I order cake on line and payed for it ! It was terrible the cake was dry . The ice cream had no flavor taste old . So I called owner she told me she could refund my money due to I payed on line . Which is a lie . But she is a India come to America to get rich . So she said I will send you gift card . It’s been 1 month still no gift card . Next time I know better . So don’t come here . Go some were else . Very upsetting. 😳😟

Trying to enjoy my banana royale when i find a screw in my ice cream! Worst place ever! Im so glad i did not give my son some because who knows what couldve happened! I tried to call to speak to the manager but they werent available...

The one lone employee did awesome with 2 small familys that all wanted something different. And did not mind or ask about masks. We left Cold Stone because our 4 yr old did not have a mask. We were more than happy to give our business to Baskin Robins.

When asked for a sample we were told no due toCovid-19. What does a sample have anything to do with that? You get a spoon and throw in the trash.We decided to try a new flavor despite being able to try it. The place was clean and icecream is still great. Just thought the no sample was ridiculous. Its the little customer service that this place is missing.

No-frills 31 Flavors. Good service with a smile! This place is always busy when I go which speaks volumes for the store. This is our go-to BR store.

Came in once last summer and did not have a good experience. The place was not clean it was very hot inside the store. Stopped here with my dad tonight, and I gotta say it was a good experience. The shop was clean and the mechanical issues seemed to be fixed. As per the usual, the ice cream was great!! And the young lady behind the counter was very friendly. I guess it is time to come back on a regular basis.

Was Very Presentable, Workers helped us right away. Would recommend the monster or unicorns for the little ones.Rocky Road could use a little more almonds though😊.

Paid a little over 7 $ for a large mint chocolate chip shake and they couldnt even give me what I paid for and when confronted her she asked if I wanted her to fill the rest with wip cream. What a joke horrible place.

The girls working were very sweet and extremely patient with my special needs child. I think my daughter tried at least 17 things a couple of them twice before she could decide what she wanted. They were almost closing and did not rush us were not rude or anything, the store was stocked with all flavors and was very clean. I will definitely make the long drive back to this location

I come to this Baskin Robbins often as it is near my house. I am sitting in my car outside after buying ice cream with my daughter. The young lady who served us did not wear her mask over her nose; I watched her use her right hand with clear artificial nails on it to scratch the front of her mask, and pull it down when it went over her nose. She tried to use a pink spoon off the counter to get Reese’s crumbs out of the bag for my daughters sundae. More time should be spent teaching these young ladies about cleanliness when dealing with food that people will consume. My daughter was excited for ice cream but mine went straight into the trash because I was disgusted. Next time I will buy a prepare gallon or none at all.

Great ice cream great selection with tons of flavors! Way more than 31 flavors. They have cones and real milkshakes as well as all the sundaes you can dream up. Real whipped cream is a bonus and tastes great. Prices are. but steep but well worth it for a great treat.

Such awesome and friendly service. The young lady working there this afternoon around 4 PM was above and beyond. My daughters first time there just to get an awesome banana split. This young lady made them to perfection and made it so much fun. You have a treasure working there.

Disappointed for the 2nd time.1st time I ordered BR for 3 of us I got 1 ice cream. 2nd time I got 3 ice creams but none of them were labeled. I handed them out and it was a guessing game of who got whos ice cream order. Beware regarding an order from this location when using Door Dash.

This place is awesome. Great service. Fast and friendly. We order 8 different things and the lady was a speed demon. Got them all right and ready in under 10 minutes.

The Baskin Robbins in question which is located at at 13220 W Van Buren St #110, Goodyear, AZ 85338 has taken cheap to a new level. I purchased a pint of ice cream today, now a pint container is a pint, you cant get any more in. Well they dont serve you based on the liquid pint, they serve you based on weight!!! The owners make the employees weigh the container. If they pack it to the top which is normal protocol its to heavy. In my 57 years on this crazy planet I have never seen a scale in a ice cream store. I will never support that establishment again.Just a heads up and pass it on!

I like Baskin Robbins, in general, but the last time I went here it was terrible. The place was hot and muggy inside, and this was in the winter when it was only 58° outside. The girl behind the counter clearly did not want to be there. She was arms crossed and frowning the whole time, moving at a snails pace. After placing my order it took almost 20 minutes to get rang up, ice cream melting the whole time (did I mention it was hot inside?).On top of the poor service, the ice cream actually tasted bad. It was sour like it was about to turn.Im sure the owner is trying to save money by using evaporative cooling, keeping ice cream a little longer than recommended, and forcing his daughter to work against her will (Im assuming it was his daughter, because I cant imagine youd actually pay someone for that service), but its just making the place undesirable. I used to go there fairly regularly, and I havent been back since and wont be back any time soon.

The cool whip topping used on the ice cream cakes tastes stale after being refrigerated for a certain period of time. Ruins the entire cake. I spent the majority of the time scraping it off the cake just to eat it. Only have on person staffed to field phone calls and to handle in store customers. Horrible set up. I felt rushed to make a decision due to lack of staffing. Wont be going back. The cakes are too pricey and not as good as they used to be

Its too expensive. The Water & Ice store at Dysart & McDowell has ice cream cones for MUCH MUCH CHEAPER!!! A one scoop cone is about $2.75. Its about 90 cents for each additional scoop! Ive been there weekly the last 4 years. Its in the same strip mall as Frys & Petsmart. By the smoke shop & Verizon store. Its a tiny place so look carefully or youll miss it. Theres about 14 flavors. No toppings, sundaes or fancy stuff. But the low price is worth it. Its Thrifty Ice Cream, which wins nationwide contests every year.

Extremely unprofessional. POS system went down right as i got to the front of the line. Waited 20 minutes for a manager to show up and then was told that i would need to write down all of my card information to be ran at a later time. Umm hell no you cant have my card information thats how you get your identity stolen. This location should be shut down.
