnt be happier with the results!! I couldnt even tell the car was on when she started it! We were both so shocked and so very pleased with his fast, friendly, professional work. I will only be using Roberts Auto Care for any vehicle issues me or my daughters may have in the future. Highly recommend!!

I stopped into the shop on a road trip from Ohio to Minnesota. My car had been signaling an issue with my breaks. Ian was fantastic. We took the vehicle out on a quick drive and he checked the codes for my vehicle at no charge. Car problems can definitely be stressful and I felt very comfortable with Ian and his expertise.

I stopped there on Friday and they happened to be closed ... my muffler flange had rusted and fell off and the muffler was dragging pretty bad. The guy there fixed it for me (Thank God) even though they were closed!
