I had Windows Plus replace my old windows and while Cliff was friendly and very responsive when it came to getting the windows initially installed, as soon as I started to run into issues with the windows, he was impossible to get a hold of. After trying to get my windows looked at for 4 months, I eventually had to go directly to the manufacturer to get the windows replaced. After replacing those windows myself, another window broke in a way that I cant resolve myself. It feels like pulling teeth trying to get Cliff to honor his warranty. I would not use them.

I recently had 15 wood windows in my home replaced. I really like how they worked with my insurance agency to get my claim approved and also gave me a great price on my new windows. I am really pleased with their professionalism and would use them again in the future or refer them to friends.
