Jeremy is excellent and my bike is spinning better than new! He is speedy, thorough, and very reasonable. He figured out the problem, explained a few different options for solutions, ordered parts, and had my bike up and running in one day. Jeremy is definitely an expert and I will certainly be using RAD again in the future.

Jeremy is very detail oriented. I took my bike to him for a tuneup with several specific goals, not only did he address them, his ETA was beat, the bike was cleaned, he addressed cable rattle and brake issues that I failed to mention, and I think his hourly rate is well worth your money. Not only that but he is pleasant to talk to, and communication is clear and prompt.
