Fantastic experience. Justin helped get the tires I wanted ordered. Once they came in they were replaced quickly, along with tire sensors that needed replaced. The pricing was fit for the service I was given. I got a great deal on good quality tires and I am very pleased with the customer service.

My girlfriend had a appointment at 5:30 on Thursday, due to the fact that she works from home, I said lets just drop it off. She had no communication from the time of drop off to the time she called 24 hours later, at that point she was told it was a half hour away from getting on the lift! Glad she had an appointment! We really appreciated it. It was a wonderful one star experience!!! Also, it was overpriced, none of the employees seem to care, I would recommend going to at least a two-star experience if you can oh, itll probably be cheaper!

Terrible. I had an appointment at 2:30 for an oil change, a tire patched, and a rotation. I walked to the mall to kill time, headed back over around 4:20, stood around in the lobby for another 20 to 30 minutes, then finally had to ask for my keys and leave. They had not even started on my car! And, I had an appointment! Ridiculous. And, no one apologized either. Just unacceptable. Ill never be back.

Justin and the rest of the team at NTB had phenomenal service. We were traveling from MN and had car problems and they got us in almost immediately. Our car is old and frankly a piece of **** but they were diligent and thorough in their process while also reassuring and patient with me as I was stressed out and in tears (I’m emotional, sue me). Great guys, great work. 10/10 would recommend.

The worst, if there were a negative 1 star I would give it to them, Dropped car off at 8am for 4 tires and alignment, I called at 230pm to check on car only to be told they had to go pick up tires for car, didnt have them in stock, but assured me my car would be next, at around 4pm I got a ride to store only to see car still outside with the old tires on, went inside spoke to guy at front, he tells me theyre about to pull my car in,I explained that I heard that 2 hrs ago, I asked for a discount for my time, which I was told he couldnt give me a discount because he already loosing money because of the special they advertised. Smh, he would call me when car ready, so now 545pm rolls around they close at 6pm,no call, I had to call them and I was told its ready, after getting another ride to store that took 15 min,I see them just pulling car out of garage area. NTB never again, will take my money elsewhere and let my friends and family know to get tires somewhere different.

Im from out of town so this place was recommended to me by a friend. My battery was acting up so I decided I had better get it serviced before heading back home. So glad I went there. Great service. very friendly staff. I felt I could really trust them. Justin was terrific. Fine honest young man. I will definitely go back.

I purchased a vehicle yesterday yesterday from drive time and the battery was bad. I did not realize how severe the battery was until I got home. I contacted the dealer and they contacted national tire and battery. I had to wait is had to wait for roadside service to jump the vehicle is vehicle and then drive back to Nashville Tennessee 41 miles. I spoke with Zach the manager at NTB. Inform me to go ahead and bring the vehicle in despite the fact that they were closing. Zack and his team remained after hours to ensure that my vehicle got the proper care and was back on the road running. Is 100% the best is best automotive service I have received in years. I would recommend NTB rivergate drive to anyone that is a need of not only battery or tire service but any automotive service at all.

I set my appointment for last Saturday and Justin took great care of me. Got me right in and out and even gave me a heads up on services that seemed to be coming up soon. A appreciate the transparency he had with me and I definitely will be continuing to bring my vehicles to them for that reason.

I had a bad nail in my tire and was only a couple of hours away from having to check out of my hotel before my long journey home to upstate New York. It was Memorial Day and virtually every other place was closed except for NTB. I gave them a call first thing in the morning and was told to come right over for a repair. I was in and out within 45 minutes and they didn’t even charge me!! Practical unhealthy of up North! Couldn’t recommend more. Friendly and professional.

I took my car in for an oil change, Chris gave me excellent customer service. While waiting I watched Kenny while he worked on my car, he did a fantastic job and I would totally recommend you taking your car and requesting him as your mechanic.

Friendly, fair prices. Does take hours though, even if its just new tires and rotation. I suggest you make an appointment ahead of time. They do well on both gas and diesel vehicles.

I made an appointment with NTB in Goodlettsville on June 13th. The tires that I ordered were there when I arrived for my 4 o’clock appointment that actually became a 4:45 appointment. I was aggravated and voiced that I was busy and had other things to do. It must have been extremely aggravating to the NTB employees.My tires looked like they were low when I got home so I checked them and every tire was at 30 psi.The recommended Psi for my 2014 F-150 is 55psi on fronts and60psi on rears. I also had to replace the valve stems because NTB put shorts on a long stem.

Had a tire sensor message & stopped by for the first time to ask if they could check it out. My tire had picked up a nail, which they removed, plugged & then re-aired all four tires. This was done in a timely manner w/ very friendly customer service! Thank you to the staff for a positive experience!

These guys did a wonderful job. I had an appointment and they got me right in on time. They also accomplished all of the tasks in a timely manner and accurately. And one interesting point. I had taken my vehicle to a local Firestone and have the alignment checked about 2 months ago and they said it was perfectly fine. I asked these guys to double check due to me getting new tires, three of the four wheels required heavy changes to the alignment.. I will definitely be visiting this location again!

I stopped on my way to work because my tire light came on. The manager went to the parking lot with me and found a nail in the shoulder of one tire and showed me the rest of tires were getting low on tread. I purchased 4 new tires and they had me finished in 25 minutes so I could get to work.

I had an amazing experience at NTB Rivergate. I usually don’t write reviews but I felt this store is worthy of recognition. The service was amazing and I felt comfortable knowing I was getting the best prices without being taken advantage of. Everyone there was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I talked to one person in particular, his name was Zac and he greeted me as soon as I walked in. He made no hesitation to make me feel like my car was in good hands. I had some questions about overall maintenance of my car and he thoroughly explained the services I could get to make that easier. He was a very personable and professional employee there. He said I could come back or call anytime and ask to talk to him and he will further assist me with advice and services that would be best for my car. I will definitely be using this NTB as my go to for all car needs!

I was referred to NTB and went in to look at tires for my car....Craig was the associate that was assisting me but I ended up walking out with no tires. I was looking for some Nitto tires and they are a dealer for that brand. They couldnt help me out and actually never even tried to suggest something different as the tires I was looking for were not in any of their warehouses. I ended up going to their competitor up the street and got the tire I needed within a day. Im not sure why he didnt suggest we order them, I wouldve waited if the pricing was competitive with the other local dealers. Ill try again another time...Craig was very nice though, just not aggressive enough to find me that or a comparable tire.

I went there while I was out of state on a trip bc my car would slide when putting my brakes on. I was waited on by Justin. He examined my tires and much to my surprise informed me they were dry rotted!My tires were not that old but I guess thats what you get when you buy some department store tires. Justin was so helpful in helping me chose the right tires to suit my needs and budget. The customer service there is awesome to say the least! I felt very comfortable buying from NTB. A+++ Service that these guys provide.I had my car towed in on 02/22/2021 around 7:27AM even though my appointment was for 12 noon, mind you they do not open until 8AM. Justin came out and got my car right in and had me out in no time. I drive a BMW and there are things that BMW of Nashville have not told me about my own car, such as needing a new timing belt soon, these guys went ABOVE AND BEYOND took a look underneath my hood and informed me that my timing belt will need to be replaced soon, when I was only in for tires... for a place to take so much care and pride in their work how they do, I will forever be a customer of NTB of RiverGate. Justin Newman and the entire team are amazing and I highly recommend them no zero doubt.

How do you make an appointment for a flat tire

I called up randomly because I left my front tires waaaaaaay longer than I should have. I drive a fiat, so my little hot wheel of a car’s tiny wheels aren’t found in most places. I was lucky enough to have Joshua answer the phone when I called. He took care of me, joked around with me, and made me feel (nearly) happy to fork over my hard earned dough for tires (uuugh no one wants to spend money on tires!). Plus he didn’t talk down to me while replacing said bald-as-an-eagle tires, nor did he narrow an eye when i asked what else needed to be fixed. He told me free of charge and judgment (I know I know I KNOW!) what should be the next thing i ticked off my list. He even helped me check off some of them when he could. Surprisingly (to me but I’m sure obvious to some) they don’t do just tires, it’s also breaks (ugh I don’t want to talk about it), oil changes, and shocks as well.Turns out I’m an adult and josh helped me on that arduous journey.Me (and my proud mother) Recommend!!!!

I had an appointment for an alignment at 4:30 and was told as soon as one of the two vehicles on the lifts was finished I would be next. An hour and a half later, the two cars were still on the lifts and someone would work on them, walk ahead, talk for a while, take a break and go back to work on them. This went on for an hour and a half. Finally at 6:00 I just had to ask for my keys and leave.

Yesterday I had an inspection, oil change, and tire rotation at this location. The service received was excellent. From the front door to the shop this location is filled with helpful employees. The gentlemen in the front desk area were very helpful and made sure I was taken care of quickly. Also the mechanics, Jared and Aaron, that inspected and serviced my vehicle were very knowledgeable and had great customer service. Last Sunday my minivan was sputtering & literally not operating on all cylinders... after an error code scan I was given a least expensive option which was to replace the spark plug & coil in cylinder 3, while explaining the recommended option. Since it was Sunday, and I was en route to Atlanta from Chicago, I opted for the least expensive option to get back on our way. I wss completely impressed with the kindness of both the sales associate at the front desk, as well as the actual mechanic. Since I was desperate for a repair on Sunday, they could have taken me for a ride, but they didnt. They treated me like they would want to be treated, an I still really appreciate that. Thanks guys! Highly recommended!

Great bunch of guys! I get pretty much all of my maintenance done there. Had to have the ball joints replaced in my pick up and they did an outstanding job! Just be patient with them, its worth it.

I only gave one star because I can not give zero. I sent my 19 year old son to get an oil change and tires rotated. He was told that he needed both front axles, alignment, valve cover, and a fuel system tune up totaling $1058. I can assure you that out of all this I could understand one front axle being recommended as one of the boot covers had a tear in it. Although it was not needing replaced at this time. However, we just had his car thoroughly examined by someone we trust and nothing else needed to be fixed. All he needed was an oil change, but these mechanics cornered him, made it sound like his motor would be ruined and tires would fall off if he drove it off, and pressured him into authorizing charges for fixes that didn’t need to be made. The kid drives 4 miles round trip for work, there is no need for him to get a fuel system tune up to better his gas mileage. When we went in they refused to do anything for us or even admit what they had done. I have NEVER seen a business run with less integrity or respect for human decency. I am ashamed to have these men working in my hometown on cars for kids who don’t know better. I will never do business with NTB again and I will make sure I tell everyone about the utter lack of customer service exhibited here. Shame on you!

My Mom and I brought my car to NTB in Rivergate.Josh Gregory helped us with a low pressure on our tire. He immediately checked all tires and filled the low one.I will be using NTB and Josh for now on!!The service was quick and Josh was very nice.

Took my truck in for an alignment because it pulled to the right pretty good...well guess what $105 later it still pulls to the right. Sadly enough Im not the customer to go raise cane and make you redo the alignment Im the customer that will leave a great or not so great review and get it fixed somewhere else and never do business with you again. So here ya go!

Made a appointment not sure why nothing was scheduled. Nothing was known about it hmmm. You think they would have a book or something for that. The appointment was to get front tires and alignment, guess they listen well also. I did get alignment but new tires on rear. I guess they did a job well. Only reason I will go back is if I need alignment within six months!

Ive never really had any issues here until dealing with one of the mechanics and one of the guys up front.Nick, attempted to lie and say I needed a bunch of unnecessary work and parts. After leaving with a massive list of what was wrong with my vehicle, I took it to the dealership to confirm. Lies. Lies. Lies.Never had any of the other employees do this to me.To make this visit worse, one of the guys up front had such an attitude. I think his name was Chris.Ive never had issue here until this past visit. Everyone else has been extremely friendly and helpful. The work Ive had done has been great.Would recommend going here, dont recommend dealing with Chris(?) or Nick.

I have been doing business with this store for about 20 years. I love their alignment packages. Tire prices have always been equal to or better than competitors. I am waiting for them to open on Sunday mornings and I am usually out in an hour to an hour and a half for tire rotation and balance plus alignment.

Great serviced received and they were taking extra precautions for Covid19. Definitely will be back.

One of our sons had a flat tire a couple of months after purchasing new tires here. They honored his warranty and replaced it quickly. We just had a second cars tires replaced here also and their prices and service were still very good.

The service was fast and price was fair! They didnt try to take advantage of me because I am a woman and I appreciate that.

Had to throw on my spare because my tire went flat over night. They took a look, fixed a faulty valve core which took about 30 minutes and didn’t charge me a penny! I watched the whole thing through the window. My mechanic was thorough and careful with my car. I would highly recommend this shop to someone who is either new to the area or needs something done fast.

Had tires rotated & alignment done on 6/8/20, driving home couldnt go over 50, felt like something was wrong with my tires, found out I had a separated belt on back tire, and the cross threaded bolt was broke. Will not be returning for any future car repairs and wouldnt recommend their service.
