Yummy I went in last minute craving of chocolate covered strawberries and they didnt have any made but were a Le to make me some while I waited a few minutes and they were delicious. There customer service was over and beyond and I appreciate them taking care of my spontaneous cravings. They didnt have to help me but they did and with a smile on their face all the while. I hope this shop is around for a long time I am new here to SC and plan to order from them many more times in the future. Thank you your white chocolate covered strawberries are my favorite.

Excellent customer service. I called at 1215 and they were very helpful and accommodating with my order and made sure it would be ready by the time I got there. When I got there within the hour, my order was ready and services with a smile 😃

I called this morning as soon as they opened and had a great experience ordering the arrangement. Unfortunately, even after I was reassured that it would be delivered by noon, it is now 1:50pm and Im told its in transit. It will be delivered before 5pm, which is way passed the event time and the business will most likely be empty by then. The store passed my order to another store which had already told me it was missing drivers and could not deliver it. I have used this service before and this experience has been a disaster. I will not be using this service again.

Very fresh fruit and excellent service. Placed my order for my girlfriend at 8:30 am. They open at 9am, my girlfriend had her arrangement by 9:30am! I will for sure use them in the future!

I was given a box of chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine’s Day and this was my first time ever trying them and they were so yummy !! They also were package so nice and neatly ❤️ I’ll def be ordering from here !!

I walked in at 4:20pm on a Friday and was immediately greeted with rudeness by one employee because they were supposedly closed..when I said well online it says you close at 5pm..she stated they close early if they dont have any pick up orders..I am not sure if that is the norm but it was very rude how it was presented...

That they are very nice and understanding to what your situation is on receiving this gift..They listen, and are very attentive to making sure you get your delivery. Incredibly impressed with the product quality and the professionalism of the staff! Ordered an item to be delivered to my wifes office for her birthday. At the last moment, they gave her the day off. I assumed it would be delivered and the other staff would store it in the office refrigerator. Surprisingly, I received a call from the delivery person asking if I would like it delivered to our home instead. So, created the item in Goose Creek, tried to deliver to North Charleston, and finally brought it to our home in Moncks Corner. All done efficiently, sweetly, and with a smile. They could not have been more kind. The present was not only beautiful but fresh and delicious. I cannot recommend this location enough. They will definitely get my business from now on.

Wonderful customer service, if you have any issues I would recommend to call with a nice tone of voice state the problem and promise you they will help you out! Mistakes can happen but by far the most helpful store to work with. Also google has it that they close at 7pm but they in fact close at 6pm for those who may be confused about that.

The worst Valentines ever for my wife.. $134 down the drain. Wife didnt get her gift and when I called to see they said that there computers went down. Well ok why didnt you call me to say that and also can I have my money back today? No sir not today but it will be refunded in the couple of days.. wow really.. Right know Im so disappointed

I sent a fruit bouquet to my daughter during exam week. What a healthy treat it was for her! She was thrilled with it and her roommates loved it. A great idea for college students instead of junk snacks.

Easy on line ordering and convenient in store pick up, staff is helpful and fast they seem to know what you want if go in to order. Verry freindly.

I love edible arrangements but have gone there a couple of times, including today, during business hours and they are closed. No sign on the door or anything . I call and I just get a call back during business hours message, during business hours. :( Cant make money if your not open.

I am so absolutely disappointed. My husband ordered me an arrangement from here and the fruit was way over ripe and mushy. All of the chocolate covered strawberries basically fell apart in my hand and the one I did get to try was awful. The entire thing was a waste. My husband is deployed and I am so thankful he wasn’t here to see how his gift arrived and was presented. I love edible arrangements and on almost every big occasion receive one as a present, this was the first and last time from this location.

Customer service is top notch! I saw an ad on Friday and went in Monday morning but the ad price had expired, they gave me the ad price anyway. I will go to them first for my gift giving needs.

Our arrangement arrived at the requested time OK, but without one of the add-ons we paid for; the mistake was very promptly corrected, and then-some; good recovery and customer service win.

I ordered my mother the two tiered chocolate dipped strawberries for Mothers Day. I placed the order for this particular item because it came with a balloon and a cute little bear holding a strawberry. I requested it to be delivered Friday 5/6, which it was however the bear was left out. I called Friday afternoon to ask if it had been overlooked, I was told yes, they had been very busy and they would go back and deliver the bear that evening. Because I live in that area I know how bad traffic can be at the end of the day, so I, being a nice person said they could just deliver it the next day Saturday. Well I guess I can see where being nice gets you. The bear was never delivered, nor was there a credit given. I would like to give more stars because the strawberries were very good and my mother enjoyed them but the customer service causes that to be moot.

The cashier was very patient with me trying to decide what to get my mother for her birthday. I ordered the chocolate covered strawberries, the arrangement was perfect!!! She loved it and so do I. Much better than Sherri berries, I will be a frequent customer

The lady serving us for the second time was incompetent. The first time we went she wouldnt give us the $19.50 price listed for 12 chocolate covered fruit and a to go item and we went back again and this time she said she had no idea what we were talking about. Said she didnt know what we were talking about. Awful and frustrating experience.

Valentines Day 2/14/18 my fiancé ordered a box of strawberries and I picked them up from this goose reek location and when I got home and opened the box the leaves where brownish and the strawberries were very tough and very bitter in taste and some were red and half unriped and the strawberries tasted like it was sour like sitting out all day then refrigerated because once the chocolate melted on them a little it tasted like a frozen piece of chocolate that was frozen in the freezer then thawed that was the most disgusting strawberries I had ever had never again😡
