It’s going to take a minute to get through their elaborate menu as they have a lot of options on the table. I’m up for the challenge and so is my daughter.Originally we were set to grab ice cream but when I pulled up the map the name of this venue drew me in.Upon arrival and the display of options I knew I was in for a treat. Dole whip reminds me of Disneyland and so my heart knew it needed a taste.Each bite required a small moment of peace as I was transported to my childhood. Waiting in long lines with a special creamy treat in my hand.The staff was wonderful even though she had a packed house and it was her waiting on over 10 people.With so many selections waiting for me to try I’ll definitely be back.

The server was very helpful with her recommendations. The dole pineapple float is life altering for any hot day. The waffle was nice and warm and mixed with the coldness of the ice cream, my kids loved it.

This place is an awesome little find in Goodyear. I love their door whip and the ice cream selection that they have. I’ve not been here in a few years but Renee did go and said it was amazing!

Went on Saturday night after dinner. The line was a little long and they were short handed. They were out of mango (not something I was ordering) and one of their dole whip machines was empty (again not something I ordered). They seemed a little short staffed and someone who looked like the owner or the manager came in to help! All this being said, I loved my sno cone! My wife got the Nutella delight which was delicious. Im giving 3 stars due to the service, but they were nice, and it wasnt necessarily their fault. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a tasty treat! Will update on my next visit.

Wow, this is the first quality shave ice weve found on the mainland! Absolutely worth trying. We had pineapple, POG, and mango with dole whip in the bottom. A large will easily cover 3-4 people.

The Dole Whip float is so good. They put Dole pineapple soft serve ice cream and float it in pineapple juice. The shaved ice with allot of flavors is the kids favorite

This place was absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced.Staff is very slow and they need more workers in there .The women taking orders didn’t even acknowledge me and I waited almost ten minutes without even being talked to by the worker. This overall experience was dreadful and I will never come back to this place again !!

Priced slightly high in my opinion for shaved Ice, however they are insane serving sizes, and absolutely delish. Found my summer spot. Plus they do the heavy cream on top (snow cap) which not everyone does. Awesome stuff

My shaved ice was soooo good! Creating your own is a bit intimidating but they have their favorites which I chose from. The vanilla Dole whip is amazing!

Very tasty shaved ice. Im old school and prefer the Hawaii 🌈, banana, blue coconut and strawberry. Adzuki beans and vanilla ice cream at the bottom. Wish this place had the beans.I visit once a month. The staff is always friendly and store kept clean.

First time customers. I saw the sign when visiting another business and had to bring my kids here. After school, we walked in and what a great atmosphere. The menu is huge and everything looks and sounds delicious. We had a simple scoop of rainbow sherbet, a rainbow shaved ice and I had a root beer float. The float was phenomenal with soft serve ice cream. We will definitely be back.

We absolutely love this place. They have such an amazing selection of flavors for the shaved ice, and traditional ice cream.The prices are pretty competitive with other shaved ice places, but in our opinion they have a wider selection to choose from.Hands down best part is the DOLE WHIP. Its a must try if youve never had it.

My family is hooked!! My husband gets snow cones at least 3 days a week and the Dole whip is awesome!!

Ive bought shaved ice from here for about 6 months and every time I ask to have soft fluffy snow. The girls working dont seem to understand how to make the snow soft or they just dont remember the order past a few minuets. Every time the ice is chunky and hard like raspados. The girls also forget to put a scoop of ice cream at the bottom half the time. In terms of flavors I dont know what happened but you can tell they are watered down compared to before the whole lockdown. Since syrups are so cheap to make its mind boggling someone would cheap out on. Overall its just too expensive for the quality thats delivered on such a high profit margin.

Im really picky about sweets and ice cream etc., but this is a must in a hot summer day! Whether you try the Pineapple Dole Whip or a shaved ice, you cant go wrong! I love the creative concoctions you can create and I really want the same palm tree in my room or back yard! My only complaint is that there isnt a closer location to where I live in E.M/Surprise area.

I loved it. Everything is delicious! Everything is CLEAN!!! No rip offs! They actually give you GREAT serving sizes. They only downside is too small of a space! But thats a negative I can live with though. 😀

Good pineapple flavored float.

I was disappointed in the ice cream selection. I felt like with a name like the frozen monkey the facility would be more fun in decoration and theme as well as ice cream choices. The server was very nice she gets 4 stars and parking was easy.

Love this place! Always quick service, I absolutely love pineapple Dole whip and this place makes it fantastic. I go out my way to drive down here since we moved and it’s worth it every time !

There pineapple ice cream was good but there nutela delight was not like in the picture and was mostly sweet milk and very little ice cream end up just eating the ice cream and strawberries and almonds and threw the rest away

Great place. First time my wife and I have been there. The guy was very knowledgable about what they have. It was nice to actual see them make our shaved ice selections. We will definitely be back again soon!!

They changed the vanilla ice cream/Dole (probably a cheaper version) and the Rootbeer floats now taste disgusting. Dont use cheap ingredients. For $5+ after tip, it should be much better.

Their Hawaiian Flower shaved ice are amazing! I didnt expect them to be huge but its worth the price. Over all I have a fast friendly experience. Would recommend to friends and family here.

First time back in a couple months. They used to serve them in cup/bowl type of things and for a family of 7, 2 large were more then enough because the servings were so big. Today we spent almost $20 on 2 large and they are served in a Styrofoam 32oz cup and after the syrups are added the shaved ice melts well below the top of the cups. Staff was super nice as though. For what is being charged i would not recommend it.

Frozen Monkey has a great selection of yummy frozen goodies. You definitely get your money’s worth when you go here. For all you Dole Whip fans, you can get your fill here too! I’m so glad I discovered this little gem.

I’ve been going to this place for months now, I try to go once every month. I heard about it because I love dole whip and it was recommended to me. If you’ve been to the Tiki Room in Disneyland, you’ll love this place!

Love this place. They offer a Dole Whip very similar to the one found in Disney parks. Cant say its exactly the same, but if youve been having withdrawals like I have, its still very good.

Was just there around 7:45 pm 4/14. We were waiting In line for dole whip and a customer came back from out side and told one of the male employees that she ordered the wrong one she wanted the swirl one. The employee took the cone and he put it back in the machine contaminating the whole pineapple side. I told him she licked the dole whip he shouldn’t have put it back in the machine. He insisted that she didn’t and that he was sure. I went and asked the girl and she said she did lick the dole whip and she was shocked. Me and my friend left with out buying anything and I won’t be returning. I hope your employees have food handlers card or they should retake it to get a better understanding about cross contamination. The fact that none of the employees didn’t point it out is sickening. I bet it wasn’t the first time he’s done that.

The worst service ever, if you close at 10 then you should be able to serve everything til 10. We came at 9 and they claimed they couldnt do anything because they close in an hr. We sampled a flavor then when I said I wanted the flavor I just sampled they said they were out. I asked for a mgr their wasnt one

Service very nice and friendly. Affordable. But extremely disappointed that there are no kid friendly seating. My 3 year old fell off the high stool into the wall and there were ants crawling all over the table outside. More irritated than enjoyable. Also the tables are way too narrow and not sturdy so the flower bowls easily tip over.

The first time I tried Hawaiian Shaved ice was in Maui and I absolutely fell in love with it. This place brought me back to that beautiful island. A must try on your list. Great flavors and service!!!

I would love it give a positive review but cant completely. Have been waiting at least 10 minutes and theres a large party in front and behind me. Floors are sticky employees are very slow. You would think that would have a few working on making the orders and one taking but nope. Weve been here twice and its been like this every time so Im not sure if well come back. Id really rather come here than a water n ice joint but it get a little ridiculous with the wait.

When I went they were out of three or more flavors. I finally chose a flavor, I wasnt too thrilled with. I had the sweetened condensed milk added and unfortunately she was struggling to get any out of the bottle so I got a few drops. The girls were very nice just disappointed with the lack of product. I may give it one more try.

The DoleWhip was great! Would give them 5 stars, but every surface inside and outside was covered and sticky. Worried about the cleanliness of thing behind the counter...We got our desert to go.

This place has amazing waffles and shaved ice, but the service is horrible and its always dirty. We have been here on 3 separate occasions and they always have a new excuse to why they cant make the waffles. Ive also tried to call before I made the long drive and Ive never had anyone answer. Two weeks ago we came in and they literally turned off the open sign 10 minutes before they closed and turned off the lights while we were in here eating our ice cream. Its not fun eating in the dark.This will be the last time I will be returning to the place. I wish I could have talked to a supervisor, but again they never have one in.

I used to work there and it had gone downhill since new management took over. Employees not dressed appropriately, store a mess, and I was given a major attitude. Definitely would not recommend.

I just left this place. I walked in and there was two staff behind the counter. They both avoided looking in my direction. I stood there for another 15 to 20 sec to see if they would at least acknowledge me standing there. No! Not at all. The gentleman was not using the proper hygiene skills while behind the counter as he drinks from his cup while talking to you he female staff.I rate this establishment a big fat ZERO!

I came into the store today excited to try the Dole Whip for the first time with my girlfriend only to be turned away by the employee. They informed me the store opened at 2pm and were not open. As we walked out I checked my clock and realized it was 5 minutes til. If the door is unlocked and potential customers can walk in then the employee should serve the customer or keep the door locked so there is no confusion that the business is not open. In turn we took our business to Baskin Robbins instead.

If I could rate this place lower, I would!!! First time here and the service was HORRIBLE!!! 3 girls working not friendly at all. Asked for a waffle and they were out and they werent apologetic about it at all. How can you advertise waffles and not serve waffles?! When waiting for our order a young guy walks in smelling of weed and one of the girls stops making one of the snow cones to give him a hug and starts talking to him ignoring that fact that 3 customers are still waiting for their order.she gives him samples of ice cream, but before giving it to him she licks it and then gives it to him. I couldnt believe what I was seeing!! I finally get one of my snow cones of the 3 that I ordered and I noticed that only the top has flavor the rest is just ice. This place is horrible!!! Bad service!!! Dirty and the snow cones are not worth it!!! Never coming back!!! Such a shame that management doesnt care.

The Dole Whip is underwhelming, tastes like frozen pineapple juice. Ive had Dole Whip at other places including the Dole plantation and this tastes nothing like it should.

The employees here were super friendly and helpful! We ordered a waffle to go and they took the time to put the toppings on the side for us.

The shaved ice is great but when I show up for a cold treat on a Saturday afternoon I don’t expect the place to be closed at 2pm. The place will not last long with terrible hours as such.
