Terrible service from lazy employees!!I returned equipment to store so it could be sent back to factory, and apparently thry just tossed it in the back room, because a month later, when I saw a charge for the equipment on my bill, I went back to ask what was going on, and it guess what...it was still in the back! Then, they said I would need to call customer service to get my serial number before theyd give it back to me so I could ship it myself. Unbelievable!

Literally the worst customer service ever. Was conned into purchasing an iPad and paid 30 dollars for a SIM card and device. When the item I never received and never took SIM card out of package or used it at all. Talked to TMobile customer service they said the SIM card was never activated since my item never shipped.TMobile in store won’t give me help with even activating a hot spot or anything. So basically, paid 35.00 for the sim and they never activated it so I never got to use it.Paying for a service that you don’t get to use ? Isn’t that fraud??? My lawyer will be looking into this. Thanks a lot TMobile. Lost a good faithful customer.

I went to T-Mobile in goleta from Santa Barbara it is by far the best experience Ive had I would highly recommend the people who work there they were really really great patient and fix me up with the beautiful 9 plus Samsung phone the best in Southern California thank you..... ask for Abe This knowledge and customer service skills....no dealer in the area and Ive been to in Santa Barbara As I said They set up my new phone the attention to detail it was the best

This store is known for providing terrible service. The guy tried to charge me $30 for a SIM card that was already paid by my family plan holder. Another representative in the store said that they always charge people in situation like this. I think what they said is ridiculous, so I went to another t-mobile store in Goleta. They gave me for free! And I was thinking: I saved $30 for not going to this store!!

The guy helping me was super nice, but the customer service he was receiving while on the phone with T-Mobile was terrible. I waited for 50 minutes trying to switch over from AT&T, but the rep on the phone couldnt help him activate the new plan because of the error he made. 50 minutes later, customer service couldnt resolve the issue so I decided to stick with AT&T. CS at T-Mobile is terrible.

There were 3 gentlemen working when I went in yesterday. They were extremely unhelpful and incompetent at their job. I cracked my screen and asked them to pull up my account to see if I had insurance. Two of them confirmed that No I did not. I left very frustrated at their inability to answer simple questions that a T-Mobile employee should be able to answer.I later went over to the T-Mobile store in La Cumbre because I was sure I had insurance. The very competent gentlemen over there pulled up my account and lo and behold I did have insurance. They walked me through the process and were extremely helpful.

They tricked me into thinking that there was a promotion buy one get one free of Samsung Note 7 with new phone line back when it was still in pre-order. Then later on tell me that promotion didnt exist. Thankfully the Note 7 has battery issue, which allows me to get full refund and waive the restocking fee.Highly recommend to stay away from this store. If its too good to be true, it probably is.

We bought a couple of pay as you go SIM cards here as were new to the USA. There were some teething problems in the first week that werent really anyones fault (new staff member learning the ropes - everyones gotta do it) but they were sorted out very well in store. I felt the level of service was excellent, a real commitment to helping us.

I was already in a bad mood because of t mobiles bad customer service and dealing with more incompatence didnt help, i asked ro speak to whoever was in charge,(there were two employees) and no other customers in the store.as I was explaining my issue to the fellow that said he was in charge as he proceeded to answer the phone all while rhe girl who was not in charge stood by quietly. This as u can imagine pushed me over the edge. If ur in charge and the customer needs to speak to that person i would imagine answering phone dutys would fall on the person thats not in charge. Not at this store! The fellow didnt even think he did anything wrong and proceeded to explain that answering phones was merely part of his dutys. If u have a choice i wouldnt use this store or even t mobile for that matter. But there seems to be a high concentration of disrespectful isla vista kids working in that store and god forbid u ask the uninformed little as*ses to perform any type​ of technical task because they will just call TMobile for the information​, so save urself a trip and cut out the middle man and just call TMobile urself

Worst policy. Ive been a loyal T-mobile customer for over 5 years and have all my charges paid, so I go to the store to get my sim card cut so it fits my mothers old T-mobile device. They wont do it. 26 DOLLARS FOR A NEW SIM?!?!!? Are they crazy? I could cut my sim at home if I wasnt as lazy and busy as I am. I dont think this store understands that if a customer comes to you to do something that is free, DO IT! Its a chance to get on the good side of your customer. Telling me I have to buy a whole new sim card for 26 dollars shows me you dont care whatsoever about your customers. Worst service ever, if I was old enough Id switch my carrier. This is a disgrace to the store and the manager should get on this. No 26 bucks for them! Im cutting my sim at home.
