We like supporting small business owners in our own community, rather than big corporate companies whenever possible. These folks deserve a major thumbs up. Our delivery man comes at THE SAME TIME every Thursday morning; 8:00am. He is so cheerful, super helpful and we just are so happy that we have clean water to drink that tastes GREAT. Thanks for your excellent customer service.

My family and myself love their water.My family refused to drink the filtered water from fridge!! They only like their water.Excellent service and delivery.I highly recommend this business.

Water is good but very bad and harsh customer service. I requested them to skip the delivery on January 14 for being out of town on that week and told them to let them know when I am back. Then they replied in email that they will skip the delivery on January 14. However, they skipped the one of January 28 as well mentioning it my fault that I did not inform I am back . But as per their email, they are supposed to skip the January 14 only, not later ones. They are claiming 5 usd fee if I want to get water delivered for this month. The person was very rude over phone. If possible, look for other options to be stress -free customer service as other customers noted.

With regards to my review of 3 weeks ago, where it has been mentioned from the owner side that I did not contact them to delivery regular scheduled water after returning from my trip, it was for the reason as I received an email from them stating Thank you for letting me know, we will skip delivery on January 14.. The email did not mention anything that they are gonna skip delivery of January 28 as well without a notice or checking with me. However, in the response from owner, I am surprised to read the note Our secretary was trying to let you know that we could waive the off route charge this time but you hung up on her. Seriously ?The whole time the secretary kept reminding me on phone that I will have to pay 5 USD if I need the missed delivery now because of the off-route track. She never mentioned about waiver other than only reminding about a 5 USD fee of off-route travel. If she really wished to inform me about the waiver, she could just call me back or sent me an email immediately after call. I got the 5 USD waiver email after 6 hours when I posted this incident in Google review. Thanks to Google for giving customers a place to express their review. Thanks to the Mountain Spring Water Authority as well who looked into this review, waived the 5 USD, and arranged delivering the water. I really appreciate this customer service, and would be more satisfied if someone more responsible takes care of receiving customer calls so that these issues do not have to drag this far here. No one really wants to spend a valuable time to write a negative Google review where the water quality is really good!

We ended up canceling their service because my mother-in-law died and we no longer had a house full of people therefore we did not need the water.We are moving and intended to restart them when we bought our new house.They charged us a $25 missing bottle fee a bottle that was missing back in August. When I called to talk to them they turned me over to the manager who was very very rude to me. Insisted that they gave yellow slips and that’s how they know how many bottles are missing, I never received a yellow slip.His tone of voice was less than nice and he stated he didn’t have time to spend on the phone with me as he had other things to do. I had let him know that no bottle was ever missing as our front porch is pretty hidden and nothing would’ve happened to the bottle.He then told me you wouldn’t believe what our customers do with their bottles which is why our bottle is missing.I will never use them again and suggest you don’t either.He stated they were the only bottled water delivery service in Santa Barbara I’ll be looking into that and if so I will be buying bottled water in the store rather than use them.

Their service is good but only on their very strict delivery terms! Although I live in the downtown SB area, they can only deliver to me on Thursdays. Unfortunately Thursdays dont always work for me so I had to have many deliveries skipped. Such a shame that they have a very limited delivery schedule and the manager was very rude to me and not willing to work with me on this matter after being a customer for several years. For a local business, this is very disappointing!

The waters good, but thats all I can say for them. I recently moved from Carpinteria to Goleta and it took five telephone calls before they successfully changed my address. They set up my delivery at my new place. I left two empty bottles outside, the guy came and left me one. The next delivery day I didnt leave any empties out and although I called and asked for two, I was told that they cant contact their drivers but assured me hed leave one. He didnt. Then I got the bill for the previous delivery of one bottle, and they charged me for two. I called, told them I wanted two bottles delivered, and told them that Id only received one the last time but they charged me for two. I was told that theyd look into the extra charge and that my two bottles would be there tomorrow. Tomorrow was Tuesday. Today is Thursday, I still have no water, and I never heard back from them about the extra bottle I was billed for. Happily, there is light at the end of the tunnel. Sparkletts delivers in my neighborhood....

We ordered water bottles to be delivered for our wedding. They recommended the amount we would need due to the amount of people we had. David was a pleasure to work with. However, once the wedding was over and not even half of the water was used, they wouldnt give us money back for the un-opened, un-used bottles. I understand they just gave us a prediction of how much we would need but after all the money we spent, it is a total waste to have these bottles go un-used (because we couldnt take them back with us). Especially since they were perfectly good, un-opened bottles. It seems like a mighty convenient way to make money by overestimating how much people will use. The wedding industry can be such a waste and not thanks to businesses like this.
