This Michaels is a good one! The store is always clean, staff is always nice, shelfs are usually full unless holiday items are bought.

Its okay, I suppose. Overpriced for sure. Like the Target of craft stores. Its fine, but therere plenty of other things youd rather be doing. And lets face it, youre only there because your wife made you take her.

Had plenty of merchandise in stock, which I was grateful for! I had tried ordering frames from an online company and they were a let down, so I slapped on my mask and took a chance of finding something in the store. Glad I did, they had exactly what I wanted, in the sizes I needed and they were on sale for BOGO. Everyone was safe and pleasant.

They always have something on sale. The closer it gets to Christmas things are going to be picked over even more.

The Manager at the Custom Frame station was Very helpful! Went above and beyond helping me look for a specific color frame. Would definitely be coming back here. The girl at the register was nice and courteous as well!

If you are looking for wood stain maybe Home Depot is a better choice.For Basic leather craft this is the perfect beginner spot along with any other beginning level craft.It may be slightly more expensive than online shopping but you get more creative ideas at a glance just walking around.

One of my favorite stores. This location in particular runs out of the 3D stickers that I love to use for my vision boards. Thats my only complaint with this location.

It was great for a new location and that it had just opened. Michaels was very clean and organized. Staff there was friendly and helpful. Im sure a couple months from now with more experience, this place would be the best top notch

Honestly the best. Didnt know about their online discounts and the cashier refunded my purchase so I could apply the discount of 20% off. Brilliant. Worth going to over other stores! Got my fiances present here and its going to be amazing :)

Ive been here a few times now. Ordering stuff online to pick up in the store, expect to not be able to pick it up same day even though your system says that you can. The store is well organized and clean. But its nothing exceptional when you cant pick up your items like youre thinking you should be able to because it says it online.

Employees was rude and very judge mental on how you look but to say I was followed and my girl was followed out to the car because they thought that stole something... Other then that great store for art supplies and books

Very helpful courteous staff. All of the staff had smiles on their faces and took me to the spot where I was needing to go. The store is nicely clean and shelves are stocked and faced. I felt like a kid in a candy store.

We went out to Michaels to purchase our Christmas decorations for our new home. Though it was clearly in the middle of a sale, the store was organized and the experience was positive. I have no complaints about this Michaels based on my 2 previous experiences at this location.

Really youre on your own at Michaels its not like it used to be wind up black lady quit at the flower section I went downhill for a lot of us we liked her help her her personality was awesome but they dont have service there. Theyre not like oh can we help you they wont go see if they do have extra they look through I dont know some kind of computer on their hand or their pants pocket and claim there isnt any more in the back room but who knows but their attitude I dont believe them

Wasnt too bad, alot of restocking going on so it was a bit messy. Only the cashier spoke with us and she was very nice... I like the coupons they offer and it was semi easy to find products. Overall, decent place and would most likely return. We bought 2 oil based sharpies and a notebook.

Ok, just here for something to hang a project on the wall. Found several good options, went with the Command Picture and Frame Hanging strips. Also, frames were on sale, so got a few quality items.

Super crowded, and the people didnt seem to have any consciousness, or awareness of what 6 feet apart was, even though there are stickers on the ground. Seemed a bit dark in there too.The employee that helped me was great though and helpful.

Overpriced!! I use to love this store but very pricey! I recommend target or Hobby Lobby, but dont go to Hobby Lobby on Saturdays, the lines are crazy! But only because their prices are fantastic!

I Love Michaels. So many hard to find crafting and art supplies at great prices. Watch prices and check tags as very often they will put items on a display that arent marked. Today they had a $65 art set where they had other items marked for $17. They are careful to make sure the sign tells you what is on sale, but the extra item wont have a listing anywhere. Very frustrating when you have to get item price checked. This is a standard issue, or I would have given 5 stars.

Found the item needed quickly. Took forever to checkout however. Waited in line 4 nearly 10 minutes for a single checkout, that was still on the same customer the whole time, and she only had 5-6 items.

Hobby Lobby and Michaels put together

Not bad for arts and craft supplies. Prices can be pretty steep depending on what it is youre looking for. Isles are compact so just hope youre the only one pushing a cart. Cleanliness was close to non existent and seemed like a playland for children without supervision especially when I was trying to go down the isle with markers/paint/pens. Kids were literally drawing on the floor, display, and merchandise but that habit was probably picked from the parent on the other side of the isle who was also sampling markers by drawing on herself rather than watching her kids.

HORRIFIC customer service. Wow. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Came here because the person I was with was looking for something to fix her cloak. I ended up making a few impulse buys which I was highly content with. The service received was exceptional and the selection was more than I could have asked for. Will happily return when I have any celebratory impulse needs or crafting needs int he future!

I searched up a item (angelus paint) it said they had it in stock online. I went to the store the paint couldn’t be found anywhere there were no workers around I went to the cashier and they said they’ll send help I waited 20 mins before I left this store.

I was on a important phone that just came in when I was next. She new my needs and took care of it while on the phone. Thank you very much!
