To start, I have been to a few Harley shops around the country and I have to rate this one number 1.I took my bike in for an issue, and Brian in service came out to take a peek, found the issue in a couple of minutes and I was on my way. To me that’s customer service with his passion to help.Flip, in service, same thing, ALWAYS willing to help!Last month I was riding in Tennessee, took a corner a little hot, crashed in a small ditch, totaled my baby.After gathering what pride I had left, got my bike back to to Arizona. Took to Roadrunner Harley, worked with Flip again in service, and not ever doing this, he worked with me from A through Z until all this very time consuming process completed. He took the liberty to work with all involved. No stress on my part with Flip taking the Bull by the horns and completed the entire process for me. Thanks Flip, much appreciated.Also to mention Preston in sales. He’s a pleasure to work with. No sales pressure.The guys in parts have ordered special orders, and they have always kept me up to date on all my orders.Again, pleasure to work with them too.I cannot ramble on without mentioning, number one, the head cheese Rob. Always greets with a smile. Will take time, chew the fat, down to earth guy.And let’s not forget number 2, Maria. She calls updates me with all the events and others. Never met her personally, only on phone, but it’s always nice to converse with her.One last thing I forgot to mentioned at start, is when you walk in, the gentleman at the entry always greet with sincerity and ask if I need help.I have never encountered such a well balanced Harley dealership, so I would like to a second and thank all.Don’t believe me? Not all RideNow Harley shops are created equal. This is my favorite of them all. Demo ride with Preston was awesome, but they make you wear a full face helmet(the only reason I gave them 4 stars). We havent come to a deal YET.
This shop has been the best! I recently did a full exhaust and air cleaner with a stage 1 tune. Had some issues with the parts but Gnome and Brian did everything they could to take care of me and get my bike taken care of. The quality of the work they do is excellent and they have some of the most knowledgeable techs and sales people Ive met. Ill continue to count on these guys and everyone at Roadrunner Harley.
Stopped in for a tire pressure check. Didnt have to wait long while they added air. Always super friendly.
Stopped by to inquire about a Street Glide I saw online. Preston showed me another Street Glide they had on the floor. Then showed me what other bikes were available, to include the one I saw online. He took me out on a test ride with the floor model, with a five or six mile drive. Once I decided I wanted the one online, Preston had it sent to the dealer and it was ready for pickup at noon the next day. During my entire visit, ask my questions were answered. I came in to pick up the bike, again Preston was very eager to help me. Overall, I had a great experience with Preston, and the rest of the staff!
Went to sell a bike, they valued the bike then presented a service sheet and wanted me to pay them to purchase the bike from me.. a strange tactic to me, why not evaluate it, and price the offer according to its estimated value.. ironically one of their sister stores does the same tactic, and the lists seem pretty random as two master mechanics each had different lists with nothing matching (I didnt know at the time they had the same parent company)... I dont know, maybe Im missing something but I would at least think something on the lists would be the same..I dont like the tactic of attempting to devalue something to increase your profit. I would rather a straight forward and honest approach, Im sad that over the years I have bought 4 or 5 of my Harleys through their respective companies, probably never again... kinda shady
New dealership that easily seen from highway but hidden by apartment buildings on road you need to go down. Staff is friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the conversation with several of them. Dont have the electric bike there yet. Will check back later as they suppose to expand building and business soon.
I recently financed a motorcycle through Roadrunner, from the time we walked through the door to every time we come in to the store we are treated great! Alan was the one who helped us get the bike we were interested in and did not feel any pressure at all to buy. Everything went fast and smoothly. We were given a tour and shown around and shown the process for any time we bring the bike in for service. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. However, we had to put the bike in the shop after only having it just over a month. There were some issues due to it being a used bike and I did purchase extended warranty but was told since the items that needed to be replaced were after market items, they wouldnt be covered under warranty. We purchased the bike with aftermarket parts and its used so obviously this is something that should be honored, especially only having the bike for a month and already having to put it in the shop. I reached out to the sales manager and explained the situation and I was not very happy with being charged almost 1 thousand dollars on a new to me bike. I asked them what was the point of paying for extended warranty when nothing is going to be covered since most of the parts are not new. They did research on the bike and apparently didnt know it was a new purchase so they honored the warranty after all. I only had to pay for a new tire and my deductible for the warranty. Im very happy that they were willing to work with me and make it right. I would recommend Roadrunner to anyone looking for an awesome bike. My husband loves his! Ask for Alan!
Was looking around for a new bike and was not happy with my past experience with a competitor of Harley-Davidson.I have to say right when I walked through those doors I was greeted by most the staff there and had a great vibe making me feel like I been coming there for years, Marty was awesome and showed my some great bikes, and did not feel like I was being pressure into anything that I feel comfortable to recommend him to not only my friends, but family because of not only him but his excellent team as well.Not only do they have great motorcycles, they have a great finance department that was able to give me a low rate making it easier to pay off my bike sooner.I highly recommend everyone to give this place a try and positive they will go above and beyond to ensure you have the best experience and make you feel like you are apart of the Harley-Davidson family.
Ive been here several times, and as a new rider it is nice to be able to talk with people who are educated and supportive of my riding journey. I took the MSF class at this location, have bought some goodies, and just a few days ago bought my 2021 Road Glide from Jay and Rob. Everyone Ive chatted with has been friendly and made me feel welcome.
I went a few different dealers in town and looked a bunch of different bikes. The sales department went out of their way to make this a great buying experience. The bike is the best I have ever road and I had a few questions, they answered them with no hesitation. I would have no problems recommending them for sales or service. Great job team and thank you

Theres a sign in the lobby that states rate is $70.00. Roadrunner Harley Davidson in Goodyear had my bike all day. 6 hrs for a scheduled 1000 service. It was 115.68 for parts and 308.00 dollars for labor. Thats about 150.00 bucks per hr. They worked on it for 2.2 hrs. I feel the cost is way too much for the work that was done. But I guess thats what it costs going to the dealership. And the installed a black oil filter when a chrome was requested. So if your looking to bring your bike here be ready. Might want to bring some vasoline.
From stepping into the front doors the experience of buying a motorcycle went smoothly. All questions were answered. No pressure was put in us to purchase. We were given an opportunity to look around without the feeling of someone breathing down our neck. Once the perfect Motorcycle was found the purchasing process also went well. My favorite part was the walk through of the whole dealership. It was great to see all the moving parts of the company. Family atmosphere! James our sales associate was great and Morgan in the clothing and accessories department was also very helpful and smiling all the time. We feel like family walking into the dealership.

Staff was very kind and courteous. One girl even brought popsicles out for our kids which was a great way to cool down in this 117° heat. We bought the perfect gift for my father-in-law in Cincinnati and a hat for our son. Store is neat and organized. Will definitely visit again soon.

Ive been all over the valley and have not found better folks than I have at RR Harley. Alan was patient with us as we tried a few times to get a bike but the deal just wasnt right. I wont be going back there. When you have to wait 5 months on a front wheel its time to buy aftermarket parts. Update now they tell me my rim is pushed back till November now. 9 months my bike will be there. And the sick part is customer care said november isnt a sure thing it could get pushed back again. So who knows Harley doesnt thats for sure.

Recent move to area, needed a place for service. Roadrunner was the perfect choice. Friendly, knowledgeable staff made us feel right at home. Had tires replaced and full fluid service on 19 FLTRX and 15 FLHXS. Scheduled us quickly, and were done on time. Brian in service was great!
So I had a repair that pushed the limits of store policy. The repairs required approval from management causing the Service Manager Zach to get involved. Zach is incredibly knowledgeable about the products they install. Even the aftermarket parts. For most riders, the cost of parts and service make the decision making process very challenging. Receiving guidance from Zach based on knowledge and experience enables me to make the best informed decision. Zach understood that company policy cant cover every aspect of every situation allowing him to offer flexibility for a new customer while protecting the interests of the company. The communication during my repair was also great as lack of part availability created delays. I was updated on the status and any change in status I have worked in management for many years and understand the importance of great customer service. Long term customers are critical to the success of any service industry. I worry that with the direction technology has gone (all the self help methods i.e, go online and figure it out, or drown in teleprompter by phone), the importance of a personal connecting with a customer is lost. Self help options makes the company more of the priority than the customer. This is definitely not the correct approach given the fact that motorcycling is optional for most. As a hobby, personal experience is critical. In summary, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Zach and his service team at RoadRunner Harley Davidson! After 3 months of part delays. Im back on the road with the best part options (handlebars, stereo upgrades and exhaust) enhancing my riding experience!! OUTSTANDING JOB!!

West Valley newest Harley Davidson dealer. Nice selection of bikes new and used. Store is planned to double in size in the near future, for now the shopping area is a bit limited. Service department staff is very helpful. I have taken my bike in twice. Will go back again.

Purchased a street glide private sale that had been sitting for some time. so it needed some work done for sure. after starting off with a couple other local shops and being left with a bit of a sour taste in my mouth due to poor customer service and spotty work at best. i landed at road runner. where willie in service and the sales room floor staff have been great to me and my new bikie . all services and work have gotten done in a timely manor . and ive been left with nothing to complain about . more time on the seat, wind in my face and reliable workmanship from the service dept . and i cant seem to stop myself from buying a shirt or hat or something from the sales room floor nearly every time im in there huge inventory of clothing from shoes to boots to t shirts and jackets . helmets and accessories all under one roof . great designing and building this place and whoever put the staffing together, well, i hope ya get a raise because i cant say enough to express how wonderful the people there have been to me . my only request ... please get willie a santa suit for xmas . other wise . ill sum up by saying my experience with roadrunner has been above and beyond great. i live near, really near another dealership in the valley here and im happy to make the drive to roadrunner. not that the other place is bad. road runner is just better .seriousely.Jeff Sutcliffe
Bought my first bike from Roadrunner Harley Davidson. The best staff that I have ever worked with and they are all straight shooters right from the get go. Harley here definitely helps out our veterans and active duty military with anything and everything. I stopped by on my way home to check out your location and was greeted by Morgan and Reggie who are not on the drop down for choose your team member. They were awesome, Morgan showed me all the new merchandise and the sales merchandise and made sure I did not have to continually hold the things I was gathering. Reggie made sure to let me know I could test ride all the new bikes as Roadrunner was having an event. Both of them were fabulous and they made me feel very comfortable.
I had some major issues with my fxlrs and went straight to this dealer. I was waiting to talk with a service advisor and two of them didnt even take the time to greet, acknowledge or even say one word other then to look at me. Now, this makes perfect since why never support these dealers. I called a tow truck for Harley-Davidson motorcycle to be tow from a Harley-Davidson dealership!!! Thanks RoadRunner for showing me its not worth the time, effort to be supporting local !!
Overall, a great experience! I have always wanted a Harley, and when I finally pulled the trigger, the guys at RoadRunner were there for me! I feel like a got a good deal and great service.

Positive experience when I come here. The employees are friendly. They usually got something going on and the people try to talk to you, reel you in and give it a family feel to it. Whenever I needed work done on my motorcycle they are very communicative on what’s going on. If this place was open November 2019 I would of bought my bike here for sure.

Will never go back. We bought a bike in Dec and it went well. So we decided to go back this last Saturday and buy another bike. I was approved for financing. We told them what bike we wanted, the had one delivered and I had an appointment set to sign the paperwork. They called me a day before making sure I was still coming I said yes. I get there and was told they sold the bike yesterday. WHO does that to someone and doesnt inform them?! Then the sales agent tries to offer me other bikes and im like NO we had this set up. So then he lies to my face and says no one in AZ has the bike I want. Sorry but you lost me completely there. Desert wind had 15 of them in all four colors. I regret buying the bike there in December after being lied to. We will never go back. Big loss because I will buy parts and service for all 8 of my bikes elsewhere from now on.
Today our son was riding back to San Diego from Prescott Valley. His bike battery crapped out and he was forced to take the nearest exit.By the best of luck an angel stopped to see if she could help out boy. She DID!!!! She called her husband at RoadRunner Harley Davidson and they came and towed him to their shop. He was fitted with a new battery and he was on his way in a very short time. My wife and I are very grateful for all of their actions. He made it safely home to San Diego

This was my first time going to Road Runner Harley Davidson. I took my bike in for 5k service and erratic idle. I dealt with Patrick Flip as my service advisor and the other guy in service department with the beard. Both had outstanding customer service and were both extremely knowledgeable. They went above and beyond my expectations and helped me figure out a few things on my new bike that another dealer didnt even show me. My bike is running amazing so I give credit to whoever worked on my bike also. Overall, by far the best Harley Dealership I have ever dealt with in the valley.
Recently had a boat load of work done from the guys at RoadRunner....fast service! Done sooner than expected!! PERFECT work done by Rick bike has not been running better!! I was at this dealership on March 31st. Sean was my salesman and he was supper nice and polite. They did everything they could and was able to get me financed through Harley Davidson with my wife on the app. We both dont have the best credit but they were able to get it done with little down. The entire staff was friendly and nice. I recommend if anybody is in the market for a new or used Harley they go to Roadrunner Harley Davidson.

Ronnie was very knowledgeable about the different models and helped me find the one best suited to my riding needs. From finance to parts, I was treated with respect.We put together a deal that didnt break my wallet and got me out the door on a new bike.
I went to Roadrunner Harley to possibly buy a new Ultra Classic CVO. After talking with Reggie in sales, I found out that the bike that I was looking for was no longer available. No big deal, we were able to sit down and put together a bike, and in my opinion, will be much better than the CVO. Reggie was great and walked me through everything. After I had my dream list put together, we talked with Rick from the parts department and he fine tuned the list. We took a look at the list with all of the prices, and they never pushed me into buying anything, but I was in a good place at that time and decided to get everything I dreamed about. Rick from the financing helped me get the warranties that I wanted. Everyone really took care of anything I needed. I met with Shane, the mechanic, that will be building the bike with everything I want on it, and he helped me feel comfortable in that he would do a great job. Morgan helped us find the items we wanted from the apparel and other Harley items. This is the largest purchase that I have ever made, besides my house, and everyone at Roadrunner made it smooth and enjoyable.

I have been in Harley shops and stores all over the world and everyone has always made me feel insignificant, like I should feel honored to be allowed in their store. Thats until I walked into RoadRunner HD, they made me feel welcome to be there, that I, and my business was important to them and that they were actually glad that I came in and they were they to help and wait on me. As far as Im concerned I will never take my HD business anywhere else.

15 CVOs i have owned and a few misc. Harleys here and there, my pride is my 2015 CVO Streetglide only 1300 miles, kept at my home in Az that I unfortunately couldnt get to for 2 years, bike was on a battery tender however battery went dead and killed my radio with it. I couldnt believe it either but luckily I am a pro warranty person owning a Auto Dealership so ran into a few people at Roadrunner Harley Davidson, actually built store during time I had been away, only 6 minutes from my house. Brought bike in and understand I am not a happy customer. Greeted promptly by service staff and still not happy until I get introduced to Flip, well he was able to calm me down and ensure me the bike would be taken care of. Now understand I have many service advisors working for my stores, this guy knocked it out of the park, even when I said I am coming back to check something else on the bike he welcomed me took me back to my bike I tried a few things recommended by Harley CVO forums but to no avail. Thus I leave the bike with him and head back to my other home in another state. His follow up with me and messaging keeping me informed about my bike was beyond reproach. I am sorry I didnt ask to get a Harley store in that town, and my interaction with the entire staff was incredible, sorry didnt get a chance to test the sales staff but I will soon. If the sales staff is half as good as Flip and the team then this is my store of choice. Thanks so much great job team.
Dont waste your time going to this place, thats twice now in the last month Ive gone to get stuff and theyre out of stock on different stuff. Ill ride to Scottsdale Harley for my future stuff from now on, theyre always stocked.
