They take Amazon returns without any problems…Just have your return code ready for them to scan. They’ll provide you with a receipt.
They have later drop off hours here for packages if you need to get something shipped. Many other locations cut off time is at 3/3:30/4. Their ground and air shipping hours are a bit later which is why I come to this location.The staff is always friendly and efficient and there is rarely a line. If there is there is usually more than one person helping people and they are good at their job.Not bashing other locations just acknowledging my preference for this one.
Most of the people Ive very briefly dealt with at this location have been helpful and friendly. Zero issues. However, I had very significant problems after paying for a package of mine to be dropped off at this location for me to pick up. What seems to be a supervisor there (the oldest worker Ive seen there) decided to refuse the package because it was too big and not enough space in the store. Nothing I could do. Turns out, that actually meant my package was being returned to sender. Yes it was a big box. I understand that. I also understand holidays are crazy for shippers, but why not warn me first? I paid $130 to have it shipped, plus the $5.99 to have it dropped off at a UPS access point. Now, after talking to the small shop I ordered from, I can have it shipped again to me, but only after paying $130 again!Very unhappy with all of this. All because someone thought itd be a good idea to refuse and then return to sender one of my packages. Not dealing with this UPS location again.
During these scary times, its nice to know that Jeffs running his business with us in mind! I have been to the UPS Store/Goleta many times and everyone is always wearing a mask correctly! Sometimes they have a line out the door because only 4 people are allowed in at one time. I appreciate that they are following the rules for everyones safety!!!!

This UPS store is outstanding! Have used this store for 17 years since 2000 for all my personal and business needs. They have always bent over backwards -to help with any situation that has come up- no matter how complex. LOVE this place!!! Would give 10+ stars if I could.
Ive seen this location a dozen times and cant believe Ive never stopped in to use their services until the other day.The owner is friendly and helpful. I was trying to print out something and the owner stayed open late to help me get the job done and he trouble shooted with me. Now I know where to go to have all my business needs taken care of!

They delivered my over night package two days late and then laughed at me when I asked for a refund. Rude and unprofessional.
No notery fot Sept. 4th. This service has, is, becoming obsolete; no notery on Friday or Saturday? No back up, just one poor sap that wanted a 4 day holiday.

Needed to drop something off but when I got there they had closed earlier than posted so had to wait until Monday. It was close, but the store was locked up tight before 5PM on a Saturday.
