Staff is very friendly and helpful. The isles are nice and wide with a great lay out. You can easily find whatever you are looking for. Only thing that I wish they never remove was the price finder stations.

Everything was easy to find, I used self checkout and it was super easy to use, but when I went to the deli there was only 1 person behind the counter and I waited 30 minutes for assistance. Otherwise I liked the visit and the store lay out. But maybe Ill get my deli items somewhere else.

Im loving the clearance and the way they have moved the store around for the better.

Lady who helped me in the paint dept., was patient and very helpful. Need more like her working there. Shes one of the very few that knows what customer service really is.

Help is lazy and everyone walking around like theyre lost. Store is VERY DIRTY, UNORGANIZED AND OUT OF STOCK ON A LOT OF THINGS. NEED TO SHUT IT DOWN

Selection of products is nice. But be prepared to get in a line to checkout at only two open registers. Self-checkout is not too bad if you have few items. Some stores are offering $14.50 per hour for nighttime stockers.

Worst Walmart. No one ever wants to work. Everyone is so hateful its ridiculous.went to get my kid a bike waited 20 minutes for the old lady to come over to her section. Asked her if she can see if they have anymore bikes in the bike and she asked why. Then when I explained that the only teen bike looks messed up. She asked why again and again . Then left came back five minutes later after complaining that she had to walk all the way by the bakery. Came back and started to fix the toddler bikes around. I asked mam was there any? She ignored me. I asked two more times and she still ignored me . My fiance came over and asked me what she said I told him what happened. So he walked to her and she ignored him so he asked again and she said uh no and walked away. Can home to find out the bike we got that the tire in the back was warped. It was completely out of shape like the rim was completely bent.

I shop here frequently. It is always clean & I appreciate the friendly greeters. Also, the staff I very knowledgeable about available products and seem eager to help & find help when necessary.

Very clean and Had everything i was looking for

Ive used this store for 20 years off and on, throughout my time in and out of North carolina. I can say without a doubt of all the Walmarts Ive ever gone to, and that is a very large number for anybody concerned, this one tends to be the best stock with the most personable staff. It is however lacking in number of staff. For the multi-billion dollar company it is, there is absolutely zero reason that other than perhaps Christmas time, I should have to wait in line for more than 5 minutes. Perhaps this is how they keep their prices so low, but it is quite annoying to know that the company could certainly afford the staff to man the 16 unused registers I see each time I visit. But I guess that is how the rich stay rich. All in all it is a good Walmart.

It couldve been better if they had more cashiers as usual. The self checkouts only took credit cards which made the lines super long. Instead of the CSMs opening another register to get the lines down, all six of them stood there and talked amongst themselves. Customer service skills need to start with management.

Great variety. Been to several super Walmarts, but this one seemed to have a bit more variety for festivity type supplies.

No cashiers, only self check out after a certain time.. when you need a manage they will avoid you.. fire the whole store.

I was not impressed with the service at Walmart and whatsoever. There were probably close to 18 to 20 people in line waiting to pay cash with one person at the register. Typical money just rules. Used to be customer satisfaction oh, now its unheard of Even Walmart doesnt care

I mean...its Walmart. They have come around as a more socially responsible company than Amazon, which I never thought Id say, so I prefer to shop here now. This store is as good as any other, but you can really tell its an old store.

This visit to Walmart was crazy I went to return 2 items with receipt above $26.STARLA apparently new assoc couldnt get the refund to return to card or get the register to refund. Her coach LASHONDA said nothing just looked at me like this is my life She couldnt get it after 4 attempts I said just apply it toward my purchase I bought an A/C1st Big mistake...Sadly the next day had return it (poorly made)OMG! KEN front end Mgr. According to him. Flitted with REE REE another assoc while I told him about my return. REE REE came up said whatever he/she said they exchanged a few words laugh. Meanwhile KEN has not a clue. After 30 minutes I requested a Mgr. ROBIN shows up after 10 minutes longer. Sadly she let Mr How did I become a front end Mgr KEN to fix it. Another 30 minutes of my life Ill never get back. Ken decided hed put my $175 refund on a Walmart gift card. As if.... Now seriously wondering where the hidden cameras are cause this has got to be a prank.Its not! Another 10 minutes with the Mgr standing in the next room. The recording in customer service caught everything.A total of almost 2 hours trying to get a refund.On the upside an amazing assoc JANE tried her best to help me find a price on anti gravity chairs. No price so Coach LASHONDA decided it couldnt be sold.Couldnt buy what I wanted and couldnt get a refund in under 1.5 hours.Why would I ever return?

Everything is great except the lines you have to stand in due to the fact they only have 4 registers open and the rest self checkout. Why can’t you open more registers?

We came in looking for a last minute graduation cake for a surprise graduation party. Everywhere we had previously been either had rude or unhelpful staff, low selection of cakes, or a combination of the two. The lady pictured below completely stopped what she was doing, picked one out, and even put all the finishing touches on it. She could have simply told us that they were out of graduation cakes and gone about her day. Instead, she went the extra mile to assist her customers.My family and I would like to express our upmost gratitude and thanks to this sweet lady (I believe her name is Janet). You will never know how much your act of kindness meant to us. May God bless you in everything that you do.

Ok so ... Ive been to multiple Walmart locations all over north Carolina to see if I can find one that has its act together. This isnt one of them . Some of the staff seem overwhelmed overworked and just dang tired . They need staff . Most of the lines arent open .even the self checkout . Why put them in if they are gonna be closed every time . The soda cooler by checkout is so full of mold I could throw up .where is corporate?? Why are they not talking to workers trying to figure out how to help them and have a cleaner store !! Took forever to check out and the aisles are chaotic. Nothing in order at all . Prices tags dont match items .just a mess. This store needs help as do so many others around here !

I have been to a number of Walmart’s throughout NC. This one was absolutely the worse. Customer service is horrible. During this pandemic I do grocery pickup. Not once have I got my correct groceries. Something is always missing or wrong item. I literally travel a ways now to another location to do my Walmart pickup.

I was at the spence store # 01236 around 3:30PM today. I stopped until about 4PM. At 4PM I then decided to get in line. It is Sunday and it was and is always busy on the weekend. There were only 2 registers open! The lines were backed up almost past the groceries. I had to pay with cash so i had to get in one of the 2 registers. After waiting in line for over 40 min! I made it to the cashier. OP#008261, TE# 02, TR#03756... My groceries totaled $54.44. I gave the cashier $55.00 She asked me if I had change i told her no I did not. She gave me 2 quarters back. I asked her where was my $.06...she stated due to the pandemic she didnt have anymore change in her drawer! Now it is my understanding that I was purchasing items with my money from your store. So when I give money for goods I expect my hard earned change. I then decided to go to customer service explain what happens and request MY owed change. The cashier there gave me my 6 cents. I am very disappointed that walmart is stooping to this level of not giving people their money back and saying its due to covid. If they dont give everyone back their rightfully owed change it sounds like walmart is pocketing that money! Shame on you walmart! I hope this stops immediately! I have no problems shopping at Aldi and food lion for my groceries and leaving you all and your thieving ways behind me. Some people work too hard not to get everything that is owed them!

They could have had more checkout lanes open. Also, Im not a big fan of Self checkout, but out of the 4 different areas, only one was open.

Pick up did not give us over half of our order. Tried calling several times and no one answers the phone, for any department. We will gladly drive an extra 15 mins to the other Supercenter and use the marketplace Walmart before going here again.

Shelves are pretty empty and the Walmart brand which is obviously the cheaper option is usually pretty scarce.

The sales person wasnt correct on the SD card for my phone. Didnt want to take too much time to help.

Love shopping at Walmart. It usually has good employees who can be helpful, however I was unable to find an employee to help me when I needed it. It was as if they all disappeared. Otherwise it was great.

I cant believe with todays technology, Walmart self service registers does not allow cash payments. Further, why are there then, only 2-3 human cashiers and the lines are a mile long?Im sure Ive purchased enough from Walmart to pay the salaries of a few additional cashiers.

Worst possible customer service I have ever experienced. I have personally worked for walmart before and I know you cant turn anyone away whos already in line. I was standing in line at customer service to return a few things and had been standing there for 30 minutes and because it was after the time the girl was supposed to clock out she refused to serve me.

I go to this store for Woodforest Bank. Lines were long at the bank and in the checkout. Most people used the U-Scan but there were a few lanes open for checkout. My experience today was a good one.

It would be a better experience if the shelves were stocked with product. I go in during the day, expecting that shelves are stocked at night and very early in the morning.

Stopped in walmart to quickly get a laundry bag. They have do it yourself registers that only takes cards . I of course had money. They had 3 lanes open. 3 out of all the registers. The lines went back to the aisles. Full carts . And me with 1 item . Standing behind people with huge carts paying with ...wait for it ....cards.I spent 30 minutes just waiting to get up to the register. The managers there do not care about the customers. Nor do the employees.Im really tired of the bs. Will not be going back in your store until your customer friendly. And believe me your store isnt. I guess maybe Ill start shopping at target. Or better yet the local stores.

Its Walmart. Huge selection, fair produce. They did have the hard to find coffee creamer I was looking for.

Not sure why but its appalling when a manager can see that over 6 couples waiting over 15 minutes to check out and there is only 1 registar open! I had to ask him to please get another registar open, which took another 10 minutes to do. Apparently the manager has not been trained in hospitality, nor has any of the employees. The cashier that opened a register was around doing her thing without any concern about the long line!

Man I felt like a person who gives a kid a nickle after he cut the front and back lawn pull weeds and pruned oaks. My $200 got me a new woredrobe and the staff on the floor totally cooperative

The ordering online is very good here. But they never seem to have kale, which IS EXTREMELY frustrating.Beats every other place Ive done online ordering and no fee like Harris teeter and Food Lion.

Little irritating that the self checkout lines dont take cash. Or so I was told today. Always fun waiting 10 minutes in line when I could already be on my way home. Rating reduced from 4 to 2. Pool supply area is always trashed as well.

Everything on our shopping list was well stocked except the dog/cat food isles and for the first time in many months I did not have to use the self checkout!!

Walmart was busy. The gift buying is on full blast. The staff were polite and humerus. Decorations are stocked up, but hurry everyone is looking for last minute ornaments and lights. All the shoppers were happy and optimistic. Even with Covid our local populace is shining bright in this time of 19.

Ehh. The quality of this walmart has been dropping as of the past few years. Especially since you have places like Target and Sams Club who are more friendly, professional and deliberate in there duties. The prices are still pretty good and the location isnt that bad, so its still worth going. But it isnt a place I would recommend to shop at.

My bf and I were looking at the bed in the bag sets when an employee came by.We asked her if she could help us with a question we had her response was I dont work in this department. She didnt even try to get us help.We like their clearance sections especially the bakery items. They do need to have more registers open as well store was crowded

This super center is great! I went to get a few items for Christmas and birthdays. The only problem was the bakery did not have the LOL themed cake I wanted. The associate was nice enough to look it up. We were able to design a cake similar to it.

Was looking for the face mask that looks like a bandana or like drape that covers your whole face and hangs down almost like a drape over your face or like a dress look...they did not have any! Was disappointed but oh well...

This location is stocked pretty well. They have most of the various products that youre looking for. It can get pretty busy around 11am. The only downside is that at various times they may only have two registers open if youre not comfortable using the scan and go lanes.

One of my favorite places in the world to go everything is in this store and you can get just about everything you need at a reasonable price love the atmosphere and I love the music when you put up on the lot

Good customer service

Usually there are long lines at the belt registers with people working them and the self check belt registers are never open. If you are gonna turn the whole store to self check then you should always have all of those registers available.
