Say I really really liked my car before it is a lot since it’s 25 years old and really in a need of a paint job. Not only was painted it was restored it was detailed it was amazing. Ryan and his team are the best!! I honestly dont even know where to start. On my Birthday I get a call from the gentleman I rented out my 2021 Class A RV to telling me on his way out of town, he has been in an accident, he is on the side of Interstate 10 on a Friday around 4PM, and he wants to know what he should do. I called a friend who gave me Ryans number. I called Ryan and he said have the renter bring it to me, I will wait for him to get here. Remember this is at about 4:30 pm on a Friday! I think his regular shop hours are until 5:00pm. I know my Rv is not going to make it before they close, but Ryan tells me dont worry I will wait for him, have him bring it. Once the renter shows up to Stil Swangn he is telling Ryan that he is 3 hours into his 7 day trip with him and his young son. Ryan gives me a call and we discuss him patching the rig up so the renter and his son can still enjoy their trip. So he spends extra time getting the rig secured enough to set off. There is no telling how late he stayed on a Friday to do this but what a guy! The renter and his son were able to have a great time after all. Again thanks to Ryan. Once my rig was back Ryan went to work. He handled everything with the insurance companies and kept me informed throughout the entire process. My rig looked good as new when he and his crew were done. Not to mention cleaner than when it was dropped off to him! I will without a doubt take all my vehicles to Ryan for all their repair and paint needs. Best Body Shop in Phoenix! I was in a car accident and they did an amazing job. Ryan is very professional and kept in total communication with me, my car insurance and the rental company. He was able to help me receive all the services required to properly fix my vehicle (unlike other shops who would have done a fast and cheap job). He made sure to stay in contact with me, keep me informed, and promptly provide my insurance company with the information they needed.The day after I called him, he had a tow service to pick up my vehicle at no charge and he was able to provide my insurance with an estimate within 2-3 days.My insurance ended up totaling my vehicle out and Ryan made it very easy for me to come and gather my belongings; even taking my customized license plate off for me.If I’m ever in need again I’ll definitely been contacting this establishment.

I bought a brand new truck and two weeks later someone side swiped it while it was parked at my wife’s work. I googled a 5 star repair shop and found stil swangn . Stil Swangn Customs LLC had done an amazing job on repainting and touch-ups on two of my vehicles to date. The first vehicle a 2013 Ford Fusion I had brought in with major rock damage to the front hood and fenders and the shop owner was so knowledgeable that they informed me the vehicle had been in a front end collision in the past and I didnt even know it. The car was purchased in January of 2014 from Peoria Ford with a clean CarFax and the accident wasnt reported until October of 2014 almost a year later after purchase. I contacted the dealer, but nothing was ever resolved.S.S.C. LLC owner Ryan Romero had documented every detail of the previous collision damage with pics and videos of the shady work which was done by the previous collision shop to get the vehicle sold at auction where Peoria Ford purchased the vehicle.
