Listen other than the part taking long to arrive everything was amazing. That being said it was totally out of Mavis hands. The cleanliness of the facility was a plus. To top it my vehicle is running like when I first purchased it 2 years ago great. I didn’t realize how rough it was riding until Jacoby repaired everything. So thanks Mavis Team on Hwy 30 in Gonzales Louisiana. I felt very confident that the mechanic knew exactly what he was talking about while explaining what and why the repairs were required. I came in for a oil change about 40 minutes before closing. My oil was changed. I get to the register and was told I could save $5 by giving them a 5 star review. This was before he gave me the price. My total was $82 after the $5 discount. I was shocked. I have a 2018 vehicle. I told the guy that price was high. He said they put full synthetic oil in my car because I have a newer vehicle. This was done without asking me. I was also charged $14 for labor. Charged for oil filter and miscellaneous supplies. I was not told about the extra fees. I Never would I have thought that it would cost $82 after discount. I NEVER paid that price before for a oil change anywhere else. So I paid because the service was already done and they were closing. I am NEVER going there again. I feel like I was taken advantage of. Shady business.

Worst service ever. Ordered tires yesterday. They came in today. I was told it would take 1 hr or 1 1/2 tops including alignment. Came in at 11:30 as I was told. It is now 2pm and they just now pulled my truck in and only because I complained. Not sure how long the work is going to take now but they close at 5pm.

We stopped here on our way back to Dallas, because we had a low tire pressure warning. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They got us all fixed up and on our way extremely fast.

These folks know how to treat their customers! Honest service and they don’t over promise or under deliver. If they can’t get to you the same day, they will tell ya, then do everything they can to get to you same day if possible. They will even do wind sprints to the storage shed to check their inventory while you wait! ;)

Every service that has been completed here has been excellent...outstanding customer service.

My wofe and I took our truck to Mavis to get new tires and a wheel alignment. We were told that we couldnt get an alignment till we had some work done on our front end. After we had the front end work done our truck sounded worse than when we brought it to Mavis initially. When we picked the truck up we were told that we needed our power ayeeeing pump and reservoir replaced along with our shocks and that the car would make some noise till then. The noise is horrific and the car rattles and shakes. We contacted them and informed them of our concerns and asked them to pleaae take a look at the work that had been done to make aure it was done properly. After the repreaentetive spoke ti the mechanic they told us that our control arm (not specifying which one) needed to be replaced but they didnt even mention this when we picked up the truck.

We had one of our fleet trucks fixed today rapidly at this Mavis location. Fast and nice work

I had a bad flat tire out on the road. Luke, at the front desk quickly fitted me with a good tire. He kept me updated and showed my brakes were worn down so I replaced them also.Lastly, a very special thank you to Shane and Matt for their diligent and professional service. The brakes had come in just after closing time, and they spent an extra half hour putting them on. I thought I would be stuck for an extra day, but thanks to them, I was able to head back to Arkansas quickly! Thank you to Luke, Shane, and Matt! They are very friendly people, and I would recommend their service to everybody!

So today was my first time going to Mavis because the place I normally go to on Saturdays to get my oil change is NEVER available and now as of COVID are no longer open on Saturdays. I work Monday-Friday and its sometimes hard for me to get off. I appreciate they are open on a day other then the weekday. With that being said they were very nice and didnt try to sale me anything extra and was quick. Wonderful job. I will be back.

Terrible service! Had 4 new tires installed. They broke my TPS sensor. They said it wasn’t broke and that it would reset. It never reset. Took my truck back a couple days later to get them to replace it. In the process of replacing sensor they stripped out my lugs. Had to wait 2 hrs for new lugs to get delivered and replaced. While waiting in the waiting room. Old man employee came in waiting room multiple times cussing and bad mouthing the service writers on how the company don’t pay enough and used racial comments about the other employees. Service writers didn’t tell him anything and allowed him to do that in front of customers in waiting room. Old man worker got to go!

Had a small emergency with a flat tire, a nail in the tire, I was able to drive with the donut spare, dropped off today tire, ran an errand, came back and it was fixed. They even put it back on my car and reinstalled the donut spare back under my car. I wasnt expecting any place like Mavis to be open on a Sunday so that was great!!! Awesome employees there.
