A fantastic trip up the mecca of spyderco knives. The staff is super friendly and even touched up the few spyderco knives I was carrying. Would recommend a trip up to beautiful Golden Colorado if youre in the Denver area.

Had a great time. Picked up two new knifes, a knife sharpener, and some gifts. Staff was friendly and eager to assist. I enjoyed asking about different knife steels. Had a lot of history about the company and its knifes. They also had a piece of tower one on display. Next time I am up that way I will stop by again.

Amazing products and customer service. Took my boys in with me and they were so nice to my kids and even gave them a little kit to make their own plastic pocket knife. The boys are having a blast learning safely how to handle a pocket knife and my Pacific salt 2 is my favorite pocket knife Ive ever owned. Well done, Spyderco. You have a customer for life!

Great place to stop if you are a knife hobbiest. The did take the time to sharpen a had used Caracara for me. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

This place was not what I expected. Went in looking for knives for my family who hadnt purchased a knife here for about 25 years. They had exactly what he was looking for and I was so pleased with the attention and service I received. A surprising experience!

Ive always considered myself somewhat of a knife guy and wanted to stop by the Spyderco Factory Outlet while in the area. The visit turned out to be one of our favorite stops while on vacation in Colorado. Choppy helped everyone in our family find something they couldnt live without. Myself and my oldest picked out a PM2 and my youngest picked out a Delica 4. If you are in the area and also consider yourself a knife guy, you should definitely stop by.

Stopped in for a knife for my wife and I ended up with one for myself as well. Very friendly staff and quite the selection but Steve was the employee who helped us out and was very knowledgeable on all products and would point you in the right direction if they didn’t have it. Steve made this a 5 star experience. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back

Ive been staying at home as much as possible through this pandemic, but I couldnt resist the urge to check out Spyderco since its so close. It was fantastic to see all the responsible precautions the team is taking - social distancing, requiring masks, taking temperatures, limiting the number of customers inside at once - all done with a great deal of kindness, respect and care. It really makes for a safer feeling experience. But beyond that, I think I spoke to three team members while I was there, and they were all absolutely delightful. I left feeling like Id had one of the best customer service experiences in recent memory, and a seriously impressive new EDC to go along with it. Definitely stop by if youre in the area.

Incredible Service! Let me just be the one to say that their company and staff are very kind. I ordered a pocket clip for my Endura 4 in brushed finish and the order couldnt go through due to my shipping address being different than my actual card address. The greatest most bestest awesome brand ever they sharpen my knife to a hair shaving razor every time questions are answered thoroughly and they are always very down to earth they have a great veterans discount which makes me feel warm inside on these cold Colorado winter days if only every place mimicked this exemplary model of customer service the world would be a better place

I was expecting snapped together kits from china...couldnt have been more wrong. The quality of the parts and craftsmanship was only exceeded by the owners passion for the products and the quality of his employees.

Excellent products and selection of knifes. They hold the outlet store to the same standard as the product they make. Clean organized and even had mouthwash in the mens bathroom. They have a 911 tribute also that respectively presented. Very nice to see coming from any company! I purchased my first syderco also the Yojimbo2 also a personal carry of the staff!

I finally made it the Spyderco in Golden, Colorado. I was like a kid in a candy store. I met Gail Glesser, she was awesome! Showed me the 911 memorial and all the articles that was given to her. I had to buy a knife there, so I picked up the spyderco delica wharncliffe in green with LC200N steel. Spyderco is such an amazing company. You wont be disappointed.

Absolutely obsessed with their plant filled lobby! But also love their products, brought my husband for his birthday and they truly hooked him up with a bunch of goodies, a discount, and of course his new knives. Great service, love the warranty, and amazing products. Everyone was super nice and helpful, place was clean and quiet. I couldve stayed in their lobby forever just looking at plants though lol. My husband never left the store section lol. Definitely gonna go back and buy more stuff.

My first Spyderco, Military left hand. Personally, thumb hole is easier to open than thumb studs for me. Finally a liner lock for southpaws. Easy to open and close with left hand. Clip retention is very nice, thus no need to change it. It’s a bigger size but still fits in front pocket. This is keeper as it was hard to find. More Spydercos are on the way. Highly recommended. Please make Para 3 left hand.

Thai place is sweet!! Got my first knife here and she’s a beauty!! Love the showroom and NYV connection. Coming from NY and a piece of 9/11 Towers being here was a mind blow. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Reasonably priced. Great location.

Passed through the Outlet on a road trip. Previously had broken the pocket clip on the bottom knife, and it was replaced on the spot here at no charge. There was no pressure from the sales staff, and I ended up buying the top knife for use in dress clothes. Would highly recommend a visit, whether youre in the market for a good first knife, or something to round out a collection.

Traveled from WI to CO recently and just had to stop and visit the Spyderco Factory Outlet in Golden along the way. Had an absolutely wonderful time. The staff was super helpful and extremely patient. Had the opportunity to pick out and hold a great number of different folding knives before making my final purchase selection. Ultimately decided on the Chaparral with the raffir noble handle scales. At the time of purchase, I was even able to personally select the scale pattern, of my choosing, from the available stock on hand. Couldnt pass up the opportunity to add a t-shirt, mirror bug decal, challenge coin and Baliyo pen to my order. At the time of check-out.. the sales associate couldnt help but notice that I was a big, big fan. So he also threw in a few more stickers and a couple of machined out Spyderco hole blanks for good measure. Even grabbed a couple of 2019 catalogs on my way out. Great experience! Highly recommended. Awesome place!! A must see! I just started getting into Knives and EDC and this place is practically famous in the knife world. An awesome shop with a LOT to showcase and a lot for sale! Servicing and repairs available with an amazing staff on hand to get whatever need you have taken care of. I was in and out in 10 minutes just getting some screws loosened that had threadlocker on a very rare Spyderco of mine. Also picked up a Wooden Spyderco Knife building kit as Ive recently been into making my.owner Swiss Army Knife / Spyderco combo knifes (called Spydernox) and this should be a fun little project. 10/10 recommended.

My Native got a nick in the blade near the tip a few months ago. I learned to live with it but it would catch on everything I tried to cut. Annoying. I was driving by the Spyderco factory/outlet store in Golden CO today and stopped in. Spotless entrance and a beautiful store! After walking in, one of the guys says hello and asks if I had a knife that needed sharpening. :) As a matter of fact yes! He took a look and informed me that they made my knife right across the hall in their factory. Pretty cool! He examined the nick, took it across to the factory and reground the blade. 10 minutes, good as new! Now thats customer service!! Best knife Ive ever had and with customer service like that, they have a customer for life! Thank you Spyderco!

Let me first just say, I love my PM2! Best knife Ive ever owned! I just got my knife back from Spyderco today. I sent it in to have it sharpened and to have the blade tip fixed. (User error) The knife was shipped back to me promptly and now its good and sharp. They didnt even charge me to fix the blade tip, mind you it was a very minor break, but still! They could have charged me and they didnt. Thanks Spyderco! You guys rock! Ill definitely buy more knives from you in the future!

I was extremely excited to learn this place exists. I’ve had very good luck with my Spyderco knives over the years and they are definitely my “Go to knife”. They had every thing you could want from Spyderco here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made some minor repairs to a few knives I brought with me and then they sharpened them.Spyderco was very proud to support first responders and military. They gave my wife and me a challenge coin and a healthy discount. Even though my wife and I are both retired it was nice that Spyderco appreciated our service and went so far out of their way to thank us.Thank you Spyderco!

Michael and Candi were the most helpful and friendly people I have ever met. It was wonderful being amongst other knife enthusiasts. Great assortment of blades! I’m an avid knife collector, and this was my first time in the shop. Super friendly staff and found a pm2 that I had never seen before. The Missy treated me for my 30th birthday by getting me a Moran fixed blade. The gentleman also gave me a new clip and sharpened my Delica. She also got my Father in-law the Foliage Delica very nice indeed I must add. To put the cherry on top they threw in a keychain SpyderCo. Hard to come by better service we wlll be back.

Got a spyderco knife for Christmas and just this week the pocket clip came off. Took the knife and clip into the factory outlet and within 10 minutes I had a new clip and a freshly sharpened blade all for free and with amazing customer service!

Love this shop! I live in Illinois and stop in every time I can get out to Colorado. I have built a small collection of assorted knives from pocket knives, kitchen cutlery to my most recent purchase, throwing knives. Every time I visit the store, Im reminded of some of the good things that followed 9/11... anyone that has been in the store knows what Im talking about. I also take advantage of the knife sharpening when possible. Great product for the price, will be back again.

Lovely shop. The workers are so polite and they make you feel welcome whether you’re an expert or a complete newbie. They also have a good selection of Fisher Space Pens!

Loved all the knife options, but loved even more the love and support they give first responders. The steel girders from Twin Towers and the story how they got it gave me goosebumps.

If you are visiting Golden, there are two places you need to check out. One, Coors Brewery because of (no longer free) samples (Beer). The other is the Spyderco Factory Outlet store because of the discounts that are given on Spyderco products. A side note - I visited Randall Made Knives in Florida. There is a 4-5 year wait on a catalogue knife. Spyderco has a pretty good selection of Randall Made Knives for purchase. They are only dealer in Colorado.

I always love visiting the outlet store. We discovered this place approximately 20 years ago and have been purchasing top quality knives here ever since. The prices are much better than online or in retail stores and we often find discontinued or special run pieces to add to our collection.The staff is always helpful and patient which is a must for a girl who has a hard time making up her mind.TIP:. There are usually great deals during the Stock Show.

Spydercos Earth headquarters & factory is co-located with their Factory Outlet - a large showroom (i.e. adult play-land) where you can handle any of the knives, have all your questions answered by a very knowledgeable & helpful staff, & see a bit of 911 history.

You should definitely go here to get your knives. All their knives come with a lifetime warranty at no extra cost. Brought in a knife I bought from them for thirty bucks 4 years ago. I drug my wife and our two friends into the shop with me. Chappy greeted us and treated us like family. He was happy to show us all of the knives that we wanted to see, demonstrated how the spyderco sharpeners work and made the experience as awesome as possible. I think the only way our visit could have been better is if Sal or Eric had greated us themselves.I would recommend stopping in to every knife enthusiasts, but be prepared to be overwhelmed. This is a world class operation. It is a neat place to drop in and make a purchase or to just stop and talk knifes with the Spyderco employees. They are very educated and not pushy salesman. They genuinely seem to want to get you the knife you are looking for. All American made or styles made oversees. Prices range from affordable to high end.

I went in to the outlet store today because my pocket clip came off my knife.They completely replaced it, oiled my knife, and sharpened my blade. It looks like new. When I asked how much I owed, the very professional young man that did the work, said no charge What company does that these days? I have been a Spyderco fan for over 20 years. Bravo Spyderco!!!

So let’s start out by saying this place is really cool. The selection is great and the staff is very helpful. If you want to see what is likely the biggest selection of these knives in 1 place this is your spot. The issue with this place is it’s expensive. Be prepared to spend top dollar over online or even other retail stores. Yeah yeah I know they are gonna come back and say they do X% below msrp and they want their distributors to be able to provide the best prices but still, come on. An “outlet” insinuates decent discounts and this certainly doesn’t provide that. They should change the name from outlet to store to be more clear on the approach. It’s almost like they are trying not to sell the product. Still a neat stop off if you’re in the area and want to see something in person but you’ll likely be shopping online from your phone on the way out the door.

I went to Spyderco today because i bought a knife with a grind that was new to me and I wanted to figure out the best way to sharpen it. Sal Glesser was there and he gave me some great tips and insights into knife sharpening, steels, and blade grinds. Very personable and knowledgeable guy. I’m glad I went in.
