Decent size store. Many products dont have prices on it. You have to show your license of your profession or a student of a school your currently attending.

Good service. Staff is always friendly and acknowledges you as soon as you walk in. Good selection. Have to get there right after they get a shipment to get any 20vol clear developer but its cool. Thanks for always helping to supply my cosmetology needs!

10.16.2020 @4:30pm: I spoke with the district manager on this issue below, and she gave me a vital information. I am headed back to the store so I can get the simple products that I needed. Thank you to the district manager for taking your time out to discuss this matter with me, I hope these issues will be resolved soon, so I do not run into this again, the next time that I need to purchase product.10.16.2020 @3pm: Not happy with the fact that I cannot even go into the store without a mask. I have bad anxiety and I have a panic attack when I wear one. I was told I literally couldn’t step a foot into the store without one. There was 2 employees inside and I didn’t see anyone else in the store. The 6ft ruled guideline wouldn’t even be broken if they just let me go in and get my few things I need. But NO. I was turned away. Truthfully TERRIBLE that they are doing that. Makes me not want to buy from the store anymore and possibly switch brands because Cosmoprof is the main place I can buy at a decent price.Fix this rule with the store and I’ll fix my rating and consider being a customer here again.

They were very nice and they had a good selection considering its still difficult to get supplies.

This isnt the store I regularly go to but was in the area at the time. There was a heavy set girl that was very rude. She made me feel so uncomfortable. Shes very unprofessional. I will stick to the other location I go to because if this was the first time going to como-prof I would never go back. But be warned this store is not customer friendly.

Was in looking for gel color. Shelves were mostly bare. Lots of empty shelf space in the nail aisle.

There is one girl in particular that works at this location that is consistently rude with zero provocation nearly every single time I shop here. It is not just me, I have witnessed her take a snarky tone with other customers right in front of me and do absolutely nothing to be helpful or answer questions for them as well. If you dont like interacting with customers that is fine, but please dont get a job where customer service is one of your main duties. I will be taking my business to another location from here on out this has become unacceptable.

Friendly & helpful! Only reason they dont get 5 stars would be inventory. Lots of time what I need is out or stock or they just dont carry it. Ive learned to always call ahead.

Doesnt say any were on the front of the store that only licensed professionals can shop her, yet I was chased out of the store. There was another lady in the store that didnt even know what kind of clippers she needed yet I was the one chaced out. When I asked for a customer service phone number they gave me a fake number and a mocking oooo. Rude and unprofessional. Sticking to Sallys or online shopping.
