The store is not organized. Shelves were partially empty. There were great finds, but I had to dig through clutter; especially in the shoe department. The checkout line was looooooong! It ended in the mens section. The bathroom was clean. Lots of parking. Accessible ramp and entrance.

I have been many Burlington and I must say the selection and cleaningless of this store is outstanding. The fact to the see the employees effectively cleaning and organizing the store as they restock and still have the customer service skills is great. The staff did not hesitate on answering my questions and guiding me to the correct location within store.

Waste of time for us. Went looking for clothes for daughter back to school. Most the tops would not pass dress code. Tried on several items. Only found her 1 top. Went to checkout and only 1 cashier. There was 1 group at checkout (they had 2 full carts of clothes!) and 1 in line in front of us. After standing in line for 7 mins I called store and was told there were no other cashiers. Line of at least 5 more groups behind us. We left without purchasing.

The manager Bob needs to be fired. He is very unprofessional and started arguing with customers who had waited 30 minutes to be able to pay for their items. No one had approached him to complain but he decided to yell at customers in line for no reason. We all understand when you’re short on employee’s but for him to do nothing to help the situation is ridiculous. The other employees were very nice.

The store is big, organized and clean. Not sure if theyre new but there was a good portion of the store that was empty and not stocked. I still enjoyed looking through the items they had. Found some pretty nice stuff. Ill be coming back to this location.

Horrible, some old lady employee racially profiled me and my friend and thought we were stealing when we paid everything that we had got. never going back again, not to mention how unorganized this place always is.

A good alternative to the Marshalls and TJ Maxx world. You can find everything from housewares to infant shoes. Definitely a store with tons of options.

During this time they have a line waiting to get in. The lady working the door was rude and telling people that they cant have kids or wives waiting in the car until you get close. Its over a 100° outside lady. Suggestion to you while people are waiting is offer cold water to people waiting in line when its hot.

They have a great selection at this store. It is always nice and clean when I shop there. But every time I go a wait over 5 minutes in the checkout line, even if there is only like 2 shoppers in front of me. I have never seen more than 2 cashiers at a time.

I can always find something at this Burlington! They have such a vast selection of clothing. The store is pretty clean and organized much better than their competitors in my opinion. Aisles aren’t too cramped and clothes are organized in many sections. I wish they carried more Betsey Johnson bags as lately I haven’t been able to find any anywhere but that’s ok. My husband is a brand name guy who likes to spend lots of money for a polo that has a Nike swoosh, and he found 3 that he loved and basically got 3 shirts for the price of one if he went to the Nike store like he usually does. Employees were nice, specifically the cashier Jessica. She was so friendly and genuinely happy to work there. Thanks for the great deals Burlington! Can’t wait to come back for more!

Loooove this store. They have everything at such great prices! Always clean. Staff super friendly.This is the only Burlington I go to.

They have a great selection for men. The clothing selection for women is not that great for my size. Especially when it comes to jeans (I’m a size 12). The shoe selection for both men and women is not bad. They do carry larger sizes for those that need it. They have a great selection of coats and jackets too.

Its the holiday seasin, people taking things off the rack and instead of hanging them back up some just tossed them on the rack or on the floor.... I feel sorry for the attendees and stock people.

If youre not aware BE AWARE clothing with in these stores are Factory Rejects. You should try them on before you leave the store to ensure there are no flaws. Should you try to return something that has ripped, torn or has a snag in it you will have a 50-50 chance of getting your money back. My recent experience was with a dress I had purchased. I didnt try it on while at the store along with a few other dresses I purchased. When I got home I tried on the dress only to have it rip across the lower back. I took the dress that tag and the original receipt today to the cashier. I was spoken to as if I was trying to rip the store off by returning a $7.99 dress with a defect. She had to call her store manager to confirm that they could take back the dress. Though on the very back of their receipt it states... Return policy, simple! If you are unhappy for any reason bring it back with your receipt within 30 days and get your purchase price back. Store 982

Burlington carries MANY selection from home items to personal items. It is not the same Burlington as the Burlington Clothes. They do have variety but not necessarily everything you may be looking for.

30 plus minutes waiting in line to pay! Between 3 and 4 cashiers (they kept sending staff away and a new one would take their place!) Not great customer service to have to wait this length of time.

The clothes here are pretty cheap and have lasted us just as long, if not longer, as the ones weve bought at large retail shops.

What a mess! Total disorganization! They dont know what they have in inventory!
