Need a new drive thru Pharmacy Tech. Couldnt get the job done despite me having the $$ and they having the meds

My mother in law had a super expensive prescription, that is normally a 15 dollar copay but for 3 months it’s a ton of money and especially at Christmas it’s bad. When I pick up her meds I usually deal with the same guy or lady and they are always wonderful and very helpful. One of the people that works there gave me a coupon and made it under 30 dollars. We are very grateful. ❤️❤️

This pharmacy had gotten my medication wrong multiple times. Not only that but they claim to close at 8:30 but when I went to pick up my sisters medication after she got out of the emergency room at 8:07 I was told to come back tomorrow morning when they are open and that they already counted the money. The pharmacist tech was so rude with a very nasty attitude and I do not recommend this pharmacy because it has rude people working who care more about going home 5 minutes early then caring for patients.

If you’re getting paid to work until 8:30, work until 8:30. If I come in 20 minutes before closing, I should still be able to get what I need from my pharmacy. I don’t need a nasty attitude from this rude pharmacy tech. Suggestion, make your employees learn some customer service cause people who come to get medications they need shouldn’t have to deal with a lazy girl with a nasty attitude, imagine someone treating your grandparents with such disrespect, that’s the kind of service they will get if they go to Walmart Estrella Pharmacy. If I could give a zero star rating because of this pharmacy tech, Victoria - I would.

THIS PHARMACY IS GARBAGE. They get my prescription wrong ALL the time(at least 4 times). They are not Educated on insurance at all. I have 2 insurances and had to pay $90 for a prescription, then found out it was covered by both my insurances and I shouldn’t have paid anything.

We had trouble getting my daughters medication covered by the insurance company, Francis helped us with the insurance company and we were able to get my daughters medicine. It was such a relief and very much appreciated. If only there were more people like Francis who put the customers first. Were definitely going to this pharmacy again.

I made a phone call for a product that is on the shelf and not in the pharmacy. The Lady was most helpful and even went on line to see if they carried the product and it could be ordered. Excellent Service!

Lied to by the pharmacists several times, the only one there that was even remotely helpful was the one who handed back my prescription so I could go elsewhere. Dont go here, theyll short you on medication and lie to you about your insurance covering things.

Pharmacy closes at 8:30 we arrived at 8:25 and were turned away. Went to CVS and got our needs taken care of.

The pharmacist with a limp is full of herself and condescending. I will never go there again and will recommend all my friends go elsewhere. She was rude and talked over me then walked away after counseling.
