I got an oil change with no appointment. A lot quicker than 2 jiffy lubes and 2 dodge dealerships. I have a ‘17 Dodge Charger. They told me it would be an hour long including waiting time to be serviced. The other places I went to had 2-4 hour waiting times with no appointment. They were professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. I’ll be coming back here for my next oil changes. They also rotated my tires for a small additional fee.
Let me say i have been here many times and my normal assistant (hidey) was not there this time. I went there for a free diagnosis on why my engine light was on and didnt get any answers. Then the person i was working with (Eric) changed my oil and filter without me knowing and charged me 70$, its not terrible but you dont want people you cant even trust too give you a free check up and not start doing random things to your car without making it clear. Im hoping it was just Eric and the whole staff is not like this. 😔

My car battery died a mile from QuickLane in Wickenburg. I called and Dan was happy to help. He brought a portable jumper cable pack to get my battery going good enough to drive down to the shop. A welcoming and hospitable experience as they ran tests to ensure it wasn’t the transmission. All was well, about an hour later, they got me a new battery and I was on my way! Overall a great experience and am very pleased with the service Dan and the rest of the team at Quicklane in Wickenburg provided. Would highly recommend! Thank you!

Well I was thoroughly disgusted. Not only I made the appointment over a week out but when I brought my car in for my appointment and waited for 2 hours then they proceeded to tell me they dont have the part and have wasted my entire day. Not a good way for customer service.
Wait times can vary which is understandable . Waiting room has water, coffee and snacks available which is nice
We went in for an oil change and fuel filter replacement on our F350. When they opened the hood Amanda noticed our batteries had corrosion. She checked the date on them and said they have an 8 yr. Warranty with the 1st 2 yrs. Parts and labor covered. We showed her our receipt from Nov. 2018 of our service at another dealership. They were completely covered! While doing our service the techs let us know that our front brakes were worn so we had those replaced. When they took it for a test drive the check engine light came on. They then let us know we needed an exhaust filter. We so appreciated their thorough inspection and how helpful Amanda was.
Great service from the ladies here at the Quick Lane. Heidi has been helpful and if I could remember all the others I would praise them as well. Even given me ride home while leaving vehicle to be serviced.Again.., great service!!!
We always bring our 2015 Ford Escape there for service since we bought it from Rodeo Ford. Mirna is our service adviser and has always treated us very good.
My service advisor was fantastic. My car is older and normally i do the maintenance but sometimes a professional helps. I bought what i needed brought it in they put it in and my car is on the road 100% again. Can be pricy but well worth the warranty and well worth the coverage incase something happens to the repairs done.

You can schedule your appointment online, they have free coffee, free donuts, free water bottles, free popcorn, free WiFi and free shuttle service. Will continue to get my car serviced here for many years to come as they are detailed very oriented.

Everything went pretty smoothly today. Our reason for coming in today was either someone at one of the Ford shops took the tire wheel lock key and didnt put it back when rotating the tires or it wasnt sold with the car either way it was a Ford dealership that did the work on the car either here or Robinson Brothers in Baton Rouge Louisiana. So we found ourselves here today to get the factory wheel locks removed so we could have the tires replaced. While here we also had the oil changed. The lil sweet Lady Mirna that helped us works Monday thru Thursday she was really helpful and sweet. (If you need some pictures hit me up ) We were here about an hr and 35 to 45mins. So no complaints. Check out this beautiful Bullet in the front, I have a feeling one like it will be in my driveway in the future.

2 HOURS for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation, and they didnt even wash the vehicle as stated by fordpass.Michelle was very helpful, but the wait time was ridiculous for a scheduled appointment. Service dept should start taking less appointments per hour or make walkins wait longer...

I really liked how they dont try to push the extra items on you when you go in for service. They tell you what you may need, but let you make a choice and dont pressure you.The service is done quickly and all the staff is professional.

This shop is Amazing!! They had me in and out in less than 20 minutes. Service Rep Miss Amanda Jacob was very Knowledgeable, cordial and totally impressed me with her vehicle knowledge & speed of process. I have to Highly Recommend this BEST In Class service center. I was in a serious crunch for time and they came thru... Even offered to wash my vehicle upon completion. In all my many years of vehicle ownership, I have never had this Impressive service. Even backed my truck up when done so I could drive out easily. AMAZING!!!! And the shop was clean & well organized. Called me by my name, wished me safe travel and invited me back....
Good experience buying a new truck at Rodeo so I tried the Quick Lane for a oil change, first service interval inspection, and a recall item. Thought I would have to go to the regular service department for the recall item. But Quick Lane did it all at once. After asking if I wanted the truck washed - Almost 9 quarts of oil, very detailed inspection, tire rotation, brake inspection with pad measurements, battery test, top off fluids, and recall repair in one hour. Went to pay and was told the first service was complimentary for buying the truck there. I was handed the largest, most detailed report I have seen and out the door. All of my vehicles are coming here from now on.

Got an oil change done here Saturday afternoon (7/11/20). They couldnt figure out how to reset the maintenance required message showing on the dash. Said I had to go to the dealership. That is very incorrect. Theres an option to clear the message in the dash menu. About 6 hours later, I discovered a puddle and a trail of oil on the ground under my car. The place is closed until Monday, no options to contact them. My driveway is now stained. This is what I get for not going to the dealership for service.

Went in for leak in my tire...of course it was a nail in the side wall so the tire had to be replaced..Bruce was very helpful..they had to send out for the tire so it took a couple hours but i work right down the street so he called me when it was ready.Then i got a text from him the next morning to see if I was satisfied... I liked the place. Very clean and cool...they have coffee and donuts while you wait..very nice employees...will be going the next for an oil change...thanks Bruce!!
Their customer service is excellent, they are very respectful of your vehicle. I was able to bring my car in for oil change and tire rotation without an appointment - they got my car in immediately. I also saved a chunk of change compared to what other dealerships charge.

We have purchased several Fords and normally dont have a problem but this time ticked me off. We took our car in less than a year ago and there was a problem with the battery. They replaced the battery which was under warranty with a new one, but less than a year later the battery died again, same thing, bad cell. This time they said there was no warranty because they gave us the 1st one under warranty. Wouldnt you think they would stand behind a new battery? The battery actually said 18 month free replacement on the battery. I wont be buying another car from this dealership.

Rodeo Ford Quick Lane is always clean and the employees/advisors are are always pleasant to deal with. Waiting for your car to be serviced (maintenanced) is never fun to do, but its a little more bearable here with their comfy chairs, fresh donuts and fresh coffee.
I dont leave reviews that much, but I had to after today. Great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Josh one of the reps there and his boss were very helpful in resolving an issue I had with my car. Definately will be coming back!

If you plan to make an appointment, get an oil change, and fix a tire, be prepared to waste a day and not achieve your goal. Took them 2.5 hours to patch my tire, NOT change my oil, and not reset my tire gage settings. Nice people however horrible experience.
Went to have my oil changed. Went inside to wait for my car to be done but had a question about buying tires for my othwr car. Went to counter but after waiting 5 minutes, I left and sat back down. The bad thing was, there was a group of Quick Lane employees behind the counter telling jokes and laughing, looking at me but NOT even acknowledging me to see if they could help me. Left ASAP when car was done. COULD NOT GIVE NO STARS BUT HAD TO GIVE ONE ANYWAY.STAY AWAY, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
Staff was rude kept redirecting me waited for about 10 minutes and no one came to ask what I needed what A shame I used to love this place

Nothing quick about this place.. wasted 2 hrs of my life for an oil change. Waited 20 min just for someone to come help me thought it was me but as I sat there for 2 hrs saw it again with everyone pulling up the kid up front used his radio lo let them know customers out front no one in a hurry there. Next time Ill drop off and pick up later... maybe I got in the turtle lane I need too look up at the signs again...lol
The two experiences that I have had, have been awful! Last week I called the service department to ask if they accept fleet vans from Ride Share by Enterprise (metro Vanpool). I wanted to make sure, per the Enterprise website this place is approved. The phone rang for what seemed like 10 minutes. Then once they answered I asked my question and the lady had no idea. She transfered me to the fleet department but no one would answer, the call keept coming back, and after the 5th time the lady said that the fleet department person was not in and that she was going to transfer me one more time and to leave a voicemail. Then she transferered me and a man answered. The guy I spoke to was not rude but you could hear in his voice he did not care about what I was talking and he was done with his day. Maybe he had an awful day as well. He told me to call Enterprise and I needed to know exactly was I was bringing in the van for (oil change) and to have all the paperwork ready. So I called Enterprise and they told me I do not have to do anything, other than take the vehicle to the shop, and the shop needs to call for approval. They also gave me a number to a mechanic business that comes to the vehicle. So today I stoped in at 5:15 p.m. in the fast lube area and a lady approaches me I told her what I need (oil change and I mentioned a door lock issue and indoor light issue). She did not know if any of this can be done. She went inside to ask. Then after a while she Came out and told me they could do the oil but nothing else I would have to go across the parking lot. Then a guy comes out, ask for all of my personal information, checks tread in one tire and I explained to him that this was an Enterprise van. I gave him the number were he needed to call and he says before we do anything else he was going to call to see if they were open he left with the keys to inside the store. Since I was doing nothing and just standing outside I decided to walk in side and look around the lounge room. After a few minutes I approached the guy at the end of the counter the one who took my keys, he put the phone on loud speaker and you could here the elevator music, he was waiting for someone to answer. He then tells me the same thing the lady before him told me. He then tells me I should just come back and get everything done at the place across the parking lot. And that they would bring the van to him for an oil change since no one was answering. Then I heard the elevator music turn into a ringing ( when the call gets transferered to someone that will answer) and this guy hangs up. And the guy hands me the keys.

Terrible. Website lies. Says to stop by anytime 7am to 6pm to get service done. Went at 4:45pm for an oil change and they said their technician leaves at 5 and they stop taking appointments at 4:30.
