I’m new to this kind of vehicle. I came looking for car that I found that I liked on internet. We took for test drive. My new Jeep Cherokee is all the I wanted . I love it and the stuff there was so willing to work with me with everything.

This was my first time here. They were running a bit behind but I did not have to wait long for my oil change. I would have preferred that they discuss what type of oil I wanted to be used. I was informed, after the fact, that I would need to have that discussion before the day of my appointment. They called the Toyota dealership to find out what oil to use. I prefer that they discuss my vehicle with me! Their multi point inspection was not that impressive. The tech didn’t know how to reset my maintenance light, so I did it myself. They also failed to notice that I had a taillight out. I am not sure if I will be back.

I had Todd as my salesman and he was a huge help. This was the first new vehicle that I have purchased as all the others have been used. He was adamant on me leaving with no questions. I arrived at about 0830 and there was no one waiting. Keith, Service manager, refused to reset my TPMS. I explained that one of my tires had a slow leak and that I put the full sized spare on ( in which I had a sensor installed) and the monitor for that tire location was reading --. Ive had this process done at another dealership (when I used the spare before). It took about 5 minutes. First he stated things that were not true about the process then he finally said he didnt have time to do it today. Find another dealership if you expect quality service and respect.

The staff members were very kind and courteous and very helpful. As far as the service I would have liked to had seen a tire check and all four of my tires as the pressure they were all off as I left didnt realize it till I got home other than that I would recommend

Dropped off a vehicle on a scheduled appointment, Monday and it took until Wednesday afternoon to diagnose. Called in numerous times to see what was happening and was reassured someone would call me two different times, with an update, but no one ever did.This was my first time using Sorg Dodge.(My vehicle was under factory warranty)Either this place is overwhelmed or simply has poor customer service, or maybe both!

Awesome sales staff, no pressure to buy when I went into just look. Todd roberts was the sales person I dealt with he explained features of the vehicle and asked if I had any questions. Even with the financing and stuff running past closing time he took the time to explain and listen to my question. I felt like I was an actual person and not just a sale. The certified pre owned vehicles they have are previously wrecked ... I bought a durango CPO with 29 k and a week later i noticed the whole front end was out of line, hood headlights and fenders were all moved ... And the bumper was loose .. Took it in and they dont think its a big problem and wouldnt do anything about it ... Really bad place to get a car ..

They got me in a few days. I had driven up to Indiana from Florida and I noticed I really needed my tires rotated. Got me in early and got me back on the road quickly. Excellent job. Got it done a lot cheaper than I would have paid in Florida. Probably will get my next new car from them. I highly recommend them for sales and services.

The service center is Very Unprofessional and they will try to double charge you. I took my Dodge Journey in and said I wanted my starter and alternative checked and a oil change. They told me I had a oil leak and this is why my car acts like it does want to start. I told them I dont think a oil leak is going to make my car hesitant to start and it had oil in it. They told me its going to cost $1050. To fix it. When they called me to tell me it was fixed, Keith the manager said we wont charge you for the oil change, so i said ok then how much is it going to cost. He said $1900.00 I said I dont think so, thats not what I was quoted. Needless to say I payed $1021. I took my car home and the next day I drove my car to work and when I got ready to go home my car wouldnt even start, I tried to jump it and it still wouldnt start. I call Keith the manager yelling at him. I am cold and stranded and out of $1021. What does he do hang up on me. Thats real Professional Sorg you will not be getting my business. My car did get fixed and it was my Starter just like I said!!

The cashier just handed me my keys after paying for my service. I had to ask where my car was. She points “its out back there”. They sent me a coupon to use for a oil change in an email and then said I could only use it if I bought a service contract. I had already purchased the “bumper to bumper life time guarantee” when I purchased the car and the 3 things I have had to have replaced so far, conveniently were not on that “bumper to bumper guarantee”. Starting to think that extra money was wasted. And they didn’t bother giving me the 51 point inspection sheet, but they said they did it.

Drove over an hour to buy a Nissan Pathfinder. Rick the sales person was telling me all day how this car was great and anything it needed they took care of. When I was 10 minutes out he called to tell me he just found out the ac wasn’t working. That he could fix it or take $300 off the purchase price.When I got there the car had a few other things needed. He then told me if they fix the ac they need to raise the price by $300. I now believe the car needed it the whole time and they tried to take advantage of the fact that I had a 2.5 hr round trip drive.If your looking for a car I’d look elsewhere. Rick said they only have 12 cars that work now and all the others they put in the lot to look full. They all need some work.

I couldn’t get scheduled until 2 weeks out of my initial call. Went in to get a change in transmission fluid and a new filter. They told me the fluid that the manuals stated was wrong (which is not their fault, however) I was told 2 hours and it took them 3. I drove off and had a scream in my tire so I had to drive back and have my tire fixed and spent more time in the waiting room. I was also denied a discount at checkout because I didn’t meet specific stipulations.

Everyone was pleasant and gave good customer service. Repair time was finished in a reasonable amount of time

Buying my new Jeep was very easy. Rick, the salesman, was so easy to work with. He knew his product. He was very honest, and he answered all my questions. He sold me on the car! I was given an honest price for my trade in, and I believe that I paid a fair price for my car.The atmosphere in the dealership was very good. No one put high pressure on me. They had a good selection of cars available, and they sold me the car I had been looking for.I will certainly recommend going there to anyone. Everyone in I dealt with at the dealership gets a perfect 10.

Came in for an oil change and the process went well and handled very professionally.I have a high mileage vehicle and received a good multipoint inspection. Most importantly they did not try to upsell me like many of the express oil change companies. Ill always use this dealership from now on.

Worst car shopping experience ever. Many issues, but the worst part of experience was being yelled at by the general manager for expressing my unsatisfied purchase. He wouldnt stop arguing with me and was very scary. Ive never been spoken to like that. I suggest taking a trip to the gym or getting your frustrations out in alternative ways, rather than bullying women.Ive had this vehicle 2 weeks and have spent the whole time getting it repaired. I took back for them to repair my warped rotors, they found a leak in the diferencial and fixed it. I come home, suddenly I have a leak i didnt before and the vehicle is again being fixed by my own mechanic, Im paying for a mistake they made! Whoever worked on it left trash in back and the GM insisted no one was in there. This over all experience was horrible. Take pictures, ladies dont t go alone dont expect a deal and dont leave any belongings in the premises, the general manager clearly stated they dont babysit lost and found items. Lets just say this whole situation was so sketchy, the last time I was there I took pictures of everything before going in, recorded my conversation because I just knew this was sketchy and Im glad I did because I have the GM recorded screaming at me. I have contact the owner and have not gotten a response.

After spending 2 appointments of an hour a piece to get my tire replaced without success I was frustrated. Somehow the tire ordered for me both times wasn’t to be found. Needless to say I was very frustrated. Miraculously my third appt was made and tire replaced and this was all done at no charge. So, I can’t get that time back... but they did make things right and I didn’t have to pay for the new tire!

I dropped my car off and i picked it up when it was ready. I would have given five stars, but they did a full inspection on my car – like usual with an oil change - and said everything was good (or in the green) when in fact my rear passenger tail light has been out for over a week. It just made me a little suspicious of how good of an inspection was actually done.Especially when it cost $55 for this oil change/tire rotation.

Drop off and pick up was easy. I was notified promptly when work was complete. Vehicle was treated with care during service.

I was very pleased with our experience trading in and purchasing a used vehicle through Sorg Dodge. Jason Billet was an outstanding salesman and a lot of help. I was just wondering why I never saw the bill for the RO. I had no idea what I owed until I got the end of month statement. Im a little perturbed at this, because I could have been paying on this all month. Im not complaining about the bill itself, but it really wouldve been nice know earlier in the month. I realize that Im an employee of Sorg, but I dont think it ever should have happened this way.

My husband got our only truck key fob mowed over and sorg was so kind and quick to get us in for a new key fob and programed. We had our truck flatted bedded in and we were in and out with in a half hour. Thanks Sorg for the quick service

I called Sorg and needed warranty work done on a vehicle that I did not purchase at their store, they were helpful and did a fantastic job of fixing it!

Jason made the car buying process super easy and smooth. He kept me notified of when the vehicle was ready to be looked at, had it ready when I arrived. After the test drive we were in and out in less than an hour to go thru financing, sign papers and take delivery.

They’re okay! Bought a new car here a couple years back. Salesman was nice but their finance guy took me to the cleaners. Try doing business with the computer screen facing the customer. By now I haven’t owned the car for two years - meanwhile the incessant extended warrantee offers have followed me over state lines. 😂

Overall pretty happy with Sorg.My only complaint is that my wife, whom deals with most of the sales/service department communications, is not included in any communications with Sorg. This review request is a perfect example. I did not take the vehicle in for service, she did but it was me that was asked to provide some kind of feedback and I was not there.Get it together Sorg, most married couples are doing things together nowadays.

I called him to schedule an oil and lube plus my engine light was on I spoke with the service tech named Bodie good attitude very professional nice guy scheduled it oil change appointment was kept oil was changed engine light was dealt with and mentioned good service all the way around.After using Sorg Dodge for simple oil changes I have changed my opinion to 1 star. They botched 3 oil changes in a row. I reach out to share this and no responded. Everyone in the show room seems very unhappy. Quite honestly this by far the worst Dodge dealership I’ve been to in 3 different states. They are an embarrassment to the fine Dodge name.

We were looking for a specific Jeep Gladiator. Rick Rider looked within a 300 mile radius. None could be found with all the packages and in the color we wanted. But they (Sorg) had one coming in with everything we wanted, just not in the color. We bought it and couldn’t be happier (even with the color).

This was a very easy dealership to work with. I easily got an appointment in a few days. Once I arrived, they listened to my concerns and quickly took the car to work on it. I went to a clean customer lounge and the car was finished its oil change and tire alignment within 30 minutes. This was a pleasant experience.4 Stars - Really good and wouldnt mind returning

Okay so, my previous car was in a wreck that involved a police chase in Indy in April 2019 and Im writing this June 2019. I was not in my car and luckily no one was hurt. But my insurance marked it as a total loss. After a lot of hassle with insurance, my credit union, and searching for cars... I found one at Sorg. The salesman was courteous and readily available to answer questions. The sales process was fast and convenient and I even was able to talk $200 off the sales price for a used vehicle. Unfortunately, about 2 weeks out my car began to have jerky, shuddering, jolty issues within the transmission that only became noticeable to me after a trip to Chicago and back. I purchased a 2013 Ford Focus SE Hatchback, and transmission issues apparently are common issues - I was unaware of this.When I reached out to them after taking it to a Ford Dealership they said they couldnt do anything and it was sold as is and Ford couldnt do anything as it was past Ford warranty. I asked if it was certified used and the salesman claimed it was too old to certify. Well, I was at a Ford Dealership and was told that, that was untrue.Im working on getting the vehicle fixed for a hefty sum, not through a dealer, but I am disappointed in Sorg. I feel like there was a lack of transparency and feel that they might have used my ignorance on cars to their advantage. If you are looking for a car and you dont have much knowledge on your end I forewarn to have a friend come along to help. This has been a massive headache and, since my car wreck, has been a huge stressor.
