Epilog Laser is the real deal. We had the pleasure of visiting their facility in Golden, CO and we knew that this was the type of business we want to work with. The staff was knowledgeable, approachable, and friendly. Our experience started out the Alex in the applications dept. Alex understood our timeline and made sure he got us in as soon as he could. When we arrived he was ready, and delivered an unforgettable hands on experience.The next Epiloger we met was Sean (our sales rep). Throughout the entire process Sean was extremely responsive and professional. Sean also knows these machines inside and out and since our purchase he has stayed in regular contact.Are these machines top of the line? Yes, and we checked! However it isnt just their excellent product that you are investing in; this company has the people and culture that are necessary for building a successful business relationship. We highly recommend them.

We have used Epilog for years. While like any equipment, certain things can wear out over time, Epilog is great in getting the components out to you promptly so that your business production isnt down too long. Easy components to install. Good laser for the price.

Horrible support. We bought a machine January 2019 and ended up returning it by September 2019. The machine was down more than it worked. The way you have to go about buying these machines from limited sales people was a horrible to start to a horrible experience. We ended up in a legal battle to get out of the lease and only were partially refunded for all the money we spent on a broken laser. We are now moving on to Trotec.

I was very excited to bring a laser cutter to our school and was under the impression that Epilog had the very best hardware and support. We toured the facility and was very impressed by the hardware that we purchased a brand new FusionPro32 with the rotary attachment. Weve had the machine since August 9th and the fusionpro has had some very successful cuts and etches but the rotary attachment has not worked properly from the beginning. We do love the FusionPro32 but wanted to warn others to be cautious about purchasing Epilogs newer hardware because it was not communicated that we would be receiving a laser cutter that is essentially still in beta.Edit* for updating firmware and making the machine great!

I have used their lasers many times through local maker spaces, libraries, and at the School of Mines in Golden. I have also used many laser cutters and machines from other brands and companies, Epilog is one of the most reliable and powerful solutions packed with features and quality.
