I don’t know if it’s all the Whole Foods or just this location, but I used to be able to walk in the store and grab something ready to eat that was warm and vegan. I have come in first thing in the morning, middle of the day, and evening and still can’t seem to ever find any prepared vegan food. It’s a bummer as sometimes you just need something fast. Now I have to eat at fast food because Whole Foods simply doesn’t seem to care anymore about having healthy options ready. I will still shop here, as you’re by my house, and I’ll keep checking for something prepared.

Recently moved and this is my new Whole Foods to shop at. Got accused of stealing because I was putting my groceries into MY OWN brown Whole Foods bag. How in the world does that make sense??? Then told me they have a problem with homeless? I did not look homeless and it probably had something more to do with I’m black. Their Salmon fillets are cut terribly as well and I always have to pull out bones and rip off tough skin. I’ll give it one more go, but definitely am not impressed by this location.

They will pack the heaviest things into one bag and then try to make you carry another heavy item. Please start double bagging when you bag heavy.

I went in today to grab some spring rolls. Then the lady behind the counter told me that the people who make the sushi and rolls left for lunch, and don’t know when they would be back… I came back 10 minutes later hoping I’d be able to purchase some spring rolls and the lady told me the same thing, and when I asked her how they were allowed to just leave and not say when they are coming back she just stared at me…. Poor service and weird that employees can just leave and not tell each other when they are coming back? Will give my service to a different Whole Foods. Thanks

I suffer From Crohn’s disease, Whole Foods is typically one of the few places that I can get food that is safe for me to eat in a city that has very little options. As a health food store I would expect them to be able to provide healthy options, such as dairy free and gluten free in their hot bar, as well as some kind of vegetable. your asking people to pay 10 bucks a pound for Mac and cheese, fries, mashed potatoes and undercooked rice. I know it’s not Everybody’s responsibility to cater to those with dietary restrictions, but you ADVERTISE that you do. You guys serve this same sad combo of hospice food every day and it is not only unhealthy but it looks gross, not worth it. Literally the worst self-serve hot bar, consistently the worst.

Every time I buy the cake from this location cakes are not fresh .We been shopping for all our family birthday cakes here for years but its not like before. We trust Whole Foods unfortunately recently so disappointed.

Due to a mishap on my end the catering order for my 2 years old’s birthday didn’t go through. The store went above and beyond to quickly make sure we had everything we needed. What could have resulted in a blubbering 9 month pregnant lady being upset turned into people really caring to make sure the party would go on with everyone happy and fed.

Great store. A lot of complaints comes from people that do not have a lot of money and probably cannot afford to shop here. I have bought all types of seafood from this store and the quality is outstanding. If you dont like the prices here, go to King Soopers or Safeway instead, no one is forcing you to shop here.

This store is very awkwardly set up, immediately when you walk in to the produce youre blocked off and have to walk around the entire store just to check out. The isles are very short. I felt like I was constantly dodging people that werent looking with carts.It didnt seem like anything in their bakery was made there.This store could use a remodel.The customer service was very nice.

Best guac ever. Kudos to whoever made the guacamole on 8/21/21. It was the best Ive ever had (and I grew up in socal where guac is a staple). In general I go here for the pre-made foods, which are usually better than other grocery stores. Thanks for not letting me down! Also, the pizza with zucchini slices was amazing!

Formerly a Wild Oats store bought out by Wholefoods so its not as big, but the quality is consistent with other Wholefoods. Not as many grab and go or deli choices. Good produce and meat department. Other departments scaled back a little.

Love Whole Foods over all, but today we got some vegan scones and they were literally unbaked in the middle. Pretty gross and slime-y.

The employees are respectful and Helpful and they have greta products. I love coming here.

I have been visiting this store for 6 years. Lately, the customer service is too poor. They don’t have the motivation to provide quick and efficient service. I bought an item that supposed to be on sale but they charged the full price. When, I asked about the sale the counter clerk doesn’t know anything. She asked the lady at the customer service, she simply said the offer is not available any more. I went to the kitchen section and I brought the price tag with the new price.

If I could give zero stars I would.

I was quite disappointed how few option for ready prepared food there was. No Sushi. I chose a prepared chicken and rice with veggies. Quite dry and tasteless!! The rice was dry and crusty. Nasty!!! What happened to the excellent variety you used to have? Fresh Sushi, ltalian cuisine, pizza, stir-fry and a great salad and hot food bar. So much selection!! So sad theyre gone!!

It was fine. Got home and the bread was already moldy, cut around it and had it that night. Crab legs were small and definitely not a deal (not getting them there anymore). Store is small, which I do like, less stressful than a huge store. The worker that helped me was very nice. Scanned Amazon thing, not sure if it worked, couldnt tell on receipt.

I’ve been consistently having poor WFM experiences. Sad. I went tonight pre dinner time (5:15ish) for a rotisserie chicken and they had none. Shelf was empty. The woman behind the deli counter said it’s because 4 people called in sick. So odd. Employees in general seemed rather miserable and not particularly friendly. WFM needs to train their employees better. It’s ridiculous.

Great food. Service was a little slow given it was a a monday morning and not busy.

I love this store. Its a little farther from where I live in fact I have one 5 min away but I prefer this one just because the people are so nice. They have a good selection. Also, they have other stores in the same area and I just hit them all for one thing or another. Thank you

First time at Whole Foods and I am glad to see it is there for those that want all organic but it was not for me. Not enough variety and expensive.

Small store that did not have the items I was looking for. The staff was friendly and tried to help me find things and alternatives, which was awesome. I still had to go to another store as a result. Seeing this is not a store near my home, I wont be coming back and would personally make a longer trip to go to a full sized Whole Foods.

Horrible horrible horrible! Not only do they enforce masks but if you don’t have the right one or one they like you are not welcome. As other posts suggest this would be a last option place to shop. A really clean store. Its tough to find stuff but the employees are nice and willing to help.

Its a small location, they do not stock as much as other locations. They do carry Outer Range which is a plus, and have high quality meat. However, due to its size, I know go to another location.

This location seems very cramped and limited on the variety of items available. Ive tried several times but always and up having to visit another location or competitor due to the lack of variety. Sad really! This store could have so much potential.

I generally love this store and really liked it at the beginning of the pandemic when they were diligent about cleaning carts. However, now the store is always too crowded and the aisles are constantly blocked by active restocking. Obviously, in normal times, the constant attention would be spectacular, but there’s no ability to social distance there. (My husband refuses to enter). The store is arranged so poorly that today a cashier stepped on my Achilles (felt like with her full weight) when I was standing at the checkout and she was in her station. She didn’t even apologize... probably didn’t notice because everyone is situated so close together, so I guess bumping into and stepping on people is routine? (So, now I’m at home icing my Achilles). I think I’ll revert to going to the Natural Grocer, which is far less crowded.

This whole foods is smaller than most other locations.Also whole foods in general can be overpriced and you will pay a few dollars more for the same products you would find at another grocery store for no reason

Not bad, just not amazing. This is a pretty small Whole Foods so they are not able to stock as wide a variety of items as some of the other stores, in addition it tends to feel very crowded due to the small size and busy nature. Ill shop here in a pinch, but I cant always find what I need/want here, so depending on what end of town Im on, I would prefer to shop at the Belmar location in Lakewood or the Tiffany Plaza location in Aurora, simply for the greater selection. Staff are usually friendly and helpful.

I had a great experience there. I was looking for the flower and I was completely in the wrong place but a guy from the meat department happened to be showing this one gal some sandwiches and he said one moment and I will take you there and he took me there and he worked in the meat department. Fantastic customer service . Did I say it yes fantastic

I know I know....its expensive. I love Whole Foods though. I really do feel happy with my purchases there time and time again. I will say go to other shops for produce but go here for other more specialized products.

Not one star because it is Whole Foods, and I’ve never had a problem before. Is two stars because the place is VERY poorly organized in terms of social distancing safety. The store is small to begin with, and their reorganization seemed to make things worse. The entrance is a cluster, as well as the produce section which is essentially an extension of the entrance. I voiced my concerns to a representative at the door, and her excuse was it’s busy during the holiday season, which is even more unacceptable.I hope they read this, and can do something to make the shopping experience safer. I won’t be returning to this whole foods location.

Hands down the friendliest staff at any grocery store I have ever been at.

Great food but a little pricey for my wallet. But I shop there anyways sometimes for the quality.

I like the place but am handicapped and need to use an EVC to shop. Their vehicle will keep me from returning as it wont take corners without jolting to a stop. The only way I could finish my shopping list was my husband had to push me every time I tried to turn....and he is pushing 80! This is the second week in a row now.

Changed a little bit from many years ago

I was shocked at how competitive the prices are compared to King Soopers, for reasonably better quality. The lack of shelf real estate for certain items means picking over whats left of popular items (strawberries, for instance), but you cant go wrong just shopping the outside track of the store (veggies, fruits, meat/seafood, cheese, bread, and all of the wonderful ready-made options).

Never a disappointment with their high quality, cleanliness, and nice employees. We made a new plant friend.

Got a cake from the bakery which I always do for special occasions the staff was nice but the cake was very dry I was embarrassed for bringing it

Friendly, helpful staff! I love the orchid selection in the front of the store. The meat department is super knowledgeable and I love the pork shoulders and salmon selection.

I only shop here when I have to. They have no standards. They advertise as a health food store, but I still have to look at the fresh fruit and veggie labels because much of it is conventionally grown. They are over priced for just being a prettier king soopers.

I recently moved to the Golden area and havent quite found my grocery story. Ive visited a few different grocery stores lately and I must say, this one was my favorite. The staff was extremely helpful, the store had everything I needed, and the quality of the food and produce is spectacular. I will definitely be returning.

I have been shopping here for years, as my husband and I are locals to Golden. However, recently it seems as though the management in this particular Whole Foods has become unsatisfactory. The employees all seem to be miserable. A man named tanner who works near the front of the store is always slightly rude to my husband and I, and I’ve seen him treat some of the employees rude as well. This store has been our go-to, however, we might be looking at other options.

Very-very busy when we visited. Too many people there. It made it difficult to shop. Ended up without half of what we went there for because we just wanted to get out. Long checkout lines. I do have to say, ...the staff is VERY nice and was helpful as much as possible. Its just not big enough or we went at a weird time to see so many.

For me whole foods is tough. They are clean and nice stores and have some unusual product lines. They are great for buying bulk items. I found there bakery excellent. Across the board there prices are high and what i am looking for sometimes just isnt there. Wrong generation.

I had a great experience with a young woman working in the supplements department. I expected a canned response when I asked for an opinion on a supplement, but she was knowledgable and kind and walked me through my options.

Bought a German chocolate cake, dry n hard, so disappointed. Thought their cakes should be better than any where else but wow it got me good.

The Chantilly cake in the bakery is the best cake ever!!! Vegan choc. chips cookies are so good! The best lemon gelotto in the freezer section! Also, such good sushi and really nice employees!

This Whole Foods location still feels like the real deal, which is refreshing. Huge store, lots of selection and excellent prepared foods.

You can expect Whole Food prices here which is not always great, what is great is that you can also expect a fantastic environment, great service, and quality food everytime. By far my favorite Whole Foods to shop at!

Good butcher... Great selection for a smaller store. Other areas are lacking. Produce, specialty items. Bakery is incredibly small. Prepared food section is good. Overall not a bad store.

When I came up last minute for my daughters birthday party there wasn’t any chuck roast out. they were almost closed up and I ask if there would be by tomorrow and the guy went in the back pulled out the ENTIRE roast just to cut me my 3 lbs. SOMEONE GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!

They have many products I cant find elsewhere but are so expensive. And Safeway has a better selection of vegan items that Whole Foods just doesnt have. Kind of disappointed
