The two staff members I have encountered are caring, friendly and professional. The audiologist, Dr. LaBrec is knowledgeable and answers all my questions. I feel genuine concern for my situation. There is nothing I can think of that could make my situation any better.

The staff was very professional. The doctor took the time to explain how everything works and the potential causes and ways to rehab. The visual references really helped with understanding how the ear works. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I am currently a patient of Dr. LaBrec. My experience has been fantastic. Dr. LaBrec always listens to what I have to say and then combines that with her diagnostics to give me a great solution. I have also on occasion needed some hardware maintenance and have been able to call and get same day attention. The front desk is ably maintained by Courtney who provides great customer service. Couldn’t be happier.

My hearing aids we’re inadvertently damaged and I was so thankful that I could get an appointment and start the repair process. I was given a loaner pair of the same hearing aids that I use until my own can be repaired. I always feel confident and reassured with the professionalism and care that all the staff provide!

The staff at the Sound Relief office in Golden has been awesome! From my initial appointment, I felt comfortable with Dr. Fasman and Courtney at the front desk. Dr. Fasman explained my Tinnitus, hearing loss and a plan to correct my issues in a way that I clearly understood. She was able to answer my questions and got me on the road to hearing again in no time at all! Whenever I have an issue or question I can get an answer with a quick phone call or email. The other day I was scheduled for an MRI at a nearby office and totally forgot about my Lyric hearing aids. (MRI + hearing aid =no good.) I realized it on my way to the MRI and contacted SR to see if they could help me pull them out and get me back in to re-insert them. As always they provided me the service I needed with a smile. Dr Fasman was in an appointment but Dr LaBrec came right out, removed my Lyric hearing aids and sent me on my way for the MRI. A few hours later I was back and Dr Fasman re-inserted my Lyric and I was all set. I am very happy that I chose this office to address my hearing issues.

I had been told that there was nothing that could be done with my tinnitus, but Dr. Kaela has been great! My tinnitus was at the point that it was often interfering with conversations, but in 6 months, the tinnitus was reduces so much that I barely noticed it anymore. COVID has increased the stress in my life, and therefore my tinnitus, but even with that added stress, things are much better than they were a year ago! Dr. Kaela has been SO helpful!

Dr Fasman and Sound Relief have changed my life so much for the better in the last year. I am one who enjoys birdwatching, nature hikes and gardening. Over the years occupational and recreational noise had left me with hearing loss and constant tinnitus. Dr Fasmans careful and confident treatment has changed my hearing in ways I never thought possible. Now I hear bird songs again and crickets on summer nights. As a result of my wife telling me that I needed to have my hearing checked because I tended to ignore her I made an appointment at the Sound Relief center in Golden. The staff (Linda) and Dr. Kenzie Phillips welcomed me and explained the process of the hearing exam. Dr. Phillips walked me through the testing procedure and thoroughly explained the process. After the testing was completed she presented the results and fitted a set of hearing aids for me to use on a trial basis for a week. Completing the trial I made the decision to purchase a set of hearing aids based on her recommendation. I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend that if you are experiencing any hearing related issues to see the great folks at Sound Relief Hearing Centers.

Great place, clean, bright and comfortable. They have everything you need to help with your hearing. But instead of the clinical feeling office they have mixed in more comfortable furniture to make it more comfortable and approachable. As far as the staff, they are educated, friendly and kind. As a person who always took care of my ear/hearing health by wearing earplugs when appropriate and never blasting music excessively through my headphones, the last thing I ever expected to develop was crippling tinnitus. But life often hands us unexpected medical travails, so I did develop crippling tinnitus in adulthood. Tinnitus can rage from mild to torturous, and I was not lucky to be dealing with a mild case. Through a family friend, Sound Relief Hearing Center in Golden was recommended to me, and the TRT (tinnitus retraining therapy) Ive been getting there for the past couple of years has made an IMMENSE difference. I never thought Id been wearing devices that resembled hearing aids, the way the TRT devices do, but the TRT devices are worth it. Its a medical treatment that can seem financially daunting because many insurance companies are stingy when it comes to paying for hearing/TRT aids, but if you are suffering from crippling tinnitus, I definitely recommend visiting Sound Relief and exploring your options. For me, TRT has been the difference between being functional versus non-functional. Treating ear ringing can make that much of a difference, because it drives you nuts if you dont find a way to manage it.

My experience has been nothing but professional and positive. They have truly figured out how to help with tinnitus and better hearing . All the staff is very pleasant and accommodating . I dont know what else I could ask for . I give them my highest recommendation to all my friends in need .

I have been tolerating (as well as my wonderful wife) hearing loss I have had since childhood. On top of that, I find out after consultation with Dr. Fasman at the Golden office that my tinnitus was a result of that damage. Keep in mind that my expectation of my appointment was to get an updated test and I would refuse a hearing aid (there, I said it!) and leave. Instead, Dr. Fasman went over my test results and showed me what portion of my hearing was compromised. Then she explained that targeting those frequencies with state of the art bluetooth hearing devices that can be tuned to my specific deficit. Then she brought in a pair programmed to return me to optimum hearing across those frequencies I needed help with. I was brought to tears as I experienced the full range of sound through a broad band of frequencies. Then I discovered that balance can be affected by hearing problems. There is even a connection with dementia and brain shrinkage when hearing problems are not addressed. So, keep in mind, I sort of hear ok without them but I hear all with them and protect my neural system. The state of the art stuff I not your grandfathers hearing assist device.This office and company are of the highest professional caliber and Dr. Fasmans credentials are impressive. They also are very helpful with payment options.
