Got a great G5 machine. Shipped fast and got a discount. Pulse does not work with Cpap-Bipap as Rep Stated. Nice Reps. Fast shipping. I get lots of texts now from who knows where. Cell calls and email spam now. Not happy about that. Half good half bad.

Very shady company. I received spam advertising, like the kind that comes from Romania and links you to a virus. Their website is all bright colors and bold claims but NO EMAIL contact. Reading the rest of these reviews, I would avoid these guys.

Although I believe this machine to be helpful in allowing oxygen users to become more mobile, I believe they falsely advertise. Commercials say if you have Medicare you could get this for little to nothing. This is not true. We have Medicare and supplemental insurance and they told me they do not accept any insurance and we had to pay full price.

I spent a lot of time researching oxygen concentrators when I realized that I would spend the rest of my life needing one. I spoke to many owners about their satisfaction and looked at their units. Inogen is clearly superior to any I compared them to so I chose that as the home unit and the portable oxygen concentrator that I wished to use. It is a perfect choice that I have made. On my last visit to my pulmonologist they asked my preference and I indicated Inogen. A short while after that visit I received a call from Danica, an Inogen representative. Danica talked me through the entire Medicare process, checking with me frequently to update me on the progress of the order. In about a week my two units were shipped and within 24 hours they were in my possession. Shortly after Danica called to make sure they were exactly what I expected and that I was happy with the products. This has been probably the best customer sales and service transaction I have ever been involved in. It is the type of customer service that I imagine you receive when you purchase a Rolls Royce. A top notch company.

This company provided NO user customer service for brand new $3,100. oxygen equipment purchased directly from them. The new oxygen machine kept turning itself off during the night. After making several phone calls to the company requesting local (reside in Florida) customer support, was told to just ship it back. The purchaser died due to this companies negligence the night he was told, “just ship it back”.Five days after customers death, I called the company to confirm correct shipping address. The individual I talked with was rude, aggressive, and not helpful. When told there was a $99 restocking fee I requested the fee be waived due to the circumstances of no local customer support and the death of their customer. I was told the company would not waive the $99 fee regardless of what occurred. This was a cash purchase over $3,100. and no local customer service as advertised on their website and the machine was clearly defective. It cost $70+ to ship the equipment back to the address they provided with a Return Number. This company is falsely advertising and negligent in customer support. Obviously they care only about money, have no compassion and no client customer service.

Sent the following to LPT. No response.Your sales people do not provide oxygen output volumes per section 2.4 of the G4 Technical BulletinI was told the G4 produced 1-3 liters, not 1-3 multiples of 210ml for a maximum of 0.63 LitersMy script was issued based on LPTs verbal misleading information. The G4 Technical Bulletin was not made available and verbal information provided was simply incorrect.0.210 Liters x 3 makes the G4 an expensive Inadequate device.I intend to file a formal complaint with Medicare and The FDA regarding what appears to be a scam by LPT to sell an expensive inefficient device by providing misleading performance data.

Tried to sneak a used rental unit for sale as new. That’s consumer fraud. To add to the fraud the unit, again being hustled as new was refurbished in Texas not California as the dealer in Colorado fried to pass off. Time for criminal investigation in Denver. Trying to fool customers that they at all times they are getting new units. So buyer be ware

I agree with many other reviews. This is the worse company I have ever had to deal with. When you buy the concentrator the sales person doesnt give you all the details. Like if you break the machine the warranty is null and void. You must pay $499 to get it fixed and then you get a 90 day warranty. I paid an additional $1000 for a life time warranty now thats gone. Also if you have a accident with the machine it takes 24 to 48 hours before someone gets back to help you. If your out of town now you have no oxygen. If the machine fails on its own then they have a loaner sent overnight and you have it for 30 days while the machine gets fixed at no cost to you.. Had I know this before spending $5000 for portable and home unit I would have considered the tank over the concentrator or another brand. I could not go through this awful experience again. Some one wrote the company should be investigated and I agree. Gave one star to be able to post otherwise would have been a negative 5. Companies like this cause heart attacks.

This company should be investigated by Medicare. My Father in law died and he had there equipment. Returning the equipment was nothing but a nightmare. In addition to the equipment issue, we discovered boxes and boxes of mask and tubing that he never have used or would use unless he lived to 200, I guess they send it if you need it or not and then bill medicare (Scam). They are now alleging that we did not send all the equipment back, specifically the carrying case for the mobile unit. Well they seemed to have received the mobile unit back and guess what the mobile unit was shipped back to them in the carrying case, so you cant have one without the other. They pray on the elder and Medicare.

I called Inogen in March 2018 inquiring about an oxygen generator for a neighbor. They immediately went into the hard sell mode even though I told them I was just doing a favor for a friend. Less than a week later they called me and I asked them to NOT to ever call me again. In the 4 months since they have recalled me repeatedly even after asking to be removed from their call list during every call!

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I paid for my equipment in full (big mistake) including overnight shipping, but havent been able to see a tracking number for my shipment. I have been dealing with a person named Marisa. She has run out of excuses and now wont respond to my attempts to contact. What ever you do dont buy anything from this company. You may never see you wanted to buy.

Bought the Inogen 5 lt home concentrator. Did not seem to work as well as other s I have tried and when I tested it for outpput it concentrates O2at the 30%-40% level and the flow is at 50% of what it says; for example so 4 ltr comes out at 1.9liters . When I called to ask about the three year manufacture warrenty I was told there is nothing in writting they good find and the manufacturer does not stand behinf the product after the sale. Asked how to get hold of some one at corporate and was to they discourge customers from calling.

DO NOT USE!!! Called these idiots when my patients portable concentrator malfunctioned during an appointment. The unit was running but producing room air. No alarms or error codes to warn her and she had dropped to 80%. INOGEN refused to bring her a unit that day and couldnt refer me elsewhere for help. This is a patient that does not possess a backup O2 tank. She waited 5 hours hooked up to our wall Oxygen before I had to call an ambulance. Just despicable.

No Stars!!! (The only reason I gave them one star, is because I had to, to post!) Not Recemmended!!! Look Elsewhere!! I am the administrator for a medical clinic. This is absolutely the worst company to deal with in terms of what they request! From the point of view of a physicians office, I would not use this company! The customer service rep Kellie G is rude and bothersome, to say the least. Recommend you look elsewhere for your oxygen needs, especially after reading other recent negative reviews!
