This review is long over due, but I have been recommending these guys since about March 2020. Our backyard is visible from the hiking trail that runs behind our house. Weve had so many people stop and complement the pergola installed by Patio Partners and ask for contact information. Including a recent landscaper who came to plant a tree in our yard. Ken was great in helping us decide on what to install, and Brandon the installer was a great guy to have hanging around the backyard for the time it took to install. My overall experience was excellent and I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the market looking for a little more shade.

I would highly recommend Patio Partners! This was a big project for us (renovating an entire yard after 20 years) and our new patio cover is GORGEOUS! Ken was creative and patient as we worked out the design, Vanessa is the ultimate is awesome customer service, and Daniel... an INCREDIBLE, skilled craftsman who made sure no detail was overlooked (and also lots of fun to get know)! Patio Partners genuinely backs their custom work for your project and their commitment to ensure you love the finished product. Were excited to finish the landscaping phase of this reno that will definitely compliment our new patio!

We purchased an aluminum patio cover from the salesman, Clark, who was courteous and accurate. The installation went smoothly and the material moved for a small foundation hole was replaced to its original position. I have no hesitation recommending Patio Partners

Paul Hill with Patio Partners did a fabulous job replacing our fire damaged patio awning after a major house fire. Paul was highly recommended by our General Contractor, Mark Steven Construction. Paul is an ultimate professional, he knows his product and made terrific suggestions. The demo and installation was quick, clean, professional and well made. Our awning stretches across our entire back of the house and is 15 deep. Its beautiful and will provide enjoyment for many years.

Fabulous experience with this company! Brandon, the installer exceeded our expectations in all aspects. His attention to detail when measuring and explaining the process were so refreshing. Since we have dogs that are used to going through a dog door he was very careful to close the gate. He was very respectful and kept a clean organized work area. We live the final product and would highly recommend them.

WOW!!! I have to say I was unsure of having a Patio Awning put in the front of the house to protect the sun because my front door faces south. I worked with the salesperson Ken and he had some great ideas and assured me it will look nice with the design and colors I chose. Then the installer came and his name was Brandon, he was Amazing and very professional. The A+ quality install job he did was surpassed by his sense of my concern and the design I chose and how it would look from the street. He helped ease my worry and came up with some design options during the install and allowed me to make changes to make me happy and on top of it came up with some GREAT ideas and the final result made me love it even more. We added a second cover to the side of the main house and it looks great as well. I would recommend this company to everyone with the First Class service.

Very satisfied with the pergolas that were installed. The only issue was the continued delay in getting the materials to start the job. It took about 5-6 weeks longer than promised. James and Moe were professional and creative installers. Very pleased with their work.

I had my pergola installed on 1-16-20 by Brandon, he did a wonderful job. He took the time to explain the process and was on time, that was very refreshing. He was thorough in his measurements and always checked to see if I was happy with my project.The salesman Clark was pleasant to work with, on time and helped me to figure out the best look for my pergola. Everyone at Patio Partners was pleasant to work with.

We had our cover installed in June. The cover does a great job with the shade and it looks very nice. However the issues we had were communication (I rarely received a call back and had to call them) and with the recent rains it leaked in several spots. Also I can never get the windows above cleaned or repaired. One of our screens blew off in the storms and the screen company can not replace it because you can not walk on the cover, there is no way for them to reinstall the screen. I would not recommend this type of cover for a two story home. I wish this would have been pointed out during the estimate.Response to owner: My window screen rep called and was told by Jaime that they do not come out and do anything and he would not recommend putting boards across the roof because we do not have their experience or expertise. I asked him how we are supposed to correct this problem and he said the roof isn’t made to be . So in short, I still would not recommend for a two story home. Im really disappointed that I was not aware of this. Not sure how we will be able to paint and wash windows either. Not a sturdy product to be able to access and maintain that portion of home.

We just had a covered arbor installed by Patio Partners. There are a lot ot companies to choose from, but we are extremely happy we choose them.From Clark in the sales process, explaining the differences between Alumawood and Elitewood, even the history of the two products. Returning multiple emails as we changed tiny items to request and updated quote, and being patient as we were designing a pool also and working with our pool builder also. And pulling permits is included! I had one built at a previous house with another company before...and well, wouldnt use them again.And then the install with Mike and Chad. Fantastic! They cleaned up each day. Called me when I had a question about the gutter downspout, and on the final day asked me multiple times if I had any question. They were extremely friendly and did a wonderful job.**Edit 2/19/2020** They came out, apologized and fixed it so it is now level across. Looks great.Review up to five stars. It was great how hassle it was getting them out to correct something.

Patio Partners completed the installation of a patio cover for my wife and I in Surprise AZ and did a Wonderful job. We did have to wait for materials longer then initially thought but that is due to the Covid lock downs. Once the materials were available, they were on site to install RIGHT AWAY! Clark was able to visit us several times to ensure we were meeting HOA and city requirements. Eddie prepped the deck and installed the uprights, Jamie was the installer and did an Awesome job. Eddie returned and replaced pavers and cleaned up. Pricing was on point, Eddie and Jamie did an awesome job and our cover was up quickly and correctly. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a pergola or cover.

My parents had a patio installed by Pheonix Patio (Patio Partners) a few weeks ago and we are all very Happy with the experience! Chad and Mike (the installers) came out and built it for us! They were extremely professional and very friendly! When they were done the patio area was actually cleaner than when they got here! We are very happy with the work they did! Even the salesman and office were a pleasure to work with and made the whole process easier than we thought it was going to be! 5 Stars! We would recommend them to anyone! Especially Chad and Mike!

We called Patio Partners to build a privacy panel on our patio. From beginning to end, we had great service. Chad and Mike were able to come three days early to do the installation, which was great. They were both very efficient, professional, and friendly. Our panel looks great and we couldn’t be more pleased!

Had our driveway supports replaced with stronger and wider supports. Great experience. All staff was helpful and kind through the entire process even when there were changes. Chad did the install and was very kind and knowledgeable. Happy with the final product.

Great customer service! I have a pergola that a beam end cover came loose and fell to the ground. My dogs thought it was a great toy to chew up. Went to Patio Partners for a replacement and they were very helpful in finding a new one. They actually gave it to me for FREE! If you are considering building a pergola, you should seriously consider Patio Partners based on my great customer service experience.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, however, this time it is my pleasure to write this review. From the beginning of the process with Patio Partners your staff made everything easy. Clark came to our home on schedule, took measurements for our proposed awning, explained the entire process, went over the available awning materials and colors, and drew up a preliminary plot plan (which he personally delivered back to our home) which I presented to our HOA for approval. I went by Patio Partners’ office and gave the HOA approved paperwork to Vanessa, who arranged to have the plan professionally drafted and then she took care of the permit process with the City. I feel it is important to explain this part of the process in detail because many other contractors do not fully participate in the entire permit process but Patio Partners does and thanks to Clark, Vanessa and Jamie it was streamlined and a minimal effort for us. The only delay in the whole process was waiting for the City to review and approve the permit.After the City’s blessing Edward (hard worker) showed up on schedule and did a great job digging the very sizable pier holes (30” X 30” X 30” per the City’s specifications) for the awning posts.Next the installers, Chad and Mike, arrived on schedule and completed the entire installation in two days (during cold rainy weather) which included pouring the concrete for the awning posts. Through the whole installation I spent a lot of time watching and visiting with Mike and Chad who were very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I am a carpenter and I previously owned and operated an excavation business and I’m impressed with Chad’s and Mikes skills and craftsmanship. Needless to say, whether Chad and Mike or Brandon and Paul install your awning you should be as pleased as we are with the final product. We recommend Patio Partners to anyone.

I actually did 2 separate Pergolas at my home. The first one came out very nice. Did a custom design that really enhanced my back yard. Nate, the installer then suggested that I do a second one to run the length of my patio and extend 5 feet over the new pool which was to start next week. He designed a cantilever cover so I wouldnt need a support.It came out FANTASTIC !!!

I had originally ordered my awning from another company, left a deposit and was waiting for delivery and installation. A week before I was expecting delivery I received notice that the company went out of business.This is were Phoenix Patio Systems came into the picture and saved the day.They got the awning from the manufacturer in record time & installed perfectly within my schedule as additional work was being done in the yard.Thanks to their sales man Ken & their installer. This is a review of this company, though admittedly, I ultimately did not use their services.Upon my request for a a window awning installation consult, Mike W. arrived to my home early for his appointment. He quickly assessed my requests, and very politely, but regretfully, informed me that his company did not in fact manufacture or install the type of awning that I had visualized for my home.He THEN proceeded to politely offer me a recommendation on a company that could perform the work that I was requesting.However, he wasnt yet finished.He THEN proceeded to walk around my home, in 100 degree weather, and take the window measurements ANYWAY, so that I would be able to give them to the next guy, whomever it ends up being, to help save him the work of doing so.What? Seriously? I felt like I was the main sucker being filmed for an episode of The Twilight Zone, Candid Camera, and Punked.Nope, he was just that great.I truly wish that I did have a project for Mike W. to work on.You frequently read negative reviews stating the desire to leave LESS than one star, if it were possible to do so.I wish that I could leave more than FIVE STARS for this display of selfless, stellar customer service.Thank you Mike.

Our home is situated in a north/south configuration, meaning the sun is shining directly on the south side of the house for the better part of the day. Thats great for solar panels, but not so great for our patio or back windows or back patio door.We saw an ad in our HOA magazine for Phoenix Patio Systems, had their salesman Doug out for a quote, and liked what he had to say so much we signed a contract the same day.Phoenix Patio Systems has an excellent product, durable and beautiful. They also offer an excellent price for their product. Their crew was professional and the cover has enhanced our back yard immeasurably. The patio cover has created a feeling of a back yard room instead of just sitting outside in the sun.Now the best part ~ our HOA ~ the same one that advertised Phoenix Patio Systems ~ denied our request to put the patio cover in! Doug stood by us and came to our Board meeting to help us get it approved. His professionalism and knowledge did the trick.We cannot thank Doug and Phoenix Patio Systems enough for their quality of product, professionalism, great price and for our beautiful back yard!

I usually don’t take the time to leave reviews, but this one seemed needed. I made an appointment with Phoenix Patio Systems for Thursday the 21st of MAR for an estimate on a pavilion/Ramada. I received a call the day of, saying that the sales person would not be able to make the call. No reason was given, no explanation, and no reschedule. I asked when I would hear back about a reschedule and the person on the phone said they couldn’t reschedule and she couldn’t tell me if they would ever call back for one. Essentially they just didn’t have the time or didn’t want my business. This honestly is really unprofessional and bad business. At least have the courtesy to say why you can’t make it, and offer a date to reschedule.

Ken Arrington was our salesman and Jamie did the install. Other than a schedule mishap, top notch service. Would highly recommend them.

Nobody will call me back! Left a message all week to have somebody call me, too busy I guess. Horrible way to do business! Ill go somewhere else for my backyard remodel.

Our carport awning project was marked by delays, poor workmanship, lack of communication and more excuses than apologies. I would not recommend Phoenix Patio Systems and will not be using them again.
